All of the dosidos’ ended up dying. Hope it was a case of weak genetics and not my incompetence because the northern lights seems to be completely okay, and we’re about 2 and a half weeks in now. Next node is coming in and the plant is really kicking into fast growth now around 4~5th May.

This week marked the start of the flowering phase as the light cycle was switched to 12/12, officially initiating bloom 🌸 For the first few days the plant continued normal vegetative growth, with the stretch becoming noticeable after about 3 days. By the end of the week the plant had already gained noticeable height and the early stretch phase was clearly underway. • Stretch beginning after ~3 days • Canopy mostly even with only one branch slightly leading • First few white pistils visible toward the end of the week Light intensity was increased to ~750 PPFD ☀️ and the fixture was raised slightly to maintain proper distance as the plant began stretching. Watering increased slightly as the plant entered the flowering transition: • ~3L every 2–3 days based on pot weight 💧 Feeding this week: • 1x BioTabs Bio PK • Otherwise water + BioBizz CalMag Environment remained stable: • ~25°C temperature • ~55% RH 🌡️ The plant remained healthy with balanced structure and deep green foliage. not sure where the dry weight thing went but i dont fill in wet weight. who even weighs there whole plant? dry yield is 269gram of pure bud. Grown in a 22liter pot with biobizz lightmix soil and greenhousefeeding bio line this smells so hard that my neigbor called the cops. she even smelled it in her apartment so its game over for me because off this plant. never came across such a weed smelling strain in the 8 years that im growing. hope to be back in 6 months or so.

25/12 se realizo fertiriego a todas exepto a la que ya esta lista para cortar (a estanse le lavaron las raices y se mantiene con agua). Las plantas bienen bastante bien, un poco lentas respecto a lo que dice el fabricante.

Nothing special, everything is actually working. Clearly once my water was at the right temperature, no more worries. The flowers arrived at 12/12 + 11 with the trichromes that pop, it starts to be pleasant! So of course, I'm not going to break any records on this RUN but in any case, I've eliminated a lot of "novelty" and mistakes that I'll make more. I'm counting on the run I'm re-launching to blow all that up, I'm going to go for a performance goal The stretch is off to a good start, it should settle down around 12/12 +21 - 28, so I will place my second net next week. I have done a defoliation. I change the soup in 2 days, so my solution lasts 10 days. I have a slight over-fattening, but really nothing serious, I will switch to an EC of 1.8 - 1.9 instead of 2.0. and I will observe. Here we can see the delay of one of the plants, it's as if I was shooting with only 3 plants. Next time, only one strain, same size of cuttings and passage by cuttings and RDWV DIY mandatory before passage in the V-system. Next week, I change the brand of fertilizer for the RDWC, I go to Athena, I will introduce the PK of Athena which according to their recommendation starts at the 21st day at a rate of 2ML/L. I turn with the base sensi bloom a and b + athena pk Otherwise, I receive the parts this week for my RDWC DIY system for growth, I'll make it with my friend and I'll test it and I'll give you a feedback on the next update, especially since I'm going to restart right away, I'm going to do 10-15 days in cuttings and then I'll go to the RDWC DIY system for growth until I finish the FLO of the V-SYTEM and then I'll go straight to the next one. Pow pow and welcome in official start of week 12 (week6 of flower) We are 86 days from seed and 36 days into flowering period now. It’s definitely the strangest part as every day gets longer and longer with waiting 😉 Good part is - we are in total cruise control mode now. It’s the last week girls are getting any food with EC around 2.2 - 4 litres per day each. Dehumidifier pulling out around 6 litres of water every 24h still keeping humidity on high 50’s - it’s not bad. Overdrive is doing its magic - day after first implementation buds started to get bigger and bigger every day 😍 LemonWalker with main branches as big as my arm started showing the weight so needed to instal some quick support above scrog netting using training wire leftovers. If you’ve followed along you’ll know how well this plant grew. It handled a lot of stress from supercropping, LST, and defoliation. The plant wanted to produce and wasn’t letting me get in the way of that. 7 days dry in my new dry and curing room. First 4 days 70*f and 55% humidity increased to 60 by the final day. I ended up with just over 6 ounces dry weight, well trimmed, and properly weighed. My seedsman Gelat.OG grown at the same time was an 8oz plant and the only one that beat the lemon pie on dry weight. The smell and colors of the lemon pie had me going crazy from early flower til the end. It was an absolute pleasure to grow. This is the second Lemon pie I’ve finished, a friend was running out of room so I finished his plant. He also got close to 6ozs but the smoke was much different and the colors were as well. You will run into very different phenos with fastbuds strains and it makes it difficult to repeat grows, just don’t be upset if my smoke report above isn’t consistent on every plant if you decide to grow it. Both were very enjoyable though… FastBuds has a place in my heart forever and I’d recommend them to anyone looking to grow cannabis at any skill level. They’re just good people over there. Personally I will be taking a new journey with Mephisto next to try and expand my knowledge of other growers, after hearing so many great things it’s time I give them a try. BD: End of week 9 of flowering - flushing

