Added 2 videos on preparing a nutrient solution and pH balancing the solution. This week saw aggressive topping (mid week 4) and some serious leaf damage. Not sure if the leaf damage is from the topping, nutrients, etc. I did a flush and solution swap, cleaned the air stone and inside of the jar etc. Built the trellis and started training. I'll cut away whatever trellis doesn't end up getting used once flowering starts. Creepy Don Santa is watching this grow closely. That cat of his is trouble.

The plant in the foreground has really has started to change from white hairs to orange, the second lady who was stunted early on, still has very platinum white hairs, but her buds are fattening nicely. The smell went from a beautiful sweet and earthy smell to a very heavy sweet and skunky smell. I absolutely love it. Two more weeks to harvest, and I am very excited. I made the mistake of brushing my arm against a bud while filming this, even after washing my arm with soap twice i still smell like dank bud!

Tuesday Last week was a topping week and this week is a transition week as the 2 Grapefruit has been moved to the «flowering » tent which is equipped with the MarsHydro TSL 2000 that is pushing 300w of great 👍 light spectrum with a perfect mix between the différents colors in the spectrum. Just 2 days in the tent and they are already stretching so I feel like this time I’m about to defoliate some of the upper fan leaves 🍁 which is not my cup of tea so let’s see how I’m doing it. Will use the removed leaves to make a leaves tea , which is basically bunch oft leaves that I am leaving in the water for a week in a covered bucket , it’s a great foliar spray when it’s done & I will show you the final Ec after 7 days anse you may be surprised 😲 . Thursday The pictures are from Wednesday and the soil of the girl were fairly dry , the lower leaves started to fade-away. The feeding is still the same around 1.7ec and 5.8ph and around 3/4 times a week , I have some grow mates on GD who are keeping the coco constantly moist but I have some difficulty to do it so I’m using the old school wet/dry cycle of the medium. Btw I’ve changed my feeding for the GHE maxibloom because the PK ratio is higher so good for the flowering stage and still one part nuts + cal/mag Sunday I have found a nutrient tips , I can’t confirm that it’s a good one but it offer me an opportunity to be more lazy 😍 ... don’t worry be happy be lazy . So I discovered that when mixing 10g of Greenhouse Hybrids powder with 20ml of GHE cal/mag in 20L of tap water 💦 then adding some GHE Maxibloom until the Ec get to 1,7/2,8 was almost a Ph perfect formula as my mix ph is 5.9 😊 close from the 5.8 sweet spot SO now I’m gonna mix it like that all the time and check only the runoff PH . We are in the end of pre flowering and the girl will start the full flowering process soon enough but they will keep on stretching because of the MarsHydro Spectrum 😁 Thanks for following 😍

Started off week 6 off by adding 5ml of Flying Skull Z7 to reservoir and adjusted reservoir PH to 6.0. I've got the blumats nearly dialed in and keep making small adjustments every 24 hours. I am holding off a few days on the nutrients to see what the plant tells me. The clawing seems to have improved(combo of over watering and not getting runoff on hand watered nutrients I believe). When I apply nutrients going forward I will make sure there is plenty of runoff so I don't repeat the same mistakes. 😬 on day 2 I applied 1 gal of nutrients and watered until runoff. On day 3 I defoliated the bottom of my plants to improve the air flow. On day 6 I added 5ml of flying skull Z7 to the reservoir. I noticed a possible calcium deficiency on one plant so on day 7 I applied my 1 gal of nutrients with the addition of calmag and silica. Ive only used calmag once growing in coco and it burned my plants...so I assumed there was enough from my tap water and nutrients. I know this goes against all advice.. I think it finally caught up with me LOL.LIve and learn to buffer your coco. Next grow I will buy buffered coco and use a calmag product 😅 I defoliated the center of my plants to increase airflow and expose light deeper into the canopy.

Elle sera définitivement classée comme une strain dure à faire pousser. Une semaine elle a trop de nutriment, et puis cette semaine, elle semble en manquer. Les feuilles jaunissent jour après jour et je n'ai même pas flushé encore. Peut-être que c'est les foliar feeds avec le BooBloom?. Au moins, elle a de belle couleurs mauves et jaunes que je n'ai jamais eu avant, dommage que ce soit trop tôt. Je crois que je vais la flusher 1 semaine avant la récolte au lieu de 2 et donner un peu de nutriments à chaque arrosage pour les dernières semaines avec une plus forte concentration de Bloom. Selectively defoliated 1 or 2 large fan leaves on each plant that were blocking direct light to the nodes growing . I REALLY need those secondary branches to elongate so I can begin training them down & out towards the other rim of the 5 gallon pot . Each plant is getting a little over a half of a gallon every 3 days currently I’ll set my goal to have my canopy structured & fabric pot filled out rim to rim by the time I need to amend & top dress for the flowering feeding in 2.5 wks . I feel if I can fill my pot with healthy veg before the onset of flowering I can definitely get 4 ounces per plant . Still racing against the clock here 6/4 lost control of temps tent went to 89F after AC went out. Raised light , decreased dimmer , & increased the exhaust fan to 100% after seeing leaves begin to canoe & wilt . **Noticed just the slightest nutrient burn on a few (not all) of the girls so I definitely won’t be upping the ppm yet & since there still a solid 2 weeks worth of dry amended food in this soil so just water will do fine for the next watering . The girls this last feeding from the compost tea are drinking slower it seems. Though this feeding did include almost 1 gallon more of water & the lowering of the light intensity as well as loss of control of Air Conditioning they are STILL noticeably wetter than normal . I think at this rate from the last watering on 6/2 they won’t be dry again until 6/8 at which date I’ll decrease the amount of water I’ll be giving them substantially.

