12/25/2023-Germination Day 1
Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter.
I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.

Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan.

She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly.

HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!!

Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water..

Finish of first week on 12/12 ! I defoliated and pruned lower branches . I show you the before and after . I lost a main branch on the royal queen critical ๐ข. But overall im happy with these girls !

Hope yall had a good week! The girls sure did. Everyday I take a peek and do my daily watering and they're bigger than the day before. Upped the PPM's to ~400 this week, kept the pH at 6.0, and upped the Calmag. Also picked up "B-52" for some root health. Gonna use it on some other plants in the house as well (I grow veggies hydroponically year round). The plants are starting to give off an odor if you smell them up close, pretty neat. Work was a bitch this week so I missed one day of watering, flushed the plants and seems no damage done. Don't wanna make many mistakes like that but its bound to happen.
Here's my boring daily notes for those interested. Have a good weekend and I'll see ya next week.

9/8/2020 - Now that the plants have a proper root system and a stronger stem, I aimed the clip on fan at the plants on low. Humidifier is getting annoying to fill everyday, looking forward to when i can dial it down a bit.

12/8/2020 - forgot to water yesterday (16 hour shift). Went about 18 hours between waterings. The coco was kinda dry so I flushed it first with ph 6.0 water (120ml) - then watered the usual amount (75ml) The outflow numbers were acceptable so no damage done hopefully.

here we go a lil update here
So grow diary's gave our diary back after the slight hicup so here's us upload up to date will be few posts coming up so llz bear in mind were not flooding the scene merely jus catching up

1stly I would like to apologise to all my followers and to all the community and my sponsers for nor getting them nice long informative vids out recently we all know my back had been pretty bad and keeps popping our again along with my legs so im not able to get in the pit easily as it corse tremendously amounts of pain.
anyway here we are day 71 and week 3 of flower and there doing epic feed is on point love indica line so do they as you an see there thriving now there is some heat and wind stress but its minor terms are above 30c so its been difficult to keep optimal we have our 2 big plants cindyy 99 our 3rd big plant our ๐ cream ๐ฆ and we have our smaller plant another cindy 99 all kn @indica.nutrients part 2 line we started to use part 1 but I had to cull a load as too many less is more right.
I hope you like this lil update im doing all I can to keep posting im hoping next week will be feeling less pain although jts been 2 weeks now my fault I suffer with legs and back anyway but I been over doing it it was better at start of week then went again .
anyway big shout out to

still growing fast as fuck. i was falling more and more in love with her as time passed. she was showing signs of hunger so i gave her, her first feed of veg nutes on december 5th 2021. I mixed 1/2 tsp to each gallon. I used a bucket with 3 gallons of dechlorinated tap water.
Decmber 8th: same amount of veg to gallons of water with the same 1/2 tsp. phd to 6.4.
December 10th gave her a feed honestly dont know how much. id say about 10-20 cups worth of dechlorinated tap water with 1/2 tsp of veg nutes to 3 gallons.

The plant is still going strong, but I noticed that the colors have faded a bit.
Not necessarily a bad thing, thoughโI realized the temperature difference between day and night was a bit too extreme, which probably caused unnecessary stress.
It did look absolutely stunning with those colorful leaves, but stability is more important now.๐ฑ
Other than that, everything is going great! The buds are getting thicker, stinkier, and completely covered in frost.๐
The dominant smell is still pink pepper, which is really interesting. Sometimes I get a hint of something sweet, but Iโm not sure yet if it will develop more over time.๐

I admit it I couldn't help it there were some blatant offender leaves blocking the light from some of the canopy buds so they had to go..... and when I took them I found a few more in between leaves that had to go.. so long story short some defoliation did happen.. :-)

Auto pilot re-engaged.. I sat back took some photos and just enjoyed how beautiful this light side and dark side thing the plants are doing The buds are almost as long as my Sharpie. I also applied the last application of my Hermie spray to the clone I took in Apr to reverse it.

Around 11-12 weeks seed to harvest,, only had a few plants the largest yielded 72 grams the smallest around an ounce,,,
just a few plants for personal medicinal use grown 100% naturally in the great british outdoors ๐

She started looking good after 3 days of stalled growth. Thanks to the growmieverse for the encouraging words while I worried something wasn't quite right.
Still a modest RH concern (high 30s is ok, wishing for 50). Cool mist humidifier may be in order.

Tamaraโs third week is anything but boring. After a recovery phase from topping, I wait until her shoots have grown enough. During this time, I notice that her fan leaves are not growing symmetrically and vary in the number of fingers. ๐
No reason to worryโthis is completely normal at this stage.
A little later, Tamara gets her first LST, and it probably looks a lot harsher than it actually is for her. Because just 24 hours later, she shines in her โoldโ beauty again. I give her a bit of rest, but towards the end of the third week, she gets another LST and is thoroughly defoliated. ๐คฃ๐
From my perspective, the most happened this week ๐ and Iโm more than impressed with how well Tamara handles my interventions, considering sheโs an autoflower and would normally just be left to grow. ๐๐คฃ๐โฆ Actually ๐

This Strain has been a pleasure to grow. Great structure from beginning to end. I suggest a silica additive and a lot of defoliation at selected times as needed all the way through will help keep this beauty looking like the champion she is. Honestly,I was a little skeptical about all the hype this strain was getting but I clearly understand why now. This strain is a must for anyone that enjoys growing. Very dense purple with hues of a dark orange - red - magenta colored golfball sized buds for the majority of the plant and popcorn sized buds forming at the bottom. All are great quality ! Also Highly recommend Low Stress Trainingโฆ.especially when entering the bloom phase.
Love Love Love this strain and there will definitely be more diaries of this strain in my collection in the future.

Hello Diary,
The third week of flowering has ended, Cherry Pie is progressing very nicely, which is clearly visible in the photos.
Cherry Pie has almost stopped growing, it has grown a scant 3 cm, which means that that is more or less the height.
72 cm is almost ideal considering the size of the grow box.
The main cola rises high above the other branches, it is completely covered with flowers.
As for the flowers, they are developing nicely, it is still early to make any predictions, but if it continues to develop like this, I will be very happy.
Cherry Pie has also started to smell more intensely, when I open the grow box, the smell is immediately noticeable.
The leaves are a healthy green color, there are no signs of a lack of anything.
Watering has become more frequent, they have become much thirstier.
I have continued to add CalMg and Bio Bloom Fertilizer with each watering.
All in all, I am very pleased with how Cherry Pie is progressing,
I try to provide them with the best possible conditions and the plants return the favor in their own way.
Here is what the past week looked like.
29/08/2024 - Day 36.
Watering.
I prepared 9 liters of water, added CalMg and Bio Bloom Fertiliser and lowered the pH to 6.0.
With that amount of water I watered all three plants on the "Farm".
01/09/2024 - Day 39.
Watering.
I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier.
03/09/2024 - Day 41.
Watering.
Same procedure.
04/09/2024 - Day 42.
End of the 6th week, or the third week of flowering. Photographing and measuring the height of the plants.
Cherry Pie - Day 42. - 72 cm.
