Alright I've updated this postmortem and cure just to give an idea of what I was up to during the dry and cure weeks. This grow was a ton of work and I'm very please with the results. I learned a ton about soil and environment control and really feel like I'm gaining confidence and coming into my own as a cultivator. I've been playing a lot with ice water hash and rosin and have set some neat goals for the future like hunting ice water hash cultivars, going perpetual and expanding the amount of canopy I can work with by building a network of remote-operated satellite flower tents in friends' and family's abodes . This brings the Journal up to speed. So going to start the 48 hour FLush this upcoming Sunday as well as going to move it to 48 hours of light insted of 48 hours of darkness. Then straight into the Freeze dryer to bring it down to 60% humidity in the bud and then to the curing jars. Going to be Timber 2 days into Week 9 of FLower. 1/20/2023 Week 8 (Day 5)- Flower- Day 107 overall T - 2 days until start 48 hour Flush T - 2 days until Start 48 hours of Light T - 4 days until TIMBER!!! 1/22/2023 Week 8 (Day 7) -FLower- Day 109 Overall Flush Day and 48 hours of Light. I subscibe to Dr. Bruce Bugbee's suggestion that production is under light instead of under darkness so I no longer do 48 hours of Darkness, I go 48 hours of light before Chop, sending my plants on a marathon run before I Cut. 11-25 I had planted 2 Granddaddy purple seeds that had been soaking in water, one for 72 hours that had no taproot, and another that had been soaking in a glass of water for 24 hours that had a 1/2" taproot. I planted both in the same spot thinking the one with no taproot would not sprout. I was wrong they both sprouted which left me with 2 sprout growing within a cm of each other. Above is a video of me actually digging out the sprout and a pic of the plant 24 hours after transplant. Looks like she will survive as well as the other.

#3 has beautiful pink buds very happy with these girls, hopefully the other two show some colour as the Temperature comes down. Have swapped the 250 red CFL for a 150 blue. May turn it off for the last week to get every last bit of pink possible! Pots have a nice wet dry cycle, have tried to hold back and not over water so I've been watering with a spray bottle. I use a 1L hand spray bottle and fill it up three to four times depending on the weather. Although it seems impossible to overeater with the breathable fabric pots. Which are awesome if I haven't said already. Perfectly fit 11 in my small cupboard which is lucky as I ordered ten as soon as he free one arrived without measuring them! Stoners eyes never lie! 👁️ Buds should be huge if they keep going at this speed! Haven't topped them for the natural look, been a few years since I've done it can't wait to see a big fat cola bud at the end!

Gorilla cookies and cherry cola are both hitting flower hard! The smells are pungent,the buds are sticky and the stems are strong! We’re getting nice fat buds on cherry already and gorilla isn’t too far behind her. They’ve taken very well to the feedings they’ve been given and all training done to them. So far I’m loving both of these strains 🔥🔥

DAY 1 - Finally, the girls are ready for bloom stage. I mixed 75 grams of biobloom manure with soil, each for a 25-liter pot. I used schwazzing technique for defoliation. I gave short flowering fertilizer for indica genetics, also i gave for sativa long flowering fertilizer in half a dose. DAY 4 - Girls began to consume nutrients very quickly.

**** I will try my best to reduce tempatures gradually for the last 2-3 weeks . Plant should react well to this and feel the end of it’s season comming. Trichomes/Thc should develop better by doing this. **** Day 85. ( 45 days in flower ). Leaves we’re really dark, I was using Canna Boost heavily in the last feedings and They we’re getting full nutes for weeks. I decided to feed them 4.5 - 5 L Ph 5.9 water. Made sure to have 15-20% runoff. Their is 3 different strains and 8 plants. I will give them another 15-25 days depending on the plant and strain, before they are chopped and harvested ( Most of them have brown pistols but trichomes are not milky ) Day 86. Letting them do their thing , day tempature is at 26-27 C , night at 19-20 C Day 87. Some nutrient burn on one of the Jack Herrers. Going to give her another feeding of Water to flush her out with 15-20% runoff. The other 7 are going to get full feeding with potassium and Rezin; trying to gain some weight for their last 10-15 days before I start flushing them for with water for a week. Day 88. Fed 4 L - 4.5 L of PH water with 15-20% runoff to 1 of 8 plants. ( 1 of the Jack Herrer had nute burn ) ppm on runoff was 450. Fed 4 L - 4.5 L to 7 of 8 plants of full lineup +Rezin +potassium. Supported with some sticks the branches that are getting too heavy. Pistils that hadn’t turned brown are starting to but trichomes aren’t cloudy not amber yet. The 2 Diesel plants are taking time and are behind compared to the 6 others. Day 89. ( 49days flower ) All looking good , I was able to reach 24 C day and 19 C night with 45% Humidity. 1 of the 4 Jack Herrer is showing Amber dark trichomes 20%. She is going to be fed PH water from now on. Day 90. 1 of 4 Jack Herrer was fed PH water. The 7 other plants were fed full line, extra heavy ammount, with boost +potassium +rezin. This Will be their last feeding of nutrients before i start flushing them with Water +Rezin +canazym. day 91. Things are looking good. Fed them a really heavy Nutrient Dose yesterday and they are taking it well. Leaves are dark green, they keep putting on weight but trichomes are saying 10-14 days.

