Starting flower on this tiny grow . I topped them 4 days ago , lets see how they do with their first flowering stage feed ! What are your thoughts guys ?

Very straight forward week in terms of progress. All the secondary lines of the Dominican Republic strain were trimmed, and the plants were foliar fed for the first three days. As an additional note I switched to red and blue light to prepare them for flower.

First day of the seventh week of flower. Realised I’ve been over feeding meaning the buds had kinda stagnated😩😤🤬 a friend pointed out a possible cause and when I laid off feeding every day they seem to have kicked up again.🤗 Anyway live and learn. Now I’m feeding once every 2-3 days.

Greetings my dear Jungletamers, So a major surprise came when @MarsHydroLED contacted us and asked if would like to try out their new SP 3000 light. Being a fan of Mars Hydro for years, we of course accepted their offer. We are totally in love with this light. I was when I saw it in another grower's setup and was in awe of its output and results. With many lessons learned from the previous grow, a mighty producing strain in the form of Expert Seeds Gorilla Glue #4, a.k.a Expert Gorilla's and a tweaked super soil mixture, we are setting out to hopefully get over a gram per watt, preferably 1.5. The Setup A 4.5 (140 cm) x 2(70) x 6.2 (200) grow tent, giving me a .98 m2 workspace. This space is customized to my needs. A standing fan will provide airflow through the whole grow, a top fan will help guide cooler air past my lights onto the grow. 3 56 ltr pots will be the home for the plants when they are 2 weeks old, up to then in smaller jars. The Light The leading role and star of the show will be played by the Mars Hydro SP-3000, so kindly provided by MarsHydroLED, which we will test and review here and I might say, endorse. I'm very careful with who I endorse and support these days, but a company with that many wins in design, I'm talking ever since their first range came out in 2009 these guys have been raising the bar for the whole industry, I did not hesitate to support this leading brand. If you want to compete with these guys, you better bring some quality AND affordable pricing. Why do I endorse the SP-3000 without ANY hesitation? It is seriously THE BEST light on the market in this price range and size group. It has an enormously effective output in U/Mol and with 30% less energy waste comparing to older LED lights. Prove me wrong! And with a company holding a considerable market share selling thousands of units every month, competing on price and quality, one would think that customer service would suffer. Of course, also Mars Hydro is not perfect, but check the sheer amount of people that not only praise the light but also the service received, should the light somehow not perform up to par. Because of the great results, we are going to use the same recipe, adjusted some more with some new ingredients that will complete the mix and give an even more sustained super soil buffer. 20% Atami Bi-grow (very similar to ocean forest) 20% Atami worm castings 20% Atami Coco Coir 10% Hydrocorn 10% Peat powder 1 cup Fossil seaweed chalk 1 cup bonemeal 1 cup bloodmeal 1 cup Microlife 3-4 teaspoons of epsom salt 3 cups of activated biochar (activated with our own permaculture tea) I just made layers, starting with hydro corn on the bottom to aid airflow/run-off. On this I started layering the coco coir, Bi-grow, peat, castings, and amendments in a way that the more mature the plants get, the more phosphorous and less nitrogen they will find. Every time I made three layers, I would mix them by hand. This way we simulate natural soil, which consists of humic layers, composting plant waste, fungal and microbial life, and nutrients from fossilized sources. The Nutrients I will start with just adding 6.4 PH water, although this soil should buffer ph itself and regulate, after 4 weeks, I'll slowly be adding: - Biobizz Grow - Plagron Alga Grow - Biobizz CalMag - Biobizz Flower - Plagron Alga Flower - Biobizz Topmax - Melasses The Tea Some of you might remember the permaculture tea from my previous grow, I have a short video in my harvest page showing how we make it), it will star again in this grow. - (Rain)water - Comfrey (whole plants) - Dandelion leaves - Roots and leaves from the earlier grow - Minor periwinkle (Finca minor) is a plant we have in our garden, it contains an alkaloid that is associated with increased brain function but also is a light toxin for wee beasties and other unwanted guests like gnats (who hate it). - When flowering I add some wood ash to this mix Thank you for checking in on one of my grows again! Flowering process going very well, buds smelling very well and growing. She is in very good health. Hope buds start turning purple soon, still, they are filling with trichomes. Mollases: 5 mL/L

It’s day 33’from seed. All of the plants are really healthy. The plants have a really great root system at this point… I am currently slowly moving the light intensity up to the veg area. Now that are in a groove they are about to explode… I’m hoping I can flip the plants to flower in 1 weeks but I’m thinking I will wait to weeks and let them get a little larger. The plants are just now starting to look visually different next weeks update I will be ababoe to go into the visual differences, they are just not that extreme yet to really talk to much about.

