This week I transplanted my ladies to their 3 gallon oxypot. They both look very healthy with a big root mass and strong stalk. Topping in 4 days or until they are settled in proper.

She’s in flower!!! So excited! I’m grateful she got stuck in preflower. Gave her time to grow into a beautiful Blueberry Lady. I think she will be worth the wait!!

my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 60 days and flowering stage was 70 days total (harvested tops at day 63th) the total weight of dry buds was : top buds 174 G + lower buds 55 G = 229 G my overview of strain with details: the seeds: unfortunately i only got 1 seed cracked out of 5 so i will not know how much this genetic can get different but at least i got the chance to grow once of this wonderful strain the plant : in every stage you can ensure that you are dealing with a high level plant , she will get big so you have to control her height LST and SCROG highly recommended , will grow very well with tick stalks and big fan leaves , has good resistance for stress and will respond very well to stress trainings , she really has gorilla power in herself , fresh buds on plant : buds are very compact and dense even from start , fresh blossoms smells like pineapple and mango , 2 different shades of sweet smells like you hold 2 junks of pineapple and mango in your hand and you smell them together, she is a trichome and resin factory , very very sticky , very oily , strong smell dried buds: very compact and dense , hard as rocks , has dark colors with purple hues inside it , it smells sweet smoke : very smooth and sweet like lollipop , pineapple , mango like , after 2 minutes it'll kick in and you'll get higher and higher with every breath , has a strange and especial high mind high mostly

Okay so I came up with this incredible method of training that I call "root lining".I figured this out years ago in outdoor season when a deer bulldozed through my med crop and knocked a sweet lady over, that started it all. The plant was completely parallel to the ground with roots growing out of the nodes where contact was made with the ground at the stock. Long story short she ended up being a 14 footer with 6 foot whale dicks! That gave me this little idea that's been non stop producing top quality fat resinous buds. This method increases nutrient uptake and makes a huge difference in quality and size. I essentially main line, really low to the ground, until the stock makes full contact with the ground. I then gently rub the downside of the stock with the back of a butter knife to speed things up and break down the chlorophyll layer. Then I add remo roots gel (see all videos). I then add a sprinkle of coco on top just to barely cover the stock (dont add to thick of a layer as this might "choke" and rot the stock) and mist that spot 2-3 times a day. 3 days later and boom! She'll be pumping out roots and go into full beast mode. Give it a try and you'll never go back!

Hey now....This week went pretty good, I transplanted both seedlings from solo cups to 3.4 gallon airpots on day 16, and I also began high frequency fertigation that same day. I am running lights from 12AM to 6PM, and I feed at lights on and every 5 hours after that. Nutes are Silica, Cal Mag, and Maxi Gro with an EC of about 1.2 and a PH of 5.9ish. I am planning to top them both this week probably around day 25ish to the 3rd node, once I feel the roots are strong enough to bounce back instantaneously to the topping. I will start training the mainline within 24-48 hours of the topping as long as they respond well to the topping. I am still only running a 100 Watt Led light for them, but I am thinking about running a 400watt Super Metal Halide Bulb just to build the manifold, then switch over to LED's for flower. I did squeeze some of the bubble hash from the first planet of the grapses run, and all I can say is wow.....it truly tastes amazing and will absolutely put someone on all fours. Empecé la germinación el 23/01/23 en un vaso de agua durante 12 horas, después al taper con servilleta húmeda 24 horas más. Radícula de 2cm y las planto en maceta de 1L Actualización estado de germinación 03/02/23: Meto fotos ya con las macetas rellenas al 10º día y fotos del 7º día comparando las macetas y los tallos. En cuanto el 2º par de hojas sea mas que evidente empezamos las semanas de crecimiento. Dentro de 2 o 3 semanas quizás, trasplantamos a maceta definitiva de 7Litros. Lo veremos. Actualización 06/02/23: Meto unas fotos de las plantas mas grandes, 3 días después para que se vea la diferencia de crecimiento. Además un video mostrando el cultivo entero, la luminaria y la extracción. Llevamos 13 días desde la germinación. Actualización 08/02/23: A partir de aquí voy a empezara a contar ya las semanas de crecimiento. Hemos tenido 15 días desde la germinación. Flowering day 56 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey everyone :-). We are now close to the harvest 😍 This strain is really extremely fast 👍. Both phenotypes now remain there for 3 or 4 days before they are put in the darkroom for 48 hours 😁. The trichomes are now 70% milky and 30% amber ☺️. They were watered one last time today with 1.2 l per plant so that they can dry again until the darkroom :-). Before the last update, there will be an interim update of the harvest 👍. Hey guys that’s my first diary. So don’t be so hard with me 😅

