Getting close now! I’m starting to see my first couple of Amber trichomes. I’m hoping that this will start to be harvested in about 10 days. Well at least that’s what I hope, because I stopped feeding her now. She’s blooomin.

I started germination of 2 Critical purple kush beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their home. Cant wait! Some Background information on my experience with CPK. I've ran this strain a good dozen times. It's a very short, robust, and branchy variety. Packs on fat dense colas with immaculate bud structre and trichome production. It's a fairly fast finisher and packs a real potent stoned. She gets very sexy purple highlights and hues. Some phenos more purple than others but I've always got color. She doesn't mind lst, and some good training work greatly increases yeilds. I've ran her inside and out and all times of the year. She seems to strive and flourish in any environment. Just give her that light and watch her grow! She packs a very signature kush pallet and she always has a spot in my rotation! Seedsman knocked it out the park with these genetics.

Hey now, this week went pretty good, the buds are about done bulking up, and just waiting on the trichomes, I was really hoping she would be about ready, but I think she needs another week to week and a half total. The buds are rock hard, and super sticky. I have no clue what she will yield because the colas are not that thick, but there are definitely alot of them. I plan to squeeze her into rosin, and hopefully I can break the 25% mark for the first time with her, but we will see. So guys we lost 5 early on into flower . But still produced 28.7 ounces off 5 plants so we'll impressed.. my next run is purple punch x lemmon drizzle hopefully no complications and I don't loose any all in all .. mimosa x orange punch 👊😍 terpines out of this world. Mouth waters when smoked .. happy growing guys

Hi guys, some surprises this week. We are now on transition to Flowering period, i have already seen some pre flowers, really smalll. Everything is doing really great , just one plant is with some signals of high fertilization, but nothing critic, its the most small of them. I m watering the plant almost every day, yesterday ( 19/04) i watered with 500ml of water mixed with Bio nova autoflower supermix, and RQS bloom tablets, like 1/8 of tablet per liter. They are drinking a lot now. I will keep every day watering with around 350 - 500 ml per plant, i will vary that according to the plant size and the conditions of the soil. In terms of heat, its doing ok, i added now one more ventilation inside the tent to keep more air moving around the plants. This week, i have also done more LST trainings, really small adjustments, i will do more LST when i start to see big flowers. My plant on the balcony suffered a lot because of my cats ahaha, she is now inside on a window , is recovering but slow growing, she stretched because of lack of light. Today i also decided to switch my main LED 600 W to only red light, only bloom, i was on full spectrum but i will keep for some days on red to give more height to the plant , i also improved the light distance to 70 cm, before was 60 cm. Now the height is around 15 - 20 cm, i want to improve a little the most small ones. Next week, flowering week 😜 I have one doubt , should i defoliate some fan leaves? or that procedure is only on advanced bloom phase ? And should i Keep the Full spectrum, Veg and Bloom LED on, Blue and red. ?

Looking great, I'm able to appreciate where they are rn, the speed of development. Waiting for the male pollen sacs to develop more before removing them. Plant on using the pollen for 3 plants another Gelato cake of the same phenotype, a Gelato cake that is a different phenotype, and a purple monkey balls.

We were flushing at this point, aiming for a Day 60-64 harvest. Was super impressed with Ayahuasca Purple and LSD genetics for our environment. The Cookies Kush could have used a few more weeks to reach her full potential but still put off decent weight nonetheless. Shoutout Barney's Farms for putting out high quality, affordable genetics! Let's start with the weekly overview: Flowering day 56 Both were poured with 1.2 l each and checked for their health. Flowering day 57 Today the tent was cleaned and the humidifier refilled. The trichomes have been checked and are about 80% milky and 20% amber. Flowering day 58 Both were checked, and the technology was checked for functionality. Flowering day 59 Today both were checked and fresh osmosis water was left in the tank. Flowering day 60 Again, both were poured with 1 liter. Flowering day 61 Today was a pure control day. The trichomes are now 30% amber and 70% milky (a few days until harvest). Flowering day 62 Today the whole tent was cleaned. And got the darkroom ready. In the next few days we will go to the darkroom. Of course, there will be a harvest update before the last update. Should probably start my 2 week flush at the end of this week but I want to harvest this plant and my other one(which is 2.5 weeks behind) at the same time so I'm probably going to try and push the feeding another 2 weeks until I start the final flush, trying to have this stay in flower for 10 weeks, the breeder says flowering period takes 8-10 weeks so I think I'll still be just fine. This week went well, the plants are slowly starting to fade and colors are starting to come out. Gonna follow through with my original plan and continue feeding lightly for the next week or two until I start the final flush. I also raised the lights a bit this week mainly to help and give more light to my second plant that stretched so much its main cola is hitting the grow light, and also to help prevent any foxtailing from occurring.
