Hey Growmies! I'm thrilled to share my latest project: two exceptional grow environments, each a lush green haven with 9 plants on plant rollers. We’re employing a blend of Scrog (Screen of Green) and Sog (Sea of Green) techniques. Each plant has its individual ScroG, directly connected to its air-pot, facilitating easy mobility and care within the tent. As the Room is on the cooler side at the moment, I've set up a Solea infrared heater, controlled by an Inkbird ITC-308 temperature controller, to maintain a cozy climate. Each tent is also equipped with a Spider Farmer Cool Mist humidifier for perfect humidity levels. Initially, I planned for identical setups in both tents, but adaptation is crucial. I encountered a challenge with the UR45 lights due to their single plug and UV/IR switches. To overcome this, in Tent 1, I’ve installed two UR45 lights: one dedicated to IR and the other to UV, each managed by a Meross smart plug. The Mars Hydro app manages the light and in-line fan controls in Tent 2, though it has its limitations. The ITC-308 takes care of the infrared heater, while the humidifier regulates itself. I'm really into this setup, but I'm already thinking about upgrading to a single grow controller for all devices. Excitingly, ‘Epic Buzz’ in Tent 1 is competing in the Tent-X Ultimate Grow Challenge sponsored by Trolmaster, who has also sponsored a Tent X Controller for this tent. 7/1: This plant has been extremely fun to watch do its thing over the last few weeks. Those little mistakes I made or neglected in my first grow have significantly helped me get off on the right foot this time around. Not to mention, I feel that the plant/genetics is fairly low maintenance. As I mentioned at the end of last week's entry, I started a little LST on the lower most node. Today, I have added landscaping staples to the second lowest node to allow it to stretch out and get more light from under the quickly growing top canopy. In addition to starting LST on the second lowest node, I did bring the light down to 16 inches above canopy at 60% power. This gives me a PPFD reading of roughly 750, which could be inaccurate due to using the phone app, but it still gives me a good idea of how much I should bump light power up each time. 7/3: Today was a big day for the Mrs. Gorilla Cookie. I decided it was time to add in a bit more soil as well as some amendments. I added 3tbsp of Gaia Green Power Bloom 2-8-4 and 1tbsp Gaia Green All Purpose 4-4-4. I then reapplied the landscaping staples to continue LST. The plants seem to be responding well to the light increase that I applied on 7/1. At the time, I was worried it would be too much, but the plant is really soaking it up and praying toward the light. I may increase the light a bit more at the end of the week. In addition, I plan to try out a self watering base toward the end of the week. I will going out of town soon for the remainder of July and need to test the base before I leave. I do have buddies that will help, but I would like things to be as easy as possible for them. I also hear great things on these self watering bases and if it works out will, I will definitely incorporate them into future grows. 7/6: The end of week 4 has come and this plant is really starting to kick into high gear. I do think adding in the bloom amendments really helped. Great, speedy growth, and looking green and healthy. Pistils have started to form and she's definitely starting to get a little stank. The lights are still at 60% but due to the constant growth the canopy raised causing the light to be 12 inches close and PPFD up to 950. I did notice a tiny bit of tacoing so I lifted the light a couple inches. I am now trying to keep them at a constant 14 inches above the canopy with a PPFD of around 850. I will likely hold off on adjusting the brightness for another few days, as I am liking the results I'm seeing. I started the plant on her self-watering base yesterday when I would have usually given it a feeding. Its only been a day, so its too soon to tell just how well its working, but the soil seems to be at a perfect moisture at all times. I did feed a little from the top today to help some of the nutrients that may still be at the top work its way into the pot. Overall, solid week. This grow is already shaping up to exceed my expectations and I feel pretty good about making it through the Veg stage in one piece. On to the flowering stage! Great week, everything improving daily. Incredible smell, very sticky dense buds. Nice colors, just starting flushing. Over did the nutrients but not complaining beautiful buds.

This is the week. We know we put it as veg but we are turning back the timer this week. Around and hour a day we click back the timer. We use to just flip it to 12/12 in one day, but we thought it was too hard on the ladies, so we are trying this now. The gruntz is just trying to bully the others out the tent. She is a beast. We think going with 4 in the tent from seed might not work. If they were clones for awhile maybe. The clones we took off them are somewhat making it, might have to take a few more just to be sure. Otherwise it’s just been water. We left a few leaves on the soil surface to help hold some moisture in. I just hope the Bruce and gruntz don’t stretch much after the flip is done. The tent feels a little full already. If you see anything we can do better, let us know. Spread some love and share some bud!

