🌱 Grow Diary – Week 11 Veg Week 11 of veg, and the plant is finally settling into a steady rhythm again. After last week’s defoliation and topping, she’s been taking her time to bounce back, and this week you can see clear signs of recovery. Growth is coming back with energy, not explosive, but steady and healthy. Right now, there are eight new apex sites forming nicely. I’m considering topping again, but that’s still undecided—I’d rather let her keep pushing forward for a while before making that call. For now, she’s cruising. The main focus this week is on stability. pH has been kept between 5.9 and 6, and that seems to be working well. Temperatures are holding steady at 22–23°C, with relative humidity around 70%. These conditions feel just right for recovery and steady growth heading into autumn. On the branch I taped after it cracked during training, the healing seems to be going fine. I haven’t fully checked under the tape yet, but from the look of things, it should be on track, and I’ll likely remove it next week. It’s a bit frustrating that we lost some valuable time in the early stages, but over the past few weeks the plant has definitely been getting back on track. The color looks healthy, growth is steady, and overall she’s moving in the right direction again. So, Week 11 is about patience, observation, and keeping everything dialed in. No big changes, just letting her recover and stack energy for what’s next.

Its Week 9 , i flush them once with AN Flawless Finish, i will cut them when most trichomes are cloudy and a few amber , should be in 7-10 days ready

Girls are moving along nicely in week three, Technicaly day 8 since popped! rH has been much easier to deal with since the weather has been nice. The little humidifier runs all day long tho. Temps also really easy to manage due to an all LED setup! Very happy with the QB so far but I need more time to put an official review for it. Pots dont seem to need water, but i am giving them a spritz on the leaves every morning. I do have a concern, the soil hasn't seem to need water but I am dealing with auto seedlings staring in the final pots. Plants dont seem to be overwater? But I'd like your opinion on them. Hey everyone A fantastic week here. No rain, temperatures around 27°/32° Celsius and nights are not colder than 16° with low humidity. Sounds perfect huh 😃 This week the buds really started bulking up. A good smell too and not to stinky so far. I'm glad with that to be honest 😂 no need to attract the neighbors. Gonna make some daylight pictures too tomorrow. Just got home from late shift. Sun just went down while doing this update 🙂 I gave a good feeding this week. All nutrients were 4ml on 4 to 5L of water (6,4Ph) No signs of nutrient burn and i guess the PH in the soil is right. One leaf is showing brown marks and is dying but that's the only leaf for 3 weeks now. Guess she doesn't receive enough light or the plant used it as food when there wasn't enough water left. LST is good but i really see mistakes in the lower canopy. Some buds don't receive enough light. I cut away a few leaves but i don't wanna do too much. Trial and error year for sure. Will learn and know a lot for the next grow 😃 This girl has 3 to 4 weeks left i think. Next week will probably be the last feeding. Will wait to see how she develops. Gonna water in one more time with Neem Oil too. So far so good. My easiest grow ever 🙂 (I jinxed it now 🤦‍♂️) Happy growing everyone 🙏

Day 16 - Changed from 3 gallon to 5 gallon bucket. PPM in new bucket was 300. No other notes noted.

Plant A (left side) started pushing through the medium first after 48 hours. Plant B germinated successfully at 96hrs but due to cold climate and moisture in the seed the seed got too cold and turned to mush. At 96hrs Plant A had reached 1.25" and had started to spread the first set of leaves. It is now approximately 2" tall and the first fan leaves are about 1/3" long. Growth is steady and effortless for this girl. So far the self watering set up, grow light, and medium have been treating plant A great. After 60hrs she became fully exposed. Plant B germinated as stated before and died, Plant C was planted 5 days into the germination week of Plant A. No pre-soak, just dry seeds dropped directly into the medium. Miracle Grow myth has so far been proven wrong (performance organics, not regular potting soil). In addition to the set up, I found a water bottle diffuser I have on a 6hr rotation (6 on and 6 off) that I found for $9USD at a grocery outlet. Humidity now steady at 31% on the gauge and about 65% Relative Humidity. Temps sit steady around 68-71°F. Shooting for 360g or 180g from each plant utilizing LST. We are seeing if organic miracle grow has enough nutes for an autoflower, with 3 months of nutrients as stated from the bag it should end up timing out perfectly for harvest time with no flushing needed as nutrients will already be used up.

One of them could be a keeper.

Germination was successful in 24 hours!

