This week was fully focused on correcting salt buildup and preparing a clean, controlled finish, with quality and terpene preservation as the main priorities. 🔹 Key irrigations – Final Flush was applied with real 30–40% runoff, successfully reducing EC levels in the root zone. – Follow-up irrigation with plain water only (pH 6.2) confirmed a consistent EC drop across all pots. – Plants are now in controlled senescence, with no signs of active nutrient lockout. 🔹 Runoff data Runoff EC is now within safe ranges (≈1.5–3.0 mS depending on plant), confirming the flush worked and roots are in end-of-cycle mode rather than aggressive uptake. 🔹 Environment & light – PPFD adjusted (~700–780 µmol/m²/s) – Stable temperatures – Humidity tightly controlled to protect dense colas Everything dialed in to preserve resin and avoid unnecessary stress. 🔹 Plant status Flowers are fully formed, trichomes mostly cloudy with early amber showing, final structure locked in. At this stage we’re no longer chasing bulk, but ripeness and internal clean-up. 📌 Plan Final days with minimal intervention, observing real pot weight and plant response. Harvest window is very close and right on target. ➡️ Next post will be harvest day and the start of drying. 2/2 Week 4 flowering. Just changed her over to bloom nutes. I love that this is a different pheno than the chocolope in my other grow. And they look totally different. They both smell like cantaloupes though! What I am loving about coco; I can give the plants exactly what they need. I've so long loved living soil, but it's always hit or miss. Ok... I went by the directions on the label. But I had to up each one by one to get the EC about where I wanted it. I am doing this to preserve the NER. No imbalances. She's been on it for almost 3 days and looking good so far. I was having issues with the EC spiking so I increased flo after a flush. I brought her down to 1.9 and the EC now is 2.3.. input is 1.8. so.. still having some issues but it's early. I'm going to give her a few days and see if she bounces back. If not I'll try something else. Shit, worse case scenario, I'll flush her once per week. I'm thinking it's all to do with previous channelling. I think I'm already seeing a difference in flower size. This plant is stacked really tight. Each little bud has 2 tiny leaves and they must be a thousand of them. Lol. It makes me worry some for bud rot. I run a tight ship but you can't always be perfect. It's something to be hyper aware of. I'll be pulling her out daily from here on in! 2/7 3 days since last reset and the EC went up to 6.3. it's got to be due to the size of the cup. I will just do a manual reset every 3 days down to 1.9 if I have to. But being that I am not experienced with coco. I'm guessing. I'm already pushing extra through it to wash away excess but it ain't working. Hopefully flushing so often will not harm her. I turned her around to get some sun on the other side. I'll leave her for a week then return. More to come...

Grow Report — Nectar Drip GrowDiaries Week 10 (Actual Week ~6–7 from Seed) First things first, a small clarification for anyone following the diary closely. On GrowDiaries this report appears as Week 10, but in reality the plants are around week 6–7 from seed. The reason is simple: the first entry in the diary was created during germination and no photos were uploaded at that moment, so the timeline shifted a little on the platform. So for accuracy: plants are currently around week 6–7 from seed and well into early flower. Now let’s talk about what has been happening. ⸻ Quick Recap For anyone just arriving to the diary, here’s the short version of the journey so far. The goal of this run has always been simple: grow healthy plants, observe them carefully, and share the process honestly. The environment has been kept stable and relatively simple: • 12/12 from seed • balanced feeding schedule • steady environmental control • minimal intervention unless the plants ask for it Up until now we mostly focused on guiding growth and observation, allowing the plants to express themselves naturally while keeping the canopy organized. And they are doing exactly that. ⸻ This Week — The Garden Is Exploding This week the girls are looking absolutely incredible. Structure is strong. Color is perfect. Leaf health is excellent. And the most exciting part: trichomes are already everywhere. Even at this stage the plants are starting to sparkle. Resin production is clearly ramping up and the flowers are stacking beautifully. Height is now roughly around one meter to a little over one meter, creating a very healthy canopy without stretching out of control. Honestly, these are beautiful specimens and a joy to watch develop. ⸻ Defoliation — Why We Did It Now This week we performed a targeted defoliation. This was not done because the plants were struggling or because something was wrong. We did it by choice and by timing. The reasoning is simple: It is often easier and less stressful to remove certain leaves earlier in flower rather than waiting until the canopy becomes dense and airflow becomes restricted. So we removed only what was necessary to: • improve light penetration • increase air movement inside the canopy • reduce future humidity pockets • allow the flowers to develop in a more open environment Nothing aggressive. Nothing excessive. Just removing leaves that were clearly blocking key flower sites. This kind of intervention is always a balance. Different growers prefer different approaches, but in this case it felt like the right moment to open the canopy a bit. Now we observe how the plants respond. ⸻ First Structural Training This week also marks the first time we applied some stronger structural training to these girls. Until now the plants were mostly guided and allowed to develop naturally. At this stage we introduced a bit more direction to the structure so the canopy develops evenly and future flower sites receive better light exposure. Again, nothing extreme. The idea is simply to help the plant organize itself for the next weeks of flowering. The real feedback from this will come in the next report, where we will see how they react. ⸻ Environmental Conditions The room is currently running around: Temperature: ~28°C Relative Humidity: ~68% Outside conditions at the moment are: ~10°C with about 87% humidity Considering the outside environment, we are actually very happy with how stable the room is staying. But one thing worth mentioning: We don’t chase room VPD numbers too aggressively. What really matters is leaf VPD and plant response. Plants tell the truth much better than charts do. Right now the plants look extremely happy: • strong leaves • no stress signals • steady growth • excellent resin development So the environment is clearly working for them. ⸻ Nutrients Feeding remains exactly the same for now. No changes this week. The current nutrient schedule continues to support healthy growth and there is no reason to modify something that is clearly working. Sometimes the best move in the garden is simply: don’t change what isn’t broken. ⸻ Introducing a New Team Member This week we also officially welcomed a new member to the team: Mr. Baggy. He has already been making appearances around the garden and many of you may have spotted him in some of the photos. He’s now officially part of the crew and helping around the studio and garden. Just added Mephisto 3 sour crinkles and 2 double grapes to the equation. It was meant to be 4 sour crinkles but one seed still ent popped so I’m hoping it will! On to the grow where I haven’t trained any plants it’s a fight for space but I’m happy with most of the plants few fast buds wedding still ent properly flowered yet week 7 on but am happy with a couple glues and the 3 runtz the runtz is frosty! The grape Walkers are starting to swell and fill out big time I am happy so far with it all had a couple burns and defincys through the 7 weeks so far but got over them! The grape walkers are the big budded plants then the frosty ones at the back are runtz then the rest are glues! Started defoliating plants