All dried and cured this plant produced about 2.6 ounces of good flower. Not the best haul, but for all the troubles it had I am still pretty stoked. Will definitely be trying again with this strain and every other Barney's Farm strain I can get my hands on.

Fo' Twenny Back with another update on this awesome little Northern Light Blue Auto from Delicious Seeds! I have been giving plain tap water run through 2 KDF filters as of 9/5 and I moved her into the bloom room under quantum boards set on 12/12 to make room for the next run and maybe help her finish faster. 9/9 - She seems to be bulking up a bit in her last few days, but I waited a day too long to water and got she started to wilt/droop a bit. So, there are a few dead/brown leaves I've been having to pick out of her and thus begins pre-harvest defoliation. 9/13 - More defoliation and put her in a loosely sealed box to give 48-72 hours darkness. Harvest, coming soon. 9/15 - Checked her today and she could still use another day to dry out. I have never tried the darkness before harvest thing, but a lot of growers swear by it. So, I figure, why not? I will let her go until she is a bit drier and then give her the chop! Thanks for checking out my diary. Dos Si Dos # 33 ready for drying in the jar, honest weight (53,5g) seeing the structure which was very small I would have expected something less.. but I am very satisfied. the quality of this weed is absolutely at the top, the taste is very well defined.. when smoked it makes your nose tingle,flavor it is mainly pure lemon with a hint of mint in it. even the strong smell induces an entire room in a few seconds without even smoking it yet. I also collected a 0.4g of scissor hash which turned out very well. it is my favorite in this crop because it surprised me in everything both for its unique terpene profile and for its yield that I never expected given its size compared to wedding cakes. the total weight therefore of all three plants is (135.5g) and a total trim of (44.9g) that according to the calculations even of these crops I reached (1g/watt) precisely. (And im not a pro) I am certainly satisfied with that. 🙌🏻💚

New week starts. __________ 🌞10.05 I've watered my plants with 'Pre-Flowering' GHE nutrient mix and spraiyed them with 'Foliar nutrients'. 🌞11.05 Nothing for today. 🌞12.05 Nothing today. No feeding, no spraying. I'm patiently waiting for the end of a week to make huge defoliation. My babies are big. Too big. 🌞13.05 The same. 🌞14.05 Found few bent up leaf tips. Thinking what it is. Upd: I asked a grow kwestion and got an answer. As a result, I moved my lamps higher. 🌞15.05 The reddish 'rusty' marks shows up between upper leaves veins on 'RG'#2 I suspect sunburn. Asked a new grow question. 🌞16.05 It's definitely Phosphorus deficit combined with high temperature. I've measured income and outcome water and it was normal, so it's not an overfeeding. Watering with 80% 'GHE Tripart' bloom formula with adding 80% of recommended dose of 'Advanced PK' nutrient. Watering: - Ph 6.2, - CE 1.17 Drainage: - Ph 6.25 - CE 1.09 I can't change lamp-to-plant distance, but I can put other lamp in my grow box. I have 50 watt red light grow lamp and I'll change one of my 100W lamps to it tomorrow when the light will shut down. It will be 250W instead of 300W and that should be more comfortable to the flowers, I guess. I grew the mighty 'Critical' with this setup. Mr. Pipi defoliated a bit after the topdress last week. just some old leafs here and there, not much. And Frost is building up, terps are coming. Mr.Pipi is happy :) AND the colors BOI oh BOI. thats what Mr.Pipi dreamt of. Day 46: Heights : Frank 47cm , Pedro 44cm and Lance 34cm.

Greetings to all my friends from all over the world, greetings to you from Russia! Another week has gone and I am updating my diary. The plants show healthy growth, but when I arrived at a secret place, I found that one of the 400 watts burned out, so part of the tent was not lit. This lamp has served me for about seven years, but nothing lasts forever. When I did the defolation, the second 250-watt lamp burned out, but unfortunately it worked for more than a year. It's good that I had replacement lamps. Due to the problem with the lamp, one side of the plants did not develop very well. But despite this, the processes of the plant became of sufficient size so that I took them for cloning. I took ten shoots, placed them in a hormone gel and transferred them to Rootriot, moving the clones into the greenhouse creating a microclimate there. I have to admit, I was quite surprised to see that the plant had already been in pre-flower for three days and are developing really well. 🌸 Current Conditions for the Flowering Phase: Watered today with 800ml + 1ml/L BioBizz Bloom 💧🌿 Humidity: 50-55% 💧 Light: 100% intensity, 50cm distance, 16 hours light, 8 hours dark 💡🌙 Current Issues: I'm dealing with a few small yellow spots on the leaves, which seem to be caused by a calcium and magnesium deficiency.
