One problem with growing dope here is the UV light is weak this far North in the fall so for most people it’s better to just do autos outdoors and timing it so they ripen during the stronger summer sun and you’re done by the end of August. But if you want reliable big yields these fast flowering photoperiods are definitely the best choice. Sep 23: seems a bit off colour so I added some Alaska Fish Fertilizer for N. Always warming the water to about 26C these days to help keep the plant and soil bacteria warm and happy. Sep 25: this plant and Bruce both got blown over twice today. This is because the small 5 gallon bags aren’t big and heavy enough. The plants are fine. Oh well, the advantage is that I can move them around easily to maximize direct sun. Don’t take flash pics of your plants unless you’re going to immediately use a 730 nm far red light to put the plants into dark mode. It’s a great trick as a bloom booster and moves up finishing time here by a couple or three weeks. Sep 27: harvest will be tomorrow because of some bad weather moving in. Tomorrow will be okay but then rain and cold overnight and even snow forecast for late next week. C’est La vie.

First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. Day 29: The girls are looking great. I upped the nutes yesterday, as I have been giving them barely any at all. Will up them once again on next feeding. Looking like tomorrow. The main branch that I snapped off did not make it. Lesson learned on that one. Day 30: Removed all other lights and added the HLG 550 V2 RSpec. Did some defoliation on the girls along with another feeding. Will do straight PH'd water next go. The girls are looking strong and healthy. 💪 Just on the small side. Still having to leave the tent wide open to subside temps and humidity. Day 31: Nothing new to report. Looking very short and stubby and healthy!! Day 32: Looking like they had some good stretching going on over the 3-day weekend. Will be needing fed tomorrow after work. May water a little less this time, as it is taking 2-3 days for them to dry out. Day 33: Great stretch and bloom on the girls today! They are looking super healthy and strong! 💪 No smell yet. Day 34: Girls are looking decent. Noticed some rusty looking splotches on the leaves. I'm thinking possibly Cal-Mag deficiency? Not sure. Day 35: Not looking too happy today. I let them dry completely and watered with only Cal-Mag. Hoping the patchiness clears up for them!

El proveedor dice que con 70 dias pero alguna le queda un poquito mas de de lo recomendado si que otras están muy bien echas pero otras no. llevo toda la semana lavando la raíz con agua.

She seems to be budding nicely. However in the past few days all her lower leaves are turning yellow. I know this plant is a heavy feeder and I thought I was feeding enough. She is not growing anymore, but she looks like she has a nitrogen deficiency. I do use the same water which has a low 6 ph. Today I gave her water with a 7.0 ph. Just to get her out the constant ph zone she has been in. 9/17 fed 15 MLS of foxfarm Tiger Bloom 9/19 fed 15 MLS of Tiger Bloom. 9/21 fed 4 tablespoons Foxfarm Big Bloom, 1/2 Teaspoon Foxfarm Beasti Bloom and 12 MLS of Foxfarm Grow Big. Per 2 gallons. Day 98 She has a lot of yellow lower leaves. So I hit her up with a little grow big. From what I read, she still needs some nitrogen. Lower leaves turning yellow. Think it's a little too early for that. She is a big eater and it looks like she has not been getting enough base nutrients. Her pot is very heavy, so now I'm going to hold back water until she drys a little. Getting cold out at night. Every morning I go out and she was drenched in dew. This plant I'm counting on giving me bud until at least spring. So now I have been sneaking her in the garage at night with 47 percent humidity. She seems to be very happy about this. Right now 9 pm 60 degrees, humidity 71. Humidity is way too high for her to be sitting outside. Her buds are fattening up. Some time last week I gave her a feeding of just Foxfarm Beasti Bloom. Beasti has no nitrogen and she was not happy about that. A lot of lower leaves turned yellow. So I gave her Foxfarm Tiger Bloom and that seemed to make her happy again. Will not make that mistake again.

The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. 8/12 - Dropped 4 seeds into RO water to germinate 8/13 - Placed seeds into re-hydrated peat pellets soaked in Extreme Serene then placed on heat mat to complete germination. 8/14 - All four seeds have sprouted! I have 100% germination. I watered w/ a little RO water and molasses and placed back in tent. 8/15 - Three of the four seeds already have their true leaves and have stretched so much that they HAVE to be planted! I prepared four 1-gallon pots with Roots Organics Original soil and added 1 cup of Bad Bunny nutrients and mixed well. I topped it with Mosquito Bits for added BTI for pest prevention. Finally, I wet the pots down with RO water and Organic Black Strap Molasses. Then planted the four seeds and placed them in the 4x5 tent. I placed a humidity dome one the one that still does not have it's true leaves to keep in moisture. 8/16 - The last of the Purple Microdots has sprouted her true leaves so I have removed her dome. I sprayed them lightly again today with RO water and molasses.