Cruising through the week. No real issues besides some over watering markings. But flowering sits are booming every hour new growth:). The littles one are thriving along as well. Started adding bud explosion but just a tad nothing crazy. And the usually 5 grams of megacrop and about 1.5 grams of sweet candy. Itll be like this for next 2 weeks. Then I'll bump it up Crusing through the week almost at the end of week 2 of flowering:). So excited bunch of buds sites are coming in. Tons of new growth each day so healthy:) On 2/21 she was fed again. She been growing really great these last few days super happy :) you can see how happy she is under these lights. 2/23 still looking good stretching as expected :). Last day of the week going give her some water later tonight. And then another week of stretching :). Found out there are purple "phenos " in the night queen so this one 100 percent going be one of thems. I am beyond excited for that. :)

A few of the zed blacks hermed..spreading pollen into the flower tent. Already seeing some seeds develop. It is what it is. I should have done a better job checking on them. I kept the Zed blacks that only had a couple flowers on the bottom but tossed anything that had flowers growing up the majority of the plant. Some of the most famous strains in the world were self pollinated so I don't have issues with a couple male flowers. They're just trying to improve their fitness as nature intended. The plants are doing very well. A few of the bottom leaves are dying which is normal...senecense! Sucking up those nutrients. I've been liquid feeding using the fish, seaweed, humate and recharge. I have saved the males and they are trying to reveg. Still popping out a few flowers which I'm cutting off. 1 rainbow belt. 1 zed black. 3 hash plants The hash plants are smelling incredible. Definitely a few keepers mixed in here. Maybe 3/7. Hopefully the quality of the flower backs it up. Zed blacks have 2/3 I'm interested in. One is very very low yield. Unless its a really high quality plant I'm gonna toss it Rainbow belts are both smelling ridiculous. Super frosty. Good yield. One is slightly more frosted than the other. The zkittles pheno has pure Skittles smell with a little lemon cleaner chem to back it up. Probably my keeper!

🌳 Week 13: Well, they're happy... almost too happy! The canopies are filling up again and getting incredibly dense down below. Especially with the squatter, Indica-leaning strains, I'm honestly getting concerned that they might be too dense, and cause mold issues. We do not want that! So, they all came out of the tent again and got their most aggressive cleanup yet. I took more bottom branches off and made more clones, and then also just cut out some other smaller branches, particularly ones that were growing back inward or in some cases even crossing over others. The differences between the indicas and sativas are starting to become more apparent as the plants stretch, and some of the sativas are almost 16" tall. I actually ended up topping a couple of the very tallest branches before they stretched any further, again in an effort to keep the top of the canopy as level as possible. I'm also experimenting with using some wire rings as inserts to spread out the top of the canopy, and pretty pleased with the initial results.

Je me lance dans l'expérience du topping sur ma nouvelle plantation de cannabis. Bien que cela ne soit généralement pas recommandé pour les variétés automatiques, j'ai remarqué que de nombreux blogueurs le pratiquent. Après avoir obtenu de mauvais résultats avec la technique de LST (Low Stress Training), je me suis dit que je ne risquais pas grand-chose. Pour l'instant, je ne remarque pas de ralentissement significatif par rapport au LST. Cependant, lors de mon premier arrosage avec des nutriments, j'ai mis un 8e de la dose recommandée, ce qui a entraîné l'apparition de griffes sur les feuilles... Vraiment déconcertant, je cherche encore à comprendre cette réaction... Topping au 16 ème jour, 5eme noeuds. Engraissage : 1/8 de la dose et apparition de légères griffes sur les feuilles Merci de m'avoir lu 🌱