We're almost done with the untouched plant! I'm watching daily for the Terps to turn to my taste. So I love sativa's & hybrid's so now I'm wanting almost all of the Terps to turn red but about 15-20% so there's not too much of a heavy couch lock on it. So basically any day now! Baby #2, with the right bottom side missing is still in full flower, working on getting those buds growing. They've gotten so big where I rotate them daily to make sure we have equivalent lighting on every side of the plant. After almost losing 2 of my plants to my toddler, I got very serious. I ordered a hygrometer, so I can watch temps & humidity. A water ph tester. & a tiny humidifier, within like a 7 day period. I got everything to make sure everything was on point. Turns out this FOOP canna food is way more than what I ever imagined. I don't hardly ever have to adjust my ph turns out the FOOP comes very balanced. I now check my ph everytime I feed and water but when I used my food & mix it with water i then check my ph & every single time its spot on! I've kept my routine this whole time. Even the few days I nursed my dying babes back to health. Feeding every tuesday & friday & watering on sundays. I don't know if any of you would wonder if it seems like I'm maybe not watering enough. But autos grow at an insane rate, so giving their roots an airy dryer soil gives them maximum amount of room to grow as quickly as they want. They don't have heavy wet soil slowing them down which gives them more opportunity for growth. SO. I've got 1 plant almost finished. 1 very large plant even with a side missing is still huge, and working hard on growing some little chubby buds. Lol. And then my mini auto growing some chunky buds but not very many. Lol. Pics to come very very soon! I appreciate anyone who reads all of this! I've poured my heart into all of these plants & I hope to only keep learning & loving it!!

The cycle of the strain is really easy too grow given the correct conditions. Overall great strain too grow I found a few issues having a mixed strain photoperiod/autoflower tent whichbin future will not be happening again. Flower at end not all there the heats being experience has been hard too control but stil pushed through. The younger bonsai got the chop days earlier with the older tropicana too follow, I'll be returning too the tropicana ff range too run only ff range too get full potential in future and focus on those solely. The end flower was hit with high heat but has been put in for a long cure too see what we can save wheather that be for rosin or flower 🌱 Dry weight after the high heat it's been put through was roughly 38gran for the older girl and just over 26gram for the shorter bonsai with around a total of 64 excluding testing smoke what not...

11/29 - At this point in the game, plants don't ever look much different day-to-day! I'm wondering, though, if this one is showing her starting to fade... it's either that or she's needing some stronger PK nutes... any thoughts? 12/2 - I'm going to start winding her down... gotta pick up some Ripen and some Flawless Finish ... Probably going to have to shorten the period of time I use these products but hell, she's pretty used to me screwing up - LOL! 12/03 - so my local grow store was out of Ripen - so I guess I'm going to forget that one... I'm going to let her go until Tuesday when she will be exactly 13 weeks old and start a 3-day flush using General Hydroponics FloraKleen (they also did not have Flawless Finish!).... Planning to chop her next Saturday unless the amber hasn't really made its presence known... We'll see.... I'm just going to go by what she tells me... but it really IS time, old girl... it really is. 12/04 - Doing a bucket change today, she's going to an EC of 0.2-0.4 or thereabouts and I'm not going to worry about the pH - my tap water is about 7.5 so that's what she's getting unless I relent and drop it to the upper 6's - I'm just not going to overly concern myself with it. I think her bulking has finished and SHE needs to finish up. Found a few amber on leaves in the middle of the plant and I know those can really be rather ignored .... but I'm still concerned about the trichs on the main cola - haven't seen much change between milky and clear for a while now... so it's puzzling to me. Maybe the drop in EC will kick her into truly finishing... if it doesn't, I can always bring the EC back up, the pH back down and keep her going... She's always been my "experiment" - always been my "tester" - so why not experiment at this stage of her life as well?!

This week flushing the wedding cake i thought that was the problem was an excess of nutrients, but instead the water was quite clean, around 1100ppm at the first drain, after several flushes water is now on 600ppm.. It seems that the others are starting to have the same deficiency that hit wedding # 2 .. now I'm treating them with 0.5ml of cal-mag adding it to the other nutrients for once a week (except wedding # 2) I will wait for the soil to dry out, to give her only clean water since the final harvest is not long. ⚠️ UPDATE DAY 45 ⚠️ Yesterday flush for dos si dos and today flush for (wedding cake 1) they are having a nutrient lockout too..😪 The (wedding cake 1) is clearly healthier than her sister (wedding cake 2) by looking at her color, but unfortunately she had excessive PPM / EC too.. So i did the same procedure by using only tap water, but this time added only 0,5ml of cal-mag. Water was at 6.5 ph until I got a better runoff, it went from 5.7 to 6.0 PH and from 1800 to 700-600ppm 😬 I have never thought of overdoing nutrients so much.. I will certainly learn a lot from these mistakes 🙌🏻

Each of the five ladies is looking absolutely stunning. TrolMaster Ecosystem in Action The full TrolMaster system is running smoothly, allowing for optimal environmental control. Currently, I am using full spectrum with the reds, but I have yet to introduce UV into the mix. The girls are responding well to the setup, and I’m loving how everything is coming together. Room Conditions PPFD: 750 Temperature: 26.6°C Humidity: 68.9% CO2 Levels: 1200 PPM The environment is staying in a great range, ensuring that the plants can thrive under perfect conditions. Reservoir & Soil Data pH: 5.97 (Holding steady at 5.8) Water Temperature: 18.7°C (Still a bit low—I need to make adjustments) Soil EC: 1.09 Soil Temperature: 21.8°C (Better, but aiming for 22-23°C) Humidity remains a crucial factor, even in flower, so I’m continuing to use humidifiers to keep the levels stable.