Ar first when she sprouted grows slowly and in early veg i made many stress and techniques in little pot before transplanted in big pot she grow really faster and get many inside stems whick i cut them all and stay only big n top ones it was very hard to make lst and somethimes i needed to make hst her stems are wildly hard as steel and not easy to give her nice bodybuilding she had many wound and cuts on stem. Flowering phase was amazing beautiful at first it was full white stretching so long middle stems nonstop growing whole 6week and only at last weeks she get many trichomes flavors and starting yellow pistils visually looked pineapple

Day 15-05/11/21 it’s the Start of week 2 of veg everything is looking good hopefully my Mars hydros are here in next few days!!! Day 16-06/11/21 today plants are looking really good I gave them there first bit of biobizz grow!! Day 17-07/11/21 nothing new today no need for watering probably water tomorrow!!! Day 18-08/11/21 didn’t give them anymore water today but defenitly will be watering tomorrow!!!! Day 19-09/11/21 i gave them all i nice 750ml of water today with biobizz grow all looking good!!! I started a new YouTube so if everyone who reads this could subscribe I would really appreciate it!!! Day 20-10/11/21 nothing new today all looking good!!!! Day 21-11/11/21 nothing new today I tried some training on about 3 of them that u see in the video they don’t seem to need water today but most definitely will tomorrow!!!

7/18/21 - They are looking good! Harvest day is coming and we are excited. We have just a few days left. Giving ph 6.0 water. 7/19/21 - Everything looks good. On track for harvest! 7/20/21 - Looking good. Just a few more days left before we chop. The final ripening is going on. 7/21/21 - We are preparing the drying room. The buds look awesome! We have mason jars for curing after the dry. 7/22/21 - These plants stink so good! Tomorrow we cut both plants down! They will be drying in 70 degrees temp and 56% humidity. 7/23/21 - We pushed back harvest one day due to a medical emergency. No biggie, the plants will ripen one extra day. 7/24/21 - HARVEST DAY!! - We cut the plants, removed all fan leaves and hung in a temperature/humidity controlled room. More pics/videos/weight and more will be added when we are finished drying and we post our harvest results. The smell is of strong pine and a little sweet. We are very excited to try the smoke. So close. I'd say another week maybe 2 and then we harvest. Im going to start checking trichomes tonight. They smell absolutely lovely. My entire house smells if I open that tent for a second. They each have their own distinct aroma and the resin is definitely there. I started feeding unsulphered blackstrap molasses with every watering. Just 1 tablespoon per gallon. New experiment. If anyone has any experience with molasses feel free to drop a comment and we can chat about it. Im interested in trying new things to make the final product better. It's always a learning process in everything we do. Thats the fun of it at least for me anyway. Thanks for checking in!

We are going to send these two into flower the second I get my hands on a 3x3. The plan is to move them into the 3x3 until they finish up. Leave the 5 Autoflowers in the 4x4 until they finish then start a perpetual cycle between the two tents. A 3x3 for Veg and 4x4 for Flower! I’m extremely excited about the future!

Happy New Year!!! Over the past week I cut down 2 of the 3 Blackberry’s, they are hanging and drying now. The 3rd is definitely looking better than the first 2. I think the first 2 will probably be turned into edibles, rather than smoked. The 3rd is looking much better overall and especially in terms of bud development, she will probably be smoked. The lights went off before I was done taking pics, so some pics will look a little different. The pics with the lights on I had to color correct, they still look a little more on the yellow side than in reality, but much closer to reality than the pre-color corrected versions. Once the lights went off I turned the flash on for my camera, those pics did not need any color correction. You can see the differences in the pics of all plants, the first 2 are color corrected with the lights on, the last 2 are taken with a flash and no color correction. I read several books on cannabis over the past few days, some good, some not so much. One that I liked was “Marijuana Cultivation Reconsidered: The Science and Techniques For Huge Indoor Yields” by Read Spear. This book is available on Amzon’s Kindle Unlimited service, which costs $9.99/month, but they offer a free 30 day trial (which is what I’m using at the moment). Reed’s book is broken down into 3 sections, the first and third go fairly deep into the science behind growing, he does a pretty good job at breaking it down in easy to understand terms, but I had to read several sections 2 or 3 times to really get it (or just move on with as much understanding as I could digest). The second section is the nuts and bolts of growing. Most was a review but there were several topics he touched on I hadn’t thought of in a while. And again its well written. He also offers the section only in a separate book called “Small Spaces, Big Yields”. If you are not interested in going deeper into the science behind growing, “Small Spaces, Big Yields” is what I would recommend (if interested in reading books on cannabis). I took some notes while reading and I’m going to add some of these notes in my dairy updates over the next few weeks. This week I’m going to include a note on electrical, this should be a fairly basic concept, but it is super important IMO… “Electrical Items In a sealed grow room or in a tent, you will have water pooling on the floor from time to time. There is no avoiding this. Mop it up when you see it, and never put your electrical gear directly on the floor. Never. Not even for a moment. In fact, let me stress this point in bold capital letters. ALL ELECTRICAL GEAR MUST BE MOUNTED SECURELY ON A WALL OR TENT POLE.” -Read Spear I’ll add more did bits like this in my diaries over the upcoming weeks. If anyone has any good book recommendations please let me know in the comments. I’m looking for books that might not be as popular as the ones by Jorge Cervantes or Ed Rosenthal (I’ve read those). I did just order “True Living Organics” by The Rev which I’m looking forward to reading. But I’m looking for more. I really want to step it up and learn as much as possible.
