Last 2 weeks before I put her in a 3 day dark period! I’m no longer giving any nutrients and I’m letting the plant deplete all the nutrients in the soil, I’m also only using water for now own. I have her in a 11.5 hour light schedule. There’s slight nutrient burning too on some parts but it’s nothing drastic.

8/23 - End of Week 3. Going to start some top feeding at like half strength for the Fox Farm Soil schedule in next few days. Drinking well and consistently from the self-watering bases. Bugs seem to be under control but will probably add some bits to the bases to make sure the gnats don't resurface. Stalk is strong and looking good and a good amount of new growth after taking some fan leaves off yesterday to "top". CO2 levels looking a little better, opened another vent in the tent. 8/22 - Adjusted light down to 80% after getting a lux meter and checking the intensity. Soil PH is slighly acidic at 6.1. Got some phUp and phDown but haven't adjusted yet. Trimmed top 4 fan leaves to stall out the top stalk and open up the bottom branches a bit. Added a mushroom exhale bag to increase co2 levels, were sitting around 500 ppm before I added. 8/21 - Still drying out the self-watering base a bit, will add water today. Sides of fabric pot still a bit wet to the touch but I think that's just the active wicking going on. Thought the initial canoe'ing leaves were from overwatering when overfilling the self-watering base but now I think it has more to do w/ some shock from the thrips and 24 hour light, or perhaps a bit of sunburn from being sprayed w/ the neem oil / bug killer. 8/16 - Had to fight off some thrips and still dialing in the tent conditions. Might be a little overwatered currently.

Everything’s going great, but winter has arrived, causing some temperature and humidity fluctuations. The plant doesn’t seem to mind, though. She’s forming flowers beautifully, and I’m super happy with how she’s developing!

They’re getting going! The stretch is over (phew they tend to get long but remained shorter than the last two times) and they’re stacking nicely. Really looking forward to seeing how they continue to grow.

Quick update on the strains I have growing at the moment. Its a mixture of Photoperiod and Autoflowering strains. For the Photos I have Cream & Cheese CBD (Seedsman), Critical+, DinaMed+ (both DinaFem) and 3 Cherry’s (Elevator Supply Co). For Autos I have NYC Diesel (Barney’s Farm) and 3 BlackBerry’s (FastBuds) This week I’ve seen lots of nice growth overall, but especially with the photoperiod plants. The Critical +, Cream & Cheese CBD, DinaMed+ and Cherry all look great! The Barney’s Farm NYC Diesel Auto is also looking good! The Cherry is starting to look good too and one of the new seeds sprouted. One more Cherry seed left so this time I tried putting the seed in a jiffy pellet then putting the jiffy pellet into the soil. We’ll see if that helps get one more going. The first 2 Blackberry’s are stretching and developing bud sites. These 2 are a bit small, but the purple in number 1 is coming in nicely. I think the 3rd will be the champion of the bunch and outgrow her big sisters. My fault for trying to get a head start by a few weeks on the first 2 in less than ideal conditions. Live and learn. I’m going to keep all plants growing so everyone can see the good, the bad and the ugly. (I bet the ugly still gets me high as fuck!) 😜 New tents coming soon too. 24 Stunden habe ich sie in ein Wasserglas getan was Zimmertemparatur hat. Nach 24 Stunden habe ich sie in eine Brotdose mit Taschentücher gelegt auch bei Zimmertemparatur 2 Tage Keimen lassen. Als die Wurzeln ca. 1.5-2.5cm lang waren habe ich sie in Jiffys gesteckt und in einem Gewächshaus wachsen lassen.

I cut down a lot of leaves for airflow. Had some issue with mildew. Had humidity of 63%. A few days ago i turned my dehumidifier on 50%. The mildew is gone respectively i dont find some anymore. Now i use the Booster from Greenhouse Feeding. Had hot days last week with max. 31.5C* now its 25/26.