8/23 Fed 2 gallons of nutes to the garden. I'm planning to increase feeding to three gallons as plants look hungry. Ice cream cake isn't as vibrant as it once was. Still losing leaves but I find that is consistent with others in my area according to the local growers page. The hurricane missed us but the rain and humidity are still a problem. It's not raining (plants were soaked so it rained last night) and rh is still 100%. It's outdoor so what can I do? What I NEED to do is spray BT and something to combat PM. Plants are flowering nicely. It's good to actually have some flowers to look at. The smell is great too. 8/24 Didn't water as it rained last night. Defoliated what was dead. Fog was so thick you could cut it with a knife. Everything is in flower. The little ice cream cake flowers don't look like they like this rain. I don't blame them. I don't remember the last time it didn't rain at night. I noticed more damage on plants or maybe old damage. Either way bud shoots are gone on a few lower limbs. I can't pull up my bags as the are firmly rooted. I checked under the five gallon buckets (which were also somehow firmly rooted) and found a shit ton of earwigs underneath. I killed what I could. I tried spraying a bug with dawn but it didn't kill it or at least didn't kill it right off. I stomped on them and tore open the earth. Logic dictates they are probably under the grow bags as well. I'm going to try Spinosid tonight. I'll look up some other methods as well. If anybody has advice please hit me up. UPDATE: Went back down at 6. Super sunny and humid today. Temp was 92 with humidity about 90%. I couldn't spray. I'll have to wait until tomorrow. Found four more moth leaves on the sick isolated plant. They must like the injured ones better. 8/25 Watered and defoliated what needed it. Buds are growing rapidly. Took pictures but have been unable to upload due to slow internet connection. Hopefully the weather will allow me to spray tonight. 8/26 Watered heavy as it's been in the 90s. Couldn't spray as it was to hot last night. Buds are tightening up. Ran out of LCPT so I need to find an alternative. Now that plants are flowering it's easier to see the damage from the earwigs. No buds where they should have been on some low branches. Not many and hopefully the few that got lollipoped will focus growth on the top. I hope I'm able to make it down late tonight to work. I was worried about my plants flowering late but that might be a blessing in disguise. I've seen lots of people losing plants to bud rot. Thanks for stopping by and please leave any thoughts or advice in the comments. 8/27 UPPED MY FEEDING REGIMEN TO THREE GALLONS AND USED TWO TBSP TIGER BLOOM IN PLACE OF KOOL BLOOM AND USED A WHOLE TBSP KELP FOR THE HEAT. This heat is killing me. Yesterday was over 95f with rh in the 90s. My medication makes the heat harder to bare. Defoliated what needed it. I'm in town looking for a fungicide. Planned to use apple cider vinegar this morning but of course I couldn't find it. Buds still rapidly forming. I'll update later. I picked up potassium bicarbonate and citric acid and have the recipe and ingredients for both diy green cleaner and green cure. Once the sun starts going down I'm going to use the potassium bicarbonate recipe. Bought a bunch of potassium bicarbonate and citric acid. I am now able to make diy versions of both green and green cleaner. I mixed 1tbsp potassium bicarbonate with 1/4 teaspoon dawn and sprayed two gallons on the plants last night. Leaves were yellowing more and traveling upward on the blueberry. Bleeding like nitrogen deficiency. I'll monitor. If plants don't improve I'll need to do a flush and an application of Spinosid. Wanted to take pics but the phone died. 8/28 Thoroughly watered today. I also had to defoliate a ton of yellow leaves on my blueberry's. I'm hoping it's not nutrient lockout. I still have three issues that could be my problem 1) the WPM 2) PISSIBLY ph fluctuation or worse w lockout and 3) earwig or inch 🐛/ moth larvae causing damage. I'm coming out of my funk so hopefully I can fix these issues. Smell is amazing and the buds are really starting to develop. They looked bigger in the evening than they did in the morning. It was over 90° f yesterday and I woke up to 50 this morning. I'm sure these big temp swings don't help much. 8/30 Rained last night but I watered slightly as there wasn't much rain. ADDED TWO MORE I.R. CAMERA'S last night. I feel more secure as the area is also protected with motion sensors and a whole bunch of other stuff I'm not going to mention. Anything bigger than a porcupine and things get bright and loud and signals get sent, roads blocked ECT. Not my first rodeo deep in the Maine woods. The grow will not be left alone and hadn't been for a few weeks. Anyway I lifted a 5 gallon bucket and found more earwigs. It jives with some of the damage I've been seeing. I'm thinking of spraying spinosid instead of BT tonight. At least the buds are starting to fill in. They don't seem to bother those as much. They did bite off a bunch of grow shoots though. Either way I have a few issues to deal with. As long as the weather stays alright until October I should be fine. My ice cream cake is barely flowering and it's HUGE. I have another seed that's in a similar state. Others are further along. We shall see how things go. The little ones could be transported inside at night if necessary.
