Grow Diary – Day 73 (Flowering Day 53) Strain: Sour Frootz by Karma Genetics Plants: 4 clones Training: HST + SCROG Nutrients: Green House Feeding – Bio Grow & Bio Bloom Date: May 24 (Saturday) Status: Entering final ripening – harvest approaching At Flowering Day 53, the Sour Frootz plants are now in the late flowering phase, showing strong signs of maturity. Buds are fully formed, tight, and heavily coated in resin. Trichome development has peaked visually—most heads are now cloudy, with a noticeable rise in amber trichomes, especially on upper colas. The aroma is intense and complex: sweet, citrusy fruit mixed with sour funk and subtle earthy undertones. The terpene expression is at its most volatile, and the flowers are sticky to the touch. Some larger fan leaves are beginning to fade, showing natural senescence—primarily a gentle yellowing, with no signs of stress or deficiency. Nutrient Program: • Still running Bio Bloom, though it can now be tapered or discontinued if you plan a light flush. • Bio Grow is no longer active at this stage (breakdown complete), but residual nutrients are sustaining the plant. Watering is now more moisture-controlled to avoid excess humidity near dense colas, reducing mold risk. Additional Notes: • No pest pressure • Canopy is stable, buds are weighty • Lower humidity maintained (~40–45%) • Good airflow across and under canopy • Natural color fade beginning, especially on fan leave.

Salute comrade ! According to the passport, it would be time to harvest, and they look very appetizing. Not all trichomes are still amber, it will stand for 1 week in a solution with honey and molasses. 5 days of flush, 2 days of the night👌

The run continues nicely, we still had some temperatures of nutritive solution a little high with the heat of Danielle. It drops drastically in 2 days so I will finally finish this growth in the calm one and will be able to begin my bloom on September 24th. I apply hydrogen peroxide at a rate of 0.5ML/L, twice a week as a treatment. The root Rot X is used every ten days when changing the nutritive solution. I put less water in my system, in order to create a wet zone and a dry zone, I make sure that the roots are always immersed of course. As soon as the temperature drops, I will switch to 800 ppfd for the end of growth and depending on the evolution of the plants I may add some sensi grow a and b to increase the ec a little. If you are attentive, you will observe on the tips of the leaves or even on the leaves, spots of burns or deficiencies, it is simply the consequence of the pythium a few days earlier. The last growth update will be around September 24/25.

Getting really bushy about 18 inches tall going in this week might be the last week of veg if they keep growing how they are. These girls are getting wide as hell. Will move one of them over to avoid over crowding in the middle next change out of nutrients. They're appetite is getting big

Obwohl alle drei exact der selbe Strain sind, kann man hier mal wieder sehr schön sehen, wie unterschiedlich sie dennoch wachsen können. Trotz selber Bedingungen und Parameter, wie Dünger, Licht, Temperatur, RLF usw... Nur eine wurde ein einziges Mal getoppt, das ist der einzige Unterschied. Aber auch da kann man sehr schön vergleichen, wie unterschiedlich sich das auf die Pflanzen und den Wachstum auswirkt. Im Normalfall hätte ich sie noch ein wenig mehr an Größe zulegen lassen, aber es muss voran gehen. Deshalb hab ich sie jetzt nach vollen 8 Wochen Vegi auf 12-12 umgestellt und sie endlich in den Stretch geschickt. Mal sehen, was sie hhier noch an Größe und Umfang drauf packen...

Day 57 - Starting week 9 and she was ready for a feeding of water and nutes today, so she got almost 2 full gallons. I did do a very light defoliation with her today as well and she’s definitely liking the second AGLEX light turned on and seems like it’s helping her plump up quite a bit. Day 58 - Just trimmed up a few of the larger fan leaves hanging in the way of the buds and just letting her go otherwise. She’s frosty as hell and gonna have some fat and dense buds when all is said and done. Day 61 - All going well still and looking like she’s down to the last couple weeks as well. Will start monitoring her trichs from here on out. She wasn’t quite ready for water yet but should be tomorrow. Flowers are looking amazing as frosty as hell. Day 62 - Not much I need to do with this girl anymore, just feeding her when she needs it and that’s about it. She did get about a gallon and a half of plain water today and it’s looking like she’s only got a couple weeks left. Day 63 - The end of week 9 and just letting this girl do her thing and her trichs will tell me when she’s ready. The buds are nice and compact already and figure they can only get better the next 2-3 weeks. Not much I can or really need to do with her right now.