******** Week 9 - Feb 3 to 9/20 (Days 57 - 63 from seed popping out) She has continued to swell this week and stacking her buds. The hairs are turning this week. Kind of a boring week in a way because she has been such an awesome girl to grow!! Have not spent anytime looking at Trich colour this week.....too early anyway. What I have reflected on is that this girl has been very impressive to grow even though I have thrown curve balls at her. A little more attention to the LST ensuring a more even canopy and lighten the feedings, this girl can impress!😍 I wouldn’t get let her go in a tent as she will likely be kissing the light at some point😃 XL strain anyways.💪 On bigger branches I would clip off another node lower than I did to give a little more energy to fill in the tops. Not sure this girls top colas will fill in as much as one would like but........take your time girl😀 Much debate this week over how long she will run in order to determine her last feed.🤪 She had her last feed three times😃 but it was finally Saturday Feb 8, Day 62 as the last day of feed. Plan it to just flush with water and Rezin & Liquid Weight to the end.....or early 70’s anyway. Changed the light schedule again this week. Moved her to 19.5 hours of light because she is still not falling to sleep at lights out. Given she has been very green and tips were burnt a fair bit, will likely use Flawless Finish to flush the medium. Little more detail: Feb 3/20 - Day 57 - Water feed today. Runoff in tray was 6.3pH from yesterday. - 3L plain water. 30ppm and 5.8pH going in. - One minute she looks to be swelling and then others you think she is stalling.....”watched pot” idea. Feb 4/20 - Day 58 - Full feed today. Pot still had some weight. - 3L off full feed with 1125ppm and 6.05pH - Runoff water in tray before feed: 1900ppm and 6.5pH - Runoff water in tray after feed: 1800ppm and 6.3pH - Heavy leaf strip today. She is sticky :) Feb 5/20 - Day 59 - nothing today. - noticing more red hairs today....starting to finish more.....lower is still nice and white.....harvest in stages???? - Light cycle changed to 19.5hrs on and 4.5hrs off. Feb 6/20 - Day 60 - Verify medium today....close to flush - 3L feed of Sensyzime and Rezin @ 2ml/L and Liquid Weight @ 1.5ml/L. = 100ppm and 5.8pH - Runoff was 1450ppm and 6.4pH. - Followed the feed with 2L of 5.2pH water with Sensyzime & Liquid Weight.....bring down pH. - runoff after that was 1100ppm and 6.3pH.....better :) Feb 7/20 - Day 61 - Nothing today, still heavy. Feb 8/20 - Day 62 - ********Last Feed******** - Giving a bit of a flush with Sensyzime, Rezin, and Liquid weight @ 2ml. - 6L feed with 100ppm and 5.25pH going in. - Runoff - 350ppm and 6.3pH. - Evening giver her last full strength feed as listed for the week. - Going in was 5.2pH as she was not coming down much with high 5pH feeds. - Medium got a good soak and good runoff amount - That will be it. Hope she goes 10 to 14 more days.... Feb 9/20 - Day 63 - Dry out day - raised the light a bit.....will use lower pH water in flush......not much else other than let her dry out at this stage....... - her top colas are pushing out more new growth. - the tops are getting wider and forming a point more. New week, new growth. So we have done another defoliation to allow the lower shoots to be exposed to the lights which equal to a better yield come flower time, they always need a day or 2 recover after being put under any stress, especially if its an extreme amount of leaves being taken off. They were also lollipoped to clear up and messy under growth and to improve airflow under the canopy. I also took clones from each of these. Paying close attention to the EC and pH. Increasing and decreasing as and when I need to going off what the plants show me. Close to flower now. A few days to go! Start of week 8. Week 7 went well as this girl slowed down her nutrient consumption, she did not need any extra feed during the week. Cleaned up a lot of small dead leaves that had tucked themselves up into bud sites. In this past with this strain, those small drying leaves have caused some bud rot and mold to develop. She smells incredible and is insanely sticky! My best grow of this strain ever! Will flush in 5-7 days, depending on trichomes.

Week 8 (4/11/22 - 4/17/22) Took 9 cuttings, dipped in Clonex and plugged into presoaked rockwool cubes. Once rooted, the plan is to take 6 cuttings into the flower tent.

GROW 😁 As you may already know, I have 2 varieties in my growroom. 👍 I have 4 pots of each species with 4 plants in each pot. So 16 plants Mother Gorilla and 16 plants Triple G. 👽 In the first weeks, the Triple G plants were the fastest growers. But since flowering, the Mother Gorilla plants have taken over. Most Mother Gorillas are now higher in length than the Triple Gs. They clearly have more Sativa influences than the Triple G. 💪   The 16 Mother Gorilla plants differ greatly in length. On DAY 26 these are the various lengths (in cm) : 63, 67, 83, 83, 95, 99, 107, 110, 110, 111,, 114, 116,117, 126, 130, 134 The drastic pruning in week 2 has stimulated the plants enormously. The plants have been multiplied by 2 to 3 times in height since flowering -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BLOOM 😍 The plants are now busy making new flowers. The plants with the most Sativa genes do not yet have that many flowers. But the plants with more Indica genes are already working hard to string the flowers together to thick buds. The scent of the flowers is fantastic. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WATER / HUMIDITY 😰 I have lowered the desired humidity again this week by 5% 👇 and the temperature is increased by 1 degree. 👆👇 The plants have made many new leaves. Every day (24 hours) the 4 pots (16 plants) get about 7 liters of water to drink. 😂 The '1.75 liter watering volume per plant' stated in 'Grow conditions' is therefore actually '1.75 liter watering volume per autopot' Most of the water evaporates through the leaves and therefore the humidifiers evaporate less and less water. At the beginning of the week, I had to fill the two humidifiers with 7 liters of water every 24 hours, now every 40 hours. 👌
