Rolling into week 7. Time to dial down the nutes and start my UVB regiment. I use Reptisun 10.0 bulbs due to LED UV's giving far less than optimal performance. Reptisun 5.0 bulbs work 2. I only run them from week 7 to flush and for only 3 hours a day within the current light cycle. Update day 45: After doing a trichome check, it finished EARLY!! Time to do a quick flush then harvest. I was going to add the nutes to the fresh water today 😂😂

Need to keep the noise to an absolute minimum. So I'm trying a 6/2 light schedule in a hybrid closed system and only running extractor 15 mins 3 times a day( once per mid light on) hopefully this will keep temps fairly stable(seems to hold around 26⁰c) around week 2 I will add CO² bags....I assume I will need a dehumidifier in a few weeks.

Hi all, Welcome to my 🍌💜👊 week update. Thank you so much for your all support on this bananas journey 💜💚💜💚 Week 12 Jan 1 - Jan 7 I am so happy seeing how my girls are developing. All it's going great. 2 waterings of 8ltr on 03/01 no runoff and second on 06/01 9.5ltr! Runoffs PH at 6.2. Purchased larger dehumidifier and installed on 03/01 instantly humidity decreaseed from 55-59 to 50-55 on avg. and at night from 62-69 to 54-60. Light from 01/01 on max power output 110 watts. Nutes slightly adjusted. Buds on both girls gaining size, weight. Trichomes on Athena mostly milky and clear with only very few ambers. Xena mostly 50/50 clear and milky, They are smelling gorgeously, not sure if I should smoke or eat them first. Next week will still feed with nutes and keep an eye on trichomes development but it seems that girls are not in a hurry at all. That's okay me neither 😁 Stay tuned for next week entry very soon! Chopping these little ladies was pretty simple because of their size but trimming was a sticky mess I had to clean my shears after every buds because of the amount of resin. I will be growing this strain again with an actual veg so I can see how great it really is and I definitely recommend you try it as well

Starting to learn a lot more about ppm. An starting to drop it down for flush I’m also starting to cut out the micro and MagNifiCal out of the feedings as I’m really looking for that autumn fade. Temps already drop about 8-10 degrees form lights on to off so i believe that’s set. Gave her two waterings just plain water cause her ppms were probably as high as I am LOL I slacked on ph which probably wasn’t good but we will see also forgot to water her so she went 4 days without, let’s just say she wasn’t very happy with me ahah

She is much prettier than she was a week ago :) I remembered that I have my first grow light, which is more compact and it will give me more space, so I changed my light, now the girl's side branches get light too:) I add a lot of video memes, because I really want to win Iphone16 pro ;) and those who don't take risks don't drink champagne:) good luck to everyone.

June 26 Getting bigger and bigger! Makes me wonder if I should flip her to flower here soon to control the size since she's not an autoflower which is usually smaller, genetically. She hasn't used up all of the nutrients in the bucket yet either. June 27 Plant was a bit droopy, so a half gallon of PH'd water did the trick. June 30 Some lower leaves are getting yellow and dying. I'm taking that as a sign that the soil is almost out of nutrients. Mixed up a 1/8th strength of General Organics GO Box nutrients (week 1 to avoid nute burn), but upped the CalMag to 1/4 strength. Fed one gallon at a PH of 6.7 to slight runoff.

The plant continue to grow incredibly strong and fast from now on I well slow down on grow nutrientes cuz the leaves are very dark green and we are well into flowering meaning they don't need that much not nitrogen anymore. Thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow.

Into the LED Dome (And i’m out of cubes… profanity) - some branches get tied down tonight; let the games begin 10th, - Nutrients fed for breakfast - how to say this: things are so steady with daily progression - raised lights again to maintain 2c difference between Room temp / Top-Leaf temp. My Phlizon 4500 is almost topped out in the room, and its running at 50% power. This last blast of growth and transition within the plants, tells me this set-up is going to last Just long enough !!! Just big enough - 2 more weeks come on! - a few more clones taken last-nite; cloudwalker / black tuna / lsd / alaskan purple etc etc PurpsBerry will be last clone taken - no foliar misting on Food mornings like today; every other day is still the target here in mid-Veg 11th, - while rummaging through the crop early today, I found what is certainly a Male Panama Red plant. Everything is going great. A little stimulants and water - this recipe for soil I like very much, let's see what happens next. The purple coloring is filling the buds

She's surprisingly short compared to Selena (Super Auto Lemon Haze) but her buds are turning out to be nice, purple, and covered in trichomes so far. Had to cut down the lights to 12-12 cause one of the other plants turned out to be a photoperiod. Sucks but it definitely saves me the electricity bill. As usual, looking forward to next week!