Plants are doing well. Watering roughly once weekly continues to be the current schedule. In this week's watering (week 6, Thursday), a nutrient mix was added (19% Nitrogen, 5% Phosphate, 20% K2O). pH was measured (via the runoff/drainage water collected) on all three plants using a pH probe, of which was measured to be slightly acidic for all plants (exact pH numbers above in the photo descriptions). We are aiming for a pH range of 6.0-7.0, so in next week's watering, we will add a buffer solution to alkalize the soil. All three plants lower branches were also pruned.

Well this was an absolute joy to grow and a stunning plant to look at. Thick nugs covered in a blanket of trichomes with a intoxicating smell that is like walking into Grandma's house while she is baking chocolate goodies. The team at Fastbuds nailed this one. Great strain for all skill levels and I would recommend to first time growers right through to the more seasoned veterans. This is my second attempt so I seem to take longer than most to harvest lol I have to try to figure out why that is, I can imagine this plant in the proper hands would be a crowd pleaser for sure. I will definitely be Growing again but with a different training technique because way too much trimming and training involved albeit was such an enjoyable experience just not a practical one if Growing multiple plants. 2 weeks and I'll sample a joint and my pax to give my initial thoughts but if she taste like she smells than going to be a staple in my bud bar. The smell is intoxicating and will only get better with age which I will cure for 2 months just in time to show her stuff off to famila and friends. Just over 100 grams of solid nugs. Such a fun experience Growing Fastbuds genetics and my favorite strain to date that I have grown. Excited to grow the Fastbuds lineup in the future. Day 62! Not long left at all now with the 🍋🍒🍪 they smell amazing! 🦍🍪 setting a decent pace now too, the first defoliation session I’ve had on them too, wasn’t sure if to just leave them , but I’m more than happy with them now, everything’s looking and smelling 10/10.. untill next week! 👊🏻

I guess I first have to extend a big thank you to James and the folks at RQS. The genetics of their “Northern Light” did not disappoint and this was a no fuss grow across all categories. This will be the only time you hear me refer to Northern Lights in the singular. It’s kinda like calling a “pickerel” a “walleye” - you just don’t do that up here😉. She took well to training, showed no signs of lockout or deficiency, and we were at the top limits of botanicare’s recommended feeding schedule the whole time. I’d call this typical NL - the scent wasn’t overly powerful, she grew somewhat squat and while I’m actually very surprised at the final weigh (thought it would be much less), the whole grow was typical of the strain in my experience. Possibly her biggest limiting factor was simply space constraints. The photos pretty obviously demonstrate that she got really crowded out by the neighbouring kush and I wouldn’t be surprised at all if she’d have done a little better with some more room. That said, what isn’t “typical” are the effects. RQS touts this as a cup winner and I can see why. Had the opportunity to sample a little and WHOA! She Hits with a lasting, cerebral and euphoric effect that starts as a light, happy high. Not a crippling or dulling effect at all. Just everything you’d expect from a well rounded strain in general. Perfect. I almost wanna describe it as a classic sativa but I’ve been smoking nothing but a pure indica for so many months now that anything different is gonna feel that way 😂. Thank Christ for some new stash diversity: 1:! Many, many thanks to all those who cared to comment, suggest or converse on this one. It’s been a pleasure hearing from everyone and I did what I could to keep ‘er interesting : 1:. Next up will be a couple autos on RDWC before the summer outdoor season (and a significant indoor upgrade) is upon us.