Sooo! Now i started the mainlining... what a bad feeling it was chopping her down! :( But i guess its a bad for a good (you get the idea of the expression..) So I will clone the little side branches from the top apex to get some more babies, but i won't be very much focusing on them since the girls i want to show for the contest, are the two mother plants. I did a small video, hope its gonna be viewable. Sorry for the pics taken under the grow light... | 📅 Week 9 | Days 57 - 63 | 💡 750w 📏25' | | ☔ 36%-47% | | 🌡️️🌞 74 - 75 | | 🌡️️🌑 73 - 74 | 01/04: I Did a complete reservoir swap on all the plants with an increased nutrient schedule. I should have done this sooner, but I feared the N toxicity. The PH on all the plants has been adjusted to 5.8 as usual. Smells are kicking in really nicely. Great White Mycorrhizae has been added in the reservoirs in place of the Hydroguard. 01/05: Topped off the focus plant only and PHed all the plants to 5.8. The temperatures and humidity has been nearly perfect for my environment. The buds are starting to swell nicely and the trichomes are filling up all over and starting to turn cloudy in some places. 01/06: Reservoirs on all of the plants were topped and and their PH's adjusted to 5.8. No changes have been made for humidity and temperatures. I removed some unhealthy leaves and adjusted plant positions just slightly. Fox tailing has begun to get severe on the focus plant unfortunately with the other two plants acting normal and temperatures around 77 its looking unavoidable and genetic. 01/07: I cleaned out the bottom of tent today from the build up of debris for a clean tent! The reservoirs were topped off and PHed to 6 to combat a dropping PH. If the PH's drop again we will look towards a reservoir swap tomorrow to avoid problems and get a fresh mix. 01/08: Thankfully the PH's have stabilized and aren't dropping drastically so I will not reservoir swap right now and will do it as schedules in a few days. I topped off all of the reservoirs back to normal and PHed them to 5.8. The smell has increased drastically over the week and its amazing right now. 01/09: Applied a small amount of foliar spray to give addition Calmag and keep humidity up today. I adjusted the PHs of all the plants to 5.8 after topping them off with tap water. I also adjusted the SCROG a slight bit and removed some old foliage. The RH levels are still in the acceptable rage for my setup so I will just refill the open containers and not add/remove any of them. 01/10: All of the reservoirs needed topped off and had their PHs adjusted to 5.8. I moved the air ducts around for better airflow. Temperatures and humidity have remained in the good zone for my environment and I look to keep it stable. I moved fans around in the tent to increase canopy airflow. _______________________________________________________________________ This week showed very good bud and trichome development. The addition of Great White Mycorrhizae has immediately increased bud development significantly. The timelapse plant unfortunately has genetic foxtailing on the majority of its buds decreasing overall bud structure vastly. The non-timelapse plants show little to no signs of foxtailing and have nice and chunky bud structures. These plants are maturing EXTREMELY fast over the last week and a half and its looking like harvest time will be much sooner than I anticipated given the lengthy veg time we had. Week 9 overall was pretty rough in terms of growth for our focus plant because the fox-tailing however there is only so much we can do and this week was fantastic for the other two plants so that's always nice! Welcome back to another week, finally decided to flip to flower as these girls do grow pretty quickly in DWC. Aiming for some nice quality buds bit also a decent yield of at least 1 gram per watt of light. Nutrient solution has not been changing to complete flower schedule yet but I will be sure to switch it over in a few days. The crucial part now is keeping the EC and pH in a good range to avoid any deficiencies or Nutrient lock out. Let's see what the stretch brings the first few weeks. Stay tuned, and I'll be back for the by the end of the week to report some video feedback. End of the week has ending with a heavy defoliation session. Plants were getting bushy and covering potential tops so that needed to be addressed. For now, it will be selective defoliation once they have recovered, which should be in 2/3 days. Keifer brewed out for 72 hours for the b complex viatmins and all the microbes. Did you know that your gut flora. I.e your gut bacteria is generally the same as the soil microbes. Anyway microbes are making these plants grow so fast.

10/15 Same stuff, just keeping it stable is all I'm trying to do. Update 10/18 - Heat was ridiculous this week, had to turn one or more light features off, for example, turned off the HPS -AND- the LED circuit on the Phlizon on the hottest day because inside the tent it was like 91 degrees F. Yeah it may not be the perfect environment, but look at the growth from the 15th til today. Major flowering happening, unless I am tripping. I see a lot more healthy growth now, which in my opinion means the transplant idea was SO WORTH IT. I see a lot of crystals forming now and the tops the leaves are turning more white that I could hav imagined -- with two more weeks at least to go, I think I may have some bomb flowers if I dont fuck anything up. Northern light to the left in video has more to go and is not as far along as the Vanilla Frosting. 10/20 Added some new nutes for the last two weeks of flower, bubbling like a madman wanting this grow to finish. White Widow (three plants outdoors) will probably finish in the tent, its just really in stasis but it is getting some frosting of its own. BTW when I smelled the flowers yesterday I was blown away by how awesome they smell, like seriously boutique top shelf aromas going on, this is my first grow indoors and really the first time I have been able to give the attention and care these babies need. I have learned SO much. Especially about stuff I was clueless about before. Like which lights are good. What tent size to get. Ph, nutes, watering, relative humidity, cloning... all new stuff. I have become a better gardener as a result and my 200 sq ft community garden plot is doing way better and I expect next year to be bonkers because I really get the whole ecosystem thing now and how mycorrhizae helps everything. Ho toppato 2 volte , una volta al 4 nodo,poi ho tolto via anche le prime foglie ad una punta e ho lasciato crescere solo il secondo e il terzo nodo, non appena sono cresciuti ho toppato ancora tutti e 4 i rami in modo da avere 8 cime apicali ...a reagito stupendamente bene per avere 3 settimane beve già parecchio...ora cerco di tenerla giù facendo LST ogni giorno se c'è bisogno, così successivamente ci sarà spazio per fare penetrare abbastanza luce per tutte e 8 le cime!....io sono positivo, lei e promettente vediamo la prossima settimana cosa ci aspetta!!!!