Going into flowering is always a special moment and we prepare to do it at our best to make the plant understand that it is time to become a woman and speed up the start of the formation of buds. We start with 24 hours of darkness this to give a strong break and sign of change to the plant that understands the change of time and prepares to go into flowering. Our Black Runtz was worked with a topping x16 buds but unfortunately I got stupid one day and after having vaporized something strong while doing a defoliation, I also cut a branch, our x16 buds became like this x14, story of a bullshit done. I hate doing bullshit and I expose them to public shame to remind myself not to do it again any normal human being would have hidden the fact. But we are not here to comb the dolls so we always tell the truth. It happens and the plant will be super beautiful anyway. Another thing that gives the plant the signal to start flowering are flowering stimulators, we friends at Plagron use Power Buds. The start of the flowering program includes the same additives as the vegetative phase Power Roots, Sugar Royal, Pure Zym and adds the flowering stimulant Power Buds. Now the basic fertilizer is Alga Bloom specific for flowering. The white residue is from Epsom salt foliar spray... Hydroponic buds (Banana Daddy) are getting noticeably denser than soil (Pluto Runtz)

2/4: Photo session day! These are the fastest, most vigorously growing plants in the garden, but also the slowest to flower.😕 I had a total infestation of Cattus (felis) which I documented in my photos. Eradication seems impossible, so I'm opting to allow a degree of predation, but hoping trichome production will, at least, deter them soon.😁 2/5: I fed everybody today with about 3/4 gallon and sprayed them down with Axiom harpin proteins for the last time this run. I made a DIY CO2 generator today using a 5 gallon cat litter bucket, a small aquarium pump, some air line tubing, and a bubble stone, plus 6 cups of sugar and 30 grams of wine yeast in 2 gallons of warm water. I put the tube where the CO2 is exhausted up against the back of the oscillating fan that aims down over the plants so they are being constantly forcefully bombarded with high levels of CO2(1300+ppm) from above. I set the ac infinity controller to allow the temps to climb up to 89f before the fan turns on. 2/6: These girls are taller than anybody else in the garden, and still stretching (unfortunately). Surprisingly, they're also the slowest to pop pistils. They are flowering, but slow as hell for an indica dominant strain. I probably should have left them all in the dark for a full day when I switched to flower to encourage them to flip faster. I bought some Gro-Pro pot risers to elevate the pots so that they will dry out faster..seem pretty effective. 2/7: I foliar fed with big bloom and tiger bloom today. 2/8: I ordered a second 6" AC Infinity fan to connect to my controller, some ducting, and a diffuser which I'll mount to the wall, down near the floor. The fan unit will be in another closet, adjacent to the garden closet, and I'll run ducting up through that closet ceiling into the attic, with a filter on the end to keep bugs and particulates out. For the next 6 weeks or so, it will provide a supply of colder fresh air. I did the math, and it will now only take about 1 minute and 40 seconds to completely exchange the air in the closet. Depending on the outside air temp at the time, it should take anywhere between 8 and 20 minutes for the closet to heat back up to 80f and the fans to kick back on again. This Spring, on days when it's not cooler than 72f, I'll disconnect the duct in the closet and stretch it into that bedroom, clipped to the window unit air conditioner output, cranked down as low as it will go. This Summer, I'm gonna just run a pair of the quantum boards and grow 4 or 5 autos in there, but this should help keep the temps cooler in summer as well, without dedicating an air conditioner to the grow op.🙏 2/9: I foliar fed them with grow big, big bloom, and tiger bloom and checked moisture in their pots. They're due for a good watering tomorrow.