This is a really great strain to grow with no issues at all! One of the plants was lime green and the buds didn’t seem to mature as well And were not as dense as the darker plant was. Blue cheese is great for making edibles and eating them in the evening and for relaxing and also for a great night sleep. No complaints about blue cheese.

Terps are here, I definitely made a good choice by replacing my old carbon filter. This strain is very gassy and skunky. No fruit, candy, or citrus. Pheno 2 is finally maturing now, seems she is slower to flower. She is bulking up now pheno 2. Pheno 3 is doing well, probably going to be the first to harvest. Pheno 1 is locked out and no real progress after I burned her. I'm thinking of chucking Pheno 1 or putting it outside to finish. I have clones of all the plants, ready to flip and grow flower again. I also have started 3 different strains in baggies. 6 seeds in all. 3 regular seeds and 3 fem seeds. I have No Training Wheels by TERP Fiend x3, Ocifer by Brother's Grimm x2, and Destination Wedding by Dirty Bird Genetics x1. I hope all get to sprout. If not I have back up seeds of No Training Wheels and other strains from Lit Farms.

Very happy with how this lady has performed, amazing quality buds, very sticky and dense flower with a concrete smell that I love so much, which is that kind of fruity sweet flavor that this lady is able to produce, it's been a beautiful journey, I'm gonna enjoy a lot this flowers. Willkommen zur achten Woche – Blütewoche 4 liegt hinter uns Wouw – acht Wochen sind schon wieder vorbei! Leider kommt das Update diesmal etwas verspätet, da mich eine Krankheit kurzfristig ausgebremst hat. Die Woche selbst verlief allerdings sehr ruhig. Die tägliche Arbeit ist inzwischen auf ein absolutes Minimum gesunken, da die Ladys ihre Routine gefunden haben und konstant weiterarbeiten. Die Entwicklung bleibt – wie in den Wochen zuvor – durchweg hervorragend. Fast die gesamte Blütezeit liegt bisher im absoluten Sweetspot, was sich nicht nur sehen, sondern trotz Filter und konstantem Unterdruck auch deutlich riechen lässt. Das Terpenprofil ist bereits jetzt sehr ausgeprägt. Es verteilt einen intensiven, süßen Duft im Raum, der stark an Zitrone, Limone und andere fruchtige Aromen erinnert. Besonders spannend ist dabei, dass sich die Aromen trotz der Geruchsfilterung gut durchsetzen – ein deutlicher Hinweis auf ein kräftiges Terpenprofil und gesunde Pflanzen. In puncto Wachstum hat vor allem die kleine Nachzüglerin in dieser Woche ordentlich aufgeholt. Mit über 37 cm Zuwachs steht sie nun bei beachtlichen 98 cm. Die Pflanze unten rechts hat sich auf 105 cm gestreckt, oben rechts misst nun 83 cm. Und der dominante Sativa-Phänotyp hat es mittlerweile sogar auf stolze 130 cm geschafft. Da sich das Höhenwachstum bei den meisten weitgehend abgeschlossen hat, geht nun sichtbar mehr Energie in die Ausbildung der Blütenstände – und das merkt man. Die Buds haben in der letzten Woche ordentlich an Volumen und Harz zugelegt und wirken schon jetzt vielversprechend. Nährstofftechnisch habe ich Green Sensation inzwischen durch Canna PK 13/14 ersetzt. Zusätzlich kam Cannazym zum Einsatz, um die große Wurzelmasse gesund zu halten und den Stoffwechsel zu unterstützen. Leaf-Tucking wird weiterhin regelmäßig angewendet, um den unteren Trieben Licht zu verschaffen, ohne die Pflanzen unnötig zu belasten. Zudem wurden die Ladys in dieser Woche ein letztes Mal entlaubt, um die Luftzirkulation zu verbessern und den Fokus voll auf die Blütenbildung zu lenken. Besonders zufrieden bin ich aktuell mit der Klimasteuerung – VPD, Luftfeuchtigkeit und Temperatur sind sehr stabil und genau im gewünschten Bereich. Das schafft optimale Bedingungen für die Photosynthese und fördert die Harzbildung in dieser entscheidenden Phase. Insgesamt bleibt es spannend. Der Platz im Zelt ist inzwischen sichtlich zu knapp, was die Luftzirkulation und Lichtverteilung etwas erschwert. Trotzdem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem bisherigen Verlauf und freue mich auf die kommenden Wochen – denn jetzt geht es langsam auf die Zielgerade zu.

Time for the stretch! Lots of flowering growth happening now. I can see where the bud spots will be so I’m going to have to stop moving the branching around in the Scrog, also the branches are getting thick and less pliable.