Appreciate the response I got from them after replying to one of their spam mailers in dm... lets me know everything I need to know about their company... Running the GHE wk 1 bloom feed at full strength (1237ppm total). Will continue to adjust strength depending on how much TDS drops in 12/24hrs. Day 36- i accidently farted while working in the closet tonight... i think i may have to burn everything in there now and start from scratch.. it was THAT bad!.. i dont think a million apologies will make up for making these girls inhale THAT, nor flush it out of their systems. damnit!! RES change tonight. same week 1 bloom medium strength since its the same as week 2 formulation. ended up being 1327 after PH corrections. water started off 300ppm calmag and started using hydroguard again since the h2o2 did the trick a while back and we're in the clear. plants looking awesome, and have another 19 days before another major defol. uploading vid of a new system im working on as a teaser for the next grow... its far from finished... but the final product will be showcased later on. Bigger version of this waterfarm and its upgrades. Plus something a buddy wants me to try, but I'm waiting on the plated titanium mesh to show from China to finish that piece and bring it to show and tell for everyone to see. Day 38- PM RES change due to TDS drop from 1327 to 902 in 24hr. WG starting her droop letting me know. She sure does pump right after a fresh change. Must have went light on my measurements cause I ended up in the 1100's. As long as the ratio is right, that's what matters. I don't know exactly WHAT they're eating, just that they are. Adding anything could risk a lockout. Looks like WG is trying to tell me to back off on the Nitrogen?? Maybe dialing it back a bit on accident worked out for the best.. Mild defol tonight to open up those bud sites. supercropped a few more fresh stretch limbs on GC. Day 39- selective leaf plucking tonight. Bare minimum to keep things opened up. RES change later in their day, tomorrow for me. Will be lowering the nitrogen a hair since 2 or 3 of WG leaves are curled downward at the tip. Will update with the breakdown after the fact. Day 40- WG has been looking hungry since yesterday. Don't blame her cause RES is down from 1100's to mid 7's. Even with topping off with 300ppm calmag'd water around 2.5L a day now. Changed RES before they woke from their nap. Modified week 2 transition GHE "medium". Breakdown as follows: 2 gal calmag'd water - 300ppm Micro - 11.6mL Grow - 11mL Bloom - 14mL RES totals after PH corrections - 1253 @ 5.54. Day 41- WG looking hungry again... RES was already down 200 from its change not even 12hrs ago and down 1.5L. top off, PH adjust. changed RES during their night, right before "sun rise". same modified formula as yesterday. need to bump it up so EC doesnt drop as fast. GC need to pick up the pace, cause i dont want WG getting full on amber by the time GC is done. random plucks here and there to keep things kinda opened up without taking off too much ATM. few leaves on GC showing small brown spots, calmag def?? hmm.. already using 5mL per gallon to get to 300ppm.. *edit* looks like the start of a calcium deficiency. Odd, cause I'm adding 5ml/gal now as per the bottle. Raises ppm from 80 to 300. How much is too much?? Going to try 7mL per gal for a few days and see if we can nip this in the butt. As always. Aug 24: starting the fifth week of flowering. This plant was started late so it didn’t get as much veg time, but it is flowering nicely and is doing quite well. Updated diary to list this as Overdose Fast which seems more likely than Auto Overdose. Likely just mis-packaged, and also based upon other growers comments about their autos not autoflowering. Aug 26: she’s doing well and buds are forming. Watered with potassium silicate this evening.
