Very nice colours burst out in late flower

I started picking for forbidden fruits the day after last week’s post, checking the colas with the scope and only picking tops that were approx 10-20% amber. As I snipped colas I also removed a lot of upper fan leaves, this is to allow light to reach lower buds for a final ripening. Once picked, I placed approx 100g in each brown paper bag, folded the top and sat on a rack. I slowly rolled the bags around once or twice a day just so the buds didn’t stick together. Seems to have worked well, no dreaded hay smell to note and nicely dried. I think I’ll be taking some more colas tops off in a few days time and I’ll keep the plants alive for another week or two, depending on how fast they come along. I have 4 Mimosa EVO (no diary) about 7 weeks into veg at the moment and I think it would be nice to give them another 2 weeks as I need big plants to make clones from them, ready for the next diary coming soon... hopefully with successfully taken clones 😊

April 28 - May 5 This week the nutrients have been completely phased out and they are now just sipping plain TO water ph balanced to 5.8 still. As they start entering into the flushing zone with harvest day quickly approaching. Daily tricome inspections become the focal point In these final days and or weeks. I

Hi, I've done this on larger scale in the past, now I do my best to keep within lines of Dutch laws. This is a bit difficult but very doable. I started late with taking pictures, Yesterday I noticed the first white hairs 😀 So I took some pictures today and uploaded them. I grow on very small scale under a desk 😏 so the plant can't grow to large in height. No topping for me, since this is an automatic, I'd like to see that it does. From seed it has been on 12/12 :) also to see if it still will become a nice lookin plant, also to keep it short. I added some chicken fertilizer for extra nutrients, just on the soil. On day 24 (3,5 weeks) I decided to make the plant a bit smaller with LST technique. I hope I didn't break the stem otherwise I'll have to update to HST / LST. Bloow has been set and is going fast. remember, this is from seed on 12/12 lighting.

Day 12 I lowered the light to 19 inches or 51 centimeter. It's on 50 % I started giving roots nutrients 2 days ago I guess they are doing good? Soon i will be slowly giving some grow feeding with micro nutrients I will add another video to this week in a few days Day 15 : Yesterday on day 14 i put the output on 75 % and lowered the light to 50 cm. They seem to like it but for the amount of plant i have i need to put it to 100% and i willl put to 55 cm from the plants. For cover more area. And will start with some lst training today. Untill the next week! Or around day 21. Peace! *** i added a day 19 to this week so u can see the difference in just 3 days.

Wk 14 or 26wks in total. I had my weeks alittle confused 12 weeks grow stage. Southern europe, long sun days are now over, extra hot sun is now bearable and the plants have double in bud size in 2 weeks. All I can say is Sticky, Sticky and more Sticky.

Estamos aqui começando mais uma semana, algumas folhas apareceram manchadinhas e com uns buraquinhos. Pode ter sido por causa da queda da lampada ensima delas... Folhas muitos grandes e desenvolvimento muito bom A piquena esta crescendo bem,muito forte e linda com belas folhas. Ira crescer para cima reta sem nenhuma tecnica.

Week 5 - Same nutes from previous week. 2 more weeks of vega i think. Look ate the shape of the plant and the wires to hold she down. I have toped my plants 2 times over the past 2 weeks, and now all of their have the "H" shape in the base

