there was a problem that mabo's ph meters broke down and showed bad data :( this girl doesn't show any big changes, but her older sister doesn't look the same :( well, this test is ongoing, we're not giving up :)

Plant responded well to increased nutrients.. I digress it's still too hot but im going off the plants reaction. Pistil size has doubled with them sustaining double the thickness with all new growth. Ill keep going. Harvest time is still a few weeks away. I should probably mention that I've suspected for a while now my seeds got mixed up at germination and im actually growing a White Widow Auto and not a Purple Kush Auto. Whoops 🤦‍♂️ If you look at week 3 and compare it to other CKS WW Autos its a very distinct pheno that leans heavy on the sativa side early in veg before its indica dominance takes over.

04/02/24. Here we are starting week 6. Not too much has changed since last week. 2 of the girls leaves seem to be changing colors no matter what intensity of light I try, or what nutrients I give, or don’t. Both of their pistols have gotten really dark as well. #1 (middle plant) has stayed pretty dark green, pretty sure she has too much nitrogen before. Her pistols seem to be darkening much slower. It seems as the other 2 are very similar to each other, and seem more mature. I figured they would maybe drink less water as time went on but instead it seems they are drinking more than ever. Some days the soil is so dry and they look droopy after having been watered thoroughly the day before. Others they seem alright, so watering schedule is typically every other day unless they demand more. I’ve been giving them about a gallon- watering in very slowly. I also gave them some tea, which I’ve listed up top. Trying to help their leaves. Maybe this is just normal, but I don’t know, just think it’s too early for colors. The smell I mentioned in another week has gotten louder. I swear I smell spices mixed in there now too. It’s been nice out the past few days so I opened the windows. Oops. Could smell them outside. Smelled like weird spicy food cooking with a side of chemical, gas, and a skunk spraying? Yeah idk lol.

Cracked a few stems, twisting them 2, 3 points in the main stem and once on each lateral stem, very early monstercropping, cracked the stem without rupturing xylem or phloem channels, minimal recovery, maximum stress and response. There is a new need for significant reinforcement. I know this knuckle will eventually require the throughput of a superhighway. No point in dilly-dallying. Growth grinds to a halt, at least it feels like that. Energy is now distributed fairly evenly to each stem at equal heights and equal light intensity. Growth is not slower; there is just far, far more to do all at once in equal measure, start raising her soil EC up to 1.0mS/cm and maintaining. Upped to 40DLI for now. Temps back in the daytime 87+ range. NPK Raw Grow to keep the soil water solution at 1.0ms/cm, thereabouts. Enzymes and amino acids are applied foliarly to the underside of leaves each night 🌙. Aim to coat the undersides of the leaves where the majority of the stomata are located. Use a spray with smaller droplets to increase the surface area of the leaves that are covered. Adding a surfactant to the mix can help the spray spread better on the leaf surface, improving absorption. Just remember not to add anything immobile.. Heat denatures enzymes. "blah blah what's the point? It's hardly going to do much." Plants have a surprisingly low photosynthetic efficiency, typically converting only 1% to 2% of the total solar energy that hits them into chemical energy. (Too much defoliation and high VPD all night). In fully optimized conditions, that rises to 6%-8% efficiency. Plants may use approximately 25% of their respiratory energy (50% of total respiration) for enzyme turnover, which includes production and repair, but the exact energy cost for heat damage repair is not specific, as the total respiratory energy is not definitively given for plants. Plants generally have a high protein turnover rate, with enzymes making up a substantial portion of this turnover. 10% total ATP is photosynthetically processed. 90% total ATP is processed during cellular respiration. 25% -50% total respiratory energetic output is spent on enzyme turnover (Ballpark). Sounds like it's worthwhile to me. The longer you have waited, the harder you must swing.

They are both getting huge, Zup 1 is a Christmas tree 🎄 Zup 2 is getting wide. Buds are popping all over and resin is beginning to appear. ( good times coming)

Haven't ran into any problems so far. The buds continue to fatten nicely. I increased the nutrients by 2ml as they getting more thirsty in the last phase of its cycle. Harvest is nearing.

Week 5 – Time to Bloom! We’ve entered Week 5, and it’s time for a big change — we’ve switched the light schedule to 12/12 to trigger the flowering stage for our beautiful Gorilla Girl! She’s growing impressively — now standing over 30 cm tall and stretching out nicely in width as well. To guide her structure and maximize light exposure, we applied some LST (Low Stress Training) and gently tied down the main stem. We’ve also carefully removed a few top shoots to help redirect energy where it’s needed most. Everything’s going smoothly — our girl is strong, healthy, and ready to bloom! She looks very healthy and buds are forming well. However, I'm a bit skeptical as to whether a 7-week flowering period will be enough. Over the week I increased the light power to 100%. I added 10mL LAB (lacto acid bacteria, diy with rice water and milk) and 1 mL CalMg per liter of irrigation water. Light Power: 100% Day 79 Flower #28 Photoshooting

26.4.25: The plants were watered with 3 ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3, containing the following nutrients:- ♡ 1/2 Tsp Sea K(elp) by Greenleaf nutrients ♡ 1/4 Tsp Ecothrive Biosys. 27.4.25: I LST'd again by adjusting the tie downs. For FastBuds Mystery seed auto #1 and RQS Northern Lights autoflower, this will probably be the last time I adjust the fabric ties, as they're now well in to flower. Hulkberry was LST'd again today, She is looking absolutely beautiful 😍 Retied some branches down and added a couple of clips. Keeping the canopy as even as possible. 29.4.25: HulkBerry is looking great. Nice green colour, without being too dark. The plant has taken well to the LST training. It doesn't need adjusting much at the moment as the growth hasn't become crazy, just now. March 3: Added a few pics. All is growing right on target! Buds are starting to stack and I absolutely love the smell coming out of the flower room. These next 3-4 weeks are my favorite 😊 March 1: Four weeks since light switchover to 12/12. Technically I call this end of week 2 of flowering since I don't count pre-flower. Managed to get a video although the quality isn't what I would like. Grow is going very well. I kept 4 plants that I didn't top as an experiment this grow since I always top and have never let them go au natural :-) Last time I do that though. Feeding big bloom at a rate of 3 tsp per gallon every other watering. Going to add some bloom boost this upcoming week. I'm quite happy all in all with how this particular grow is going. Humidity got a bit high this week 60 and I immediately took steps to remedy this. Now humidity is around 50. Don't want dreaded bud rot! I'll add some additional pictures this week in the meantime enjoy the video and beware of dog near the end :-D

The girl is getting bigger and stronger, she grows beautifully, the branches have grown all over the box. Like her sisters, I will give her PH Down from Jungle Indabox next week - the nutrients I use will be given to this girl as a precaution so that the PH does not increase. Keep it up 😍
