trichome development is coming along however I am worried that they might not make it until harvest. I will be starting 2 photoperiods along side 1 other auto on my next grow with suitable nutrients for my medium.

Aug 31: Fast. I got home from work today and could see a notable increase on the flowers. Very exciting. Sep 2: plants are fine but we’re having yet another bad air day due to wildfire smoke. The red tint on the photos is due to smoke. This is pretty bad, but it was worse a few times in May. It’s supposed to clear later this weekend. Sep 3: still smoky but rained a bit which helps. Gorilla Cookies has the best flowers but also seemed to catch the most rainwater in the buds. Gave each branch a shake to help prevent problems. Sep 4: soil is holding water since the last compost tea. This reduction in infiltration rate can happen apparently, and the trick is to not overwater it. It’s also cool today so minimal water used. Sep 5: cool today with gusty winds that blew over Bruce and Gelato. Small footprint of the 5 gallon bag isn’t quite big enough to be stable when plant is this big. Trade off with using a more easily moved size, and that should also help promote early flowering.

I love the sativa shaped nug-towers! When my plants grow big, I like to grow them until the very end of their cycle! That's why the extended flower period. I think it was just one of those things with this plant. It maybe could have benefited with a different positioning below the light. The smell is good very strong blueberry/floral hum. I’m guessing the taste is quite similar, I’ll come back to this when it’s been tried.😬 The hash is a great smoke, a good flavour smell and a very heavy stone. I was suffering from quite a bad toothache after smoking this sleeping wasn’t a problem, the pain was controlled very well by it.✌️

Hello Diary, The fourth week of flowering is over and we are slowly heading towards the end. Last week I did defoliation, so now there is better air flow through the whole plant. Purple Punch looks great, some leaves take on a yellowish color which are the first signs that its end is near. The flowers themselves fill very nicely and become larger and larger and are full of trichomes. As you can see in the photos, Purple Punch has a nice shape, good leaf color, the scent is intense, it’s just all great and I’m looking forward to the harvest. Although there are two Purple Punch on the Farm, I didn’t do photos of both plants this time but I promise to show both in the end. In one watering I added Biobizz and that was the last addition of nutrients for her. From now on just flushing. Conditions in the growbox are good, the temperature varies around 25 degrees, while the humidity is around 40%. Now comes the stage when I start observing the development of trichomes through a microscope, it’s a special experience for me, like I’m looking at something from another planet. Here's a brief overview of the week: 11/03/2021 - Day 44. Watering. I didn’t add any nutrients, I just lowered p.H. water at 6.3. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.5 degrees and 36% humidity. 13/03/2021 - Day 46. Watering. p.H. I downgraded to 6.4 and added BioBizz as scheduled for the current week. This will be the last addition of nutrients. From now on only clean water. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26 degrees and 39% humidity. 16/03/2021 - Day 49. La intendidad total es de 475w, iré aumentando hasta los 600~700w progresivamente. ⚠️ Observando el tamaño que ha alcanzado plantas en estas 5 semanas, pienso que debería haber iniciado antes la floración. Hey Growers, Day 1 of Week 10 Two ladys harvested today you can see in fotos how they look in my opinion Amazing Hahah (but im the father lol). Purple one its like a mix of exótic fruits The orange one its like a a cream of a fruit. Both seens very sweet!! Soon i Will share strains!! The another two ladys more sativas i think , looks like they need around more 10 days lets us see. Nothing special this week, everything just going as it should. A tiny little problem was: weather. She went thru some high temps for maybe 4h (up to 35C), took a bit more of water than normal and looked wasted that day, but on next day she was just fine! Now entering her final umpf, leaves starting to yellow everywhere, most pistils are brown, but no sign of amber trichs! Right now >90% are cloudy (zoom in), still giving her feed for more 3-4 days and then just plain water for more 10-14 days. Maybe I’ll get 10-20% amber in the end, which is just fine for me :)
