This week Went very uneventful. Reduced the fertilizer down to 600ppm and flushed twice on Wednesday and Thursday, on Wednesday I still had 100ppm in the tank after the second flush it went down to 0. Kept her in darkness until Friday night and then started chopping her down.

Baked Bomb autoflower has been hitting a great growth spurt. She has not shown any piistils yet, but has the stretching appearance showing. I imagine they will show this week. Everything has been going great lately. I did clean out her underside some, and selective defoliation through the canopy. The plants continue to grow although slowly. I turned the Gavita back on this week and even at 42 inches it seems to be too much light at full power because although they're getting adequate nutrients, the leaves appear to be showing signs of damage to the chlorophyll pigments. I'd like to splurge and get the adapter and controller so that I can dim the light and slowly increase the intensity to allow for a more gradual photo acclimation period, but I will probably hold off until my next run. I've also considered adding supplemental Co2 to help the plants more effectively tolerate and take advantage of the light intensity, but it seems like a big expense for an uncertain benefit considering all of the other variables that are sub-optimal. Perhaps I'll give those Excellofizz Co2 pucks a try. Someday I'll build sealed grow room with automated Hvac, feeding, and Co2 enrichment but for now I'll soldier on and hope for the best as the flip to 12-12 approaches. More to come next week!

I made it to week 12 flower. Visual changes are, trichomes of top colas range from 15-30 amber, there's some purpling of the leaves from the cooler temps. After waiting longer then I wanted this week, I found a day to harvest comfortably(after record breaking heat)...I've harvested both plants already, and they are drying while suspended from hangers. Next week, and after the drying period I will have dry weight and more pics of the harvest. Temperature is 70-65°, and humidity is 45-50 during drying, and I'm going for a 6 day dry.

I added a dehumidifier towards the end of this week to reduce the RH, but the thing i didn't realise was there were some red and yellow led's on the dehumidifier, one displaying RH and another for the power. I didn't cover up either through the dark periods and i just hope this past few days with them on doesn't affect my final yield 😣 Looking at the trichomes am i correct to start flushing now? let me know what y'all think!!

Shes looking great!!! got some nice flowers started and I bent the main cola back just a little more with a yoyo to give the other branches better light coverage. Got the lady all trimmed up and looking lovely. With some luck and lots of effort it should be smooth sailing for the next month or so as everything is in place in the tent and virtually all trimming done its time to just let the flowers grow!!!

This week I had to refill 5 gallons water to make sure I’ll constantly give em water every day, but not heavy just when the soil looking dry. Before putting on the net trellis. I did a little LST . I hold ‘em down first before putting the net trellis on. Slide the net trellis down and then cut off the string that holding the plants down for LST. After cut the canopy shoot up into the square hole. Then from there I reorganized tucked the big fans leave under so other can get lighten . Blue dream is fading yellow she wants to finish even tho buds still with plenty white pistils and I think they can get bigger hopefully she’s able to stay strong one more week .. purple lemonade just starting to fill the buds I believe she has a couple weeks left

7/15 (Day 28)- Everything seems to be going well and everything is staying in check. I’ve been adding around 1 gallon of nutes ppm to 550 and ph 5.8 to res around every 12 hours. Having to defoliate some every couple days to unblock light. These are very short bushy girls. I’ve been doing some light LST as well, mainly just lightly bending some as I defoliate. Roots look nice, big and healthy. My humidity during the night is starting to be a concern. It’s getting high and my little dehumidifier is not doing much. Will monitor and continue update daily. 7/16 (Day 29)- Started off the day with a gallon of nutes to top off res, then did some light LST, just trying to figure out the best way to do that. Trying to keep them all even. They continue to grow like crazy and each day I have to pluck a few leaves here and there to open up some light for the newer smaller growths. Everything is in check, water and bite change in the morning. 7/17 (Day 30)- They continue their short, rapid, bushy growth. Flushed and added fresh water and nutes. PM to 500 and PH 5.8. Everything stays in check. 7/18 (Day 31)- Progress continues, did some more light defoliation and added another gallon of nutes to res. 7/19 (Day 32)- Things continue along. Didn’t do much today, just monitored and added a gallon in the morning and a little before lights off. 7/20 (Day 33)- Pretty much same as yesterday. Probably going to take another stab at some LST and light defoliation on Saturday. 7/21 (Day 34)- Same as previous two days. Just monitored and made sure everything was good, they are drinking about 2 gallons a day now. I also added a dehumidifier to the room, humidity at night was getting really high so we will see how this helps. Tomorrow starts a new week and I'm excited to see the timelapse tomorrow. I’ve kept almost all the fertilizer, light, and environmental parameters the same. I did a good defoliation to improve airflow, since I was having a bit of trouble lowering the humidity. This also helps the light penetrate better through the buds, allowing them to develop more fully.

This girl kept me busy this week. I had to clean up the bottom of her as I have another plant that has a touch of powdery mildew so I have to be careful going forward. She’s free of it thus far though and I plan to keep it that way! She has been stretching out and starting to really kick into high gear flower wise this week. I tried a different feeding routine and I think she isn’t totally digging it as I have a little clawing going on so I’ll have to go will just plain water to get her balanced out again. I dug out the straw mulch I use that had a bunch of top dress amendments and replaced it with some fresh straw and no amendments. She’s been easy to stress in that sense. Not a hungry lady at all. All in all I am happy with the progress of this sweet seeds lady! Looking forward to another exciting week! 😎🍿
