Ze Chem Bang is vegging right along. I hope this update works. She had a solution change a few days ago. I previously have removed the lower leaves as they were struggling with signs from my inability to care for them proper after hand surgery. I am back now and she is back on track. Hey guys! New week, here we are! As always, every Sunday is cleaning day. Took everything again from the tent, washed the saucers. Was also time to cut down some leaves as it was starting to look very bushy and hard for the light to get through it. During that time, came across with some bugs under the foliage, which isn't a great sign for sure. Not to mention the fruit flies that moved in and are making my life a little chaos. This was the strain most attacked by the flies, and those bugs that live under the leaves. Reducing now the RH a bit, and watering now on every 72h instead of 48h to keep the grow as dry as possible. Increasing the ventilator speed was another attempt, it so much air circulating should be hard for them to make a living inside. Just put now more of those fly traps and will add a couple glasses of cider vinegar here and there, as it attracts most of the flying things with success. Note that some plants are yellowing and that's never a good sign. Though for few weeks it was Nitrogen deficiency, but after increasing it and the CalMag values, the problem persists, so I'm inclined for something bug related. Besides that, temps are still very stable, RH was changed, now to 40% tops, and the light went a little lower to get it closer to the plants - always with the light burn effect in mind. 40cm is the line between the tops and the lamp. Flowering is looking good, buds are forming well and seems that's gonna be a good ending if I can keep the bugs under control. They're showing the first signs of flowering, so we decided to switch already the nutrients in the last feeding of the week. That's all folks, have a great week

Bit of lower defoliation this week to tidy up to increase air flow. Very short girlie's and suffered a lot. They seem to of entered preflower end of this week. Only small update as had very busy week.

Beginning of week 4 so far so good. The girls are reacting well to there training. Vita race from plagron is a game changer. They are super green and healthy everytime I feed them you see the difference.Did some defoliation. Nothing major just removed any leaf overlapping or blocking light to lower parts of the plant.

I started getting new growth from the tops of my colas. I thought this might of been down to raising the light up 10cm but it might of been down to high light intensity so I also moved one abit further away from the other to try and help. The pictures in the dark and videos was around 4minutes before the lights came on as all my photos are over exposed. Next to this plant I have an experiment with pink kush and zombie kush using the light given of from this grow.

Harvest time for Divine storm. Not much to say about this strain, except this is my last time growing it. July 11 update, 84 grams dry weight. Same taste and smell as before, a wine taste with a bit of fruit.

Do you see that SWAMPMONSTER in the corner of the tent there ?? The Queen towers above the canopy and the rest of the plants lol. It's really interesting from using the Smart Proteins, i think how they work is that the plant is able to process them and compensate any kind of slight deficiency which means that each plant that gets the proteins is able to grow to it's maximum potential and at the same time grow to its **individual** potential... that's why each of these plants has so much "character", because if you look closely it's less a question of phenotype but more like "individual expression".... INTERESTING !!! Anyway that's about the visual... my main concern about these is how loud they f-ing smell !!! ITS PROBLEMATIC, so be conscious of that if you plant to grow these one day ! REALLY REALLY LOUD, honestly there should be an additional category on GD like "problematic" which is beyond the "strong smell" category. I have two large carbon filters on two 1330m3/h fans and it's a problem. Hope you understand how unusual that is for a plant in veg lol... I think the smart protein probably affects how strong the plants smell because all the plants seem more smelly than expected... TBH i'll fix the smell issue but hopefully it's a good sign and an indicator of the quality i can expect by harvest time? These also got two rounds of defoliation , and i flipped them to flower like 4 days ago. This was an exciting veg to me, but now is when it gets interesting, let's see how beautiful these flowers are !! Test genetics always have that little bit of mystery to them right? Another week in the books, one maybe 2 more to go, if the weather holds and humidity doesn't go crazy. Since grow diaries doesn't support more than 32 weeks, it's a bit of a pain to track the rest of this grow. Still I will post updates.

Interesting grow I thought. Is it worth adding a co2 emitter in an open house or is it a waist. Mind u there r 3 people and 2 dogs when the house is full

Great growth has continued with no issues other than the occasional dew spot on the leaves as they thicken up! Turned light up to 215w from 100w, installed new exhaust fan and finally got the carbon filter in. The plants have stretched about 4" total. I did a pretty good defoliation this week removing about 6-8 massive clones that never broke through the canopy and a bag of lower and large fan leaves. I also started about mid week adding in the nutrients for bloom first Voodoo, Rhino Skin, Nirvana at 1/4 strength. Then gradually adding Bud Candy and Bud Ignitor with a little B-52 after defoliating while still using the Grow A+B. Switching to 12/12 after today and will apply one more dose of B-52 and Nirvana and ramp up to 1/2 Strength on the other supplements. Happy Growing!!!!