Seed was put in a glass of water on the 2nd of January 20:00 (8PM). Around 15h later it sunk to the bottom and I transferred it to a wet paper towel inside a zip. Around 51h later (so ~36h inside zip) the seed had not yet opened. I am a little worried, but at the same time not because I've looked up what the pro's say and some of them don't even look at the seed until after the seed has spent at least 48h inside the paper towel. I will be patient and wait for the seed to open. After the seed has opened I will be even more patient and let the root grow for a bit. I have grown 2 of these plants in my lifetime and first time was really good, second time was very bad, and the second time I planted it when the root was ~1mm long. I will not rush things this time. I will also be careful to not let the root grow too long. If I'll have it my way, then I'll be planting this baby tomorrow evening, so in a bit less than 24h from now. If I have to reschedule then it will probably be planted on the 6th of January. Worst case scenario: We have to restart with a new seed. Bless you. Update 5 Jan 2022 17:29 (05:29 PM): We have a root! The seed has opened ever so slightly and the root has grown more and more during today. I want the root to grow a tiny bit longer before I plant it. I will take another look before bedtime. Update 5 Jan 2022 20:43 (08:43 PM): Root has not grown much since the last picture, will plant tomorrow. Update 6 Jan 2022 10:05 (10:05 AM): Will plant later. Root is too short. Update 6 Jan 2022 15:00 (03:00 PM): Root is still shorter than I had in mind but my patience has ran out and I think it is still a fine length for the seed to do really good. I also have very good soil for her with claimed great amount of nutrients for seedlings. When it gets large enough I will transplant her to a 11L pot. The 11L pot has been filled with more than 11L soil. Probably around 15L. By the way, the plant has a name, her name is "Satan" but is referred to as a "she". Update 12 Jan 2022 18:00 (06:00 PM): We have a sprout! I saw the sprout some hours ago. I am sure that I planted the seed quite perfectly in the middle. However, the sprout happened very much to the side. I suspect that there was something in the soil that might blocked the sprout. So far it looks like we planted Satan on the 6th of January and we got a sprout on the 12th. I will consider Satan to be in germination stage until it grows a little more. Then I will treat it like she's in the vegetative phase. ----------------------------- SUMMARY: Day 1-21 in Satans life has been so wonderful. Not a minute goes by without me feeling euphoric about her. Every day when I wake up I go to the grow-room and tell her good morning. I hold her largest leaf between my thumb and index-fingers to hold leaf (hold hand) and we just hold leaf together for a few seconds while I admire her beauty. She is so absolutely gorgeous and kind and she is also very happy with her environment. I already have another plant in another grow-room which also is a Northern Lights and I have kept a diary of her as well, just not on growdiaries.com (everything is kept in a Word-document). This other plant is called Kim, named after Kim Jong-Un. Kim and her diary is going to be utilized as a "roadmap" for Satan, so I should know what to expect and when to expect it. I also did a few mistakes with Kim, such as water too much or let her grow with way too much nitrogen in the air. Satan will instead be the best grow I have ever done - hopefully. Day 29, Too many bugs! Mini grasshoppers and one of those leaf tunneling bugs, as well as a respiratory bug within myself! I’ve taken care of the bug inside myself, now time for the Diatomaceous Earth!!!! And to get that bug out of that leaf! Still feeding a little cal mag. I think it’s necessary. Day 31 - Day 1F Going to ramp it up from 1mg to 3mg per Gal of CalMag OAC. I will top dress something special, maybe the mother earth acid mix, or maybe I will do a seabird guano with insect frass and top it off with an Epsom Salt solution feed. I’m trying to practice using less of a branded store-bought approach. But to source everything is so much easier out of a store bought package, so for now, I might just do a small amount of seabird and insect frass, maybe just a super small sprinkle on the soil surface, not in water. Day 5 of flower: and WTF is up with this foul weather. Only 46 degrees Fahrenheit! (7.8 C) Cloudy with 15-20 mph winds. Gonna drop to 29 tonight… this is ridiculous. I don’t have access to the tent at this time, so it’s cold weather today. I could bring her inside where it’s warmer, and there is no light! Or those house lights put out only a few candelas worth, not exactly light for a plant. Do she would just stretch and go hungry inside. I’m leaving her outside. Bringing her in over night obviously! But not much growth is expected. Just gotta roll with the punches. I thought we were flowering this week, but barely small preflower development. So this is switched back to a Veg week.

Hey..next week the plant get the 35liter pot with same mix as the start pot...i add little helper seeds in the big pot to prevent some things like bugs and dry out to much from wind and sun....hope the sun gets brighter the next time...but for this hard conditions i would say..nice start. thanks ..... 4/25: It was extremely cold tonight, so I took the opportunity and took this time lapse shot over 3 hours... after 1 hour I added a drop of remaining osmosis water... and lo and behold, ten minutes later Calimero laid down his eggshell ... .now we can get started and I have that great shot that I've always wanted to take...sorry for the outside interruption, I couldn't miss it....in the evining after my work i kick her as instant out.....

Beginning of week.. So I had to make a last minute decision to go ahead and put her into my 2x2x5 with the WAKYME J2000 at 50% power. Hovering about 12 - 14 inches above the canopy and recieving roughly about 700 μMols in the center down to 500 μMols around the edges.. So when I get the center to about 900 - 950 μMols.. The edges should still be getting a good 700+ μMols! Fucking awesome!.. Nothing like running an overkill light at lower power in order to keep temps down and also to help the lifetime of the components! So for the next 2 - 3 weeks I will be going 50/50 with FloraGro and FloraBloom while she begins to flower.. I dont like counting the transition weeks as flower, some phenos and genos can transition in 1 week.. Some in about 3 weeks.. Had one take almost 4 weeks!! But I don't care to count the transition weeks as flower.. So she is receieving only 12 hours of light as of today.. Will begin counting flower when I see she is for sure stretching and for sure packin on the pistils at the crowns. She is going to need some defoliation and ALOT of branches to be removed.. May still try to ScrOG this 2×2.. Lol.. That just sounds funny.. I forgot how tiny this 2x2 is. Kinda taller than normal 2x2s so that should help a little if I need to raise the light any... She barely fits in here lol.. Thats fine.. I just need to make sure she stays under a 2 foot stretch and everything else will be perfect for this girl.. Runoff is coming out perfect.. RH is... Meh lol.. Its good.. It hovers up and down alot with the AC cutting off and on.. Cant wait for cooler temps!!! I love the winter.. So much easier to keep temps down.. Cant really notice it because her tops arent getting ridiculously close to the light.. But that is definitely a sign of her stretching soon. I'll even bet it's noticeable before the middle of next week. Well.. On to the next week!!!...
