01/21 - Happy 3rd Birthday! Gave her a bucket and nute change today... ramped up the nutes to 5.25g of Dakine 420 Base and 5.25g of Dakine 420 Grow. Added in some H2O2 to help clean out the roots of the sediment left over from the old bucket... top watering seedlings brings down a lot of sediment into the bucket so this is the time I really want to give a complete change of "scenery" to the plant. Over the past week, I had increased her EC bringing it up to 0.8 which, really, is unheard of for an autoflower this age - but she kept telling me she was VERY hungry... I give credit to this nute line, I think it's the best one I've ever tried so far. I switched to it in mid-grow of a soil grow I did and the results were spectacular... Now that I've figured out how to adjust for a DWC grow with them, I'm really excited... and to see the plant tolerating such a high EC ... well... I've got great hopes! 01/22 - well, the little lady did NOT like the extra nutes.. at all!!! And the pH had swung WAY up this morning ... things were so bad, I'm not going to publish the pic I took of her this morning until she's recovered so as not to stress you out! I'm not worried about her - but you probably would be if you could see what she looked like... poor thing... adjustments have been made and she's already starting to come back ... will update again tomorrow, of COURSE! :-D 01/23 - She's not pulling out of it as fast as I'd hoped but then she REALLY took a hit. Poor little thing! She IS improving and she WILL be ok... I'm just going to have to stop thinking of her as SuperWoman... I doubt these leaves will ever look very good again - thankfully, they're early leaves and they'll soon be eclipsed by new, bigger and better leaves and at some point, I can just lop them off! :-D Eating some humble pie right about now! I rolled her EC back to 0.7 but she's acting just a little bit hungry this morning so I think I'll try to bring it back up to 0.8 - that's going to be an interesting exercise given that these nutes are dry and pretty potent .. going to try to put .75g of the base and the grow in to see how that does... we'll see... sigh.... Update: I gave a lot of thought about what I should do here and ended up doing a bucket change. Along with her general dismal appearance, she was showing signs of a nitrogen toxicity so what I decided was that I needed to change up the composition of what the EC was while I was adjusting it - and that's impossible to do with a bucket that's already got stuff in it. What she's got in her bucket now is 1.5tsp of RapidStart (hoping to boost those roots to help her out), 5g of the Base (NPK 3-13-26), 2g of the Grow (NPK 15-0-15) which may STILL be too much but... and 1/2 tsp of Calimagic. EC now sits at 0.8 which is what I wanted and the pH is 6.0. Just as I was finishing up the bucket change, her lights went out so this is good... I'll check on her again when she "wakes up" ... I won't SEE any change, I'm sure, but I'm hoping the EC and pH don't change... going to do a LOT of checking on her today! She's up from her nap and things are actually looking very good! I think I made exactly the right decision as far as her nutes are concerned.... Her leaves still look a bit like leather (very strange) and are still a little dryish but they're picking themselves up and going for the light which they weren't doing before and the clawing is starting to go away. Now feeling pretty confident in my abilities to diagnose her and make the right decisions... I'll check again just before I go to bed... and will be very anxious to take a look at her in the morning. 01/25 - She's still struggling a little bit but the growth has been at least SORT of satisfactory... I decided this morning that she still is having a tough time with as many nutes in her bucket but instead of a bucket change, simply replaced 1/2 gallon of her bucket with plain water - this brought her EC down to 0.7 - and I adjusted her pH which had been slowly rising AGAIN... so now it's sitting at 6.1. I also trimmed off the lowest leaves which were just sad to look at and were being swallowed up by the pebbles I'm adding to the netpot - so they were of no use anyway.

At this point I’m gonna let the plants tell me when they’re ready. Everything is going well at the most I’m taking them down at week 9 of flower. Did their last defoliation and changed the climate a lil to push some last trichomes but things are coming along

Progressing nicely. Took a little longer to bounce back after topping from what I have grown used to. Feeding lightly with calmag as I am using RO water. Third plant of perpetual grow broke soil today... went with Ethos Cherry Garcia (from multipass). Photos/video taken 28 days after breaking soil

It's week 7 and all is looking great! She is getting super frosty and starting to present some really nice purpling. She smells of fuel right now. She is incredibly resinous and frosty! Week 4 Veg Report - TrolMaster Chronicles 🌱 What a week it’s been in the garden! We finally transplanted the Papaya Zoap into its final Autopot, and let me tell you, this plant is something special. Though her roots weren’t quite where I wanted them to be yet, the move was needed to help her catch up with the rest of the crew. She’s already looking fantastic in her new home, and I have no doubt she’s about to explode with growth in the coming days. Sometimes, you just have to trust the process, and I’m feeling like this is one of those moments. It’s almost as if the room itself is taking on a life of its own. 🌿 In fact, I’m starting to believe that what we’re building here is something greater than ourselves—there’s this energy in the room, a feeling of everything coming together perfectly. I can’t wait to see how this journey unfolds! Dialing in the VPD with TrolMaster’s Tech Now, let’s talk VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) and how I’ve been keeping everything in check with the Tend-X and the incredible (DSH-2U) Humidity Station. VPD is crucial to plant health—it’s all about finding that perfect balance between humidity and temperature to optimize transpiration and nutrient uptake. The (DSH-2U) Humidity Station, connected directly to my humidifier, has been an absolute game-changer in this regard. With its real-time data and automation, it allows me to monitor and adjust the RH with pinpoint accuracy. Simple yet brilliant, the (DSH-2U) Humidity Station is keeping my room at the sweet spot I need. Whether I’m tweaking the settings from my phone while I’m out and about or just fine-tuning things while relaxing at home, this machine does it all. It’s like having an extra pair of hands in the grow room—and when you’re managing something as complex as VPD, that’s invaluable! And yes, the TM+ Pro App—let’s not forget how awesome it is. I’m adjusting my grow room from the couch, the car, or even the bathroom 😜. I’ve said it before, but this app is making growing easier than ever. Feeding the Girls: The Perfect Blend 🌱 We’ve upped the game by adding CaMg-Boost at 0.25 ml/L to the feeding schedule. Along with the 1 ml/L of the all-in-one liquid, this brings the TDS up to 320 ppm, with a pH of 5.99 and solution temperature of 24.8°C. In the soil, readings are around 415 ppm, with temperatures hovering around 25°C The plants are absolutely thriving, and I can already see the difference this new feed is making. I can’t help but have a bit of fun with this process—it feels like I’m spoiling them with the best of the best. And they’re rewarding me with beautiful growth and vibrant green color. You know how it is, with the right care and attention, these plants are truly becoming a masterpiece in the making. 🌱 Shoutouts 💚 Big shoutout to TrolMaster and ThinkGrow LED for the phenomenal gear that’s making this grow smoother than ever. Also, massive thanks to Aptus Holland for their top-notch nutrition, and of course, to the community here on GrowDiaries—you guys keep the energy alive! 🌱 Last but definitely not least, shoutout to all the seed banks supporting this journey. You’ve been a huge part of this process, and I couldn’t do it without you! Remember, for exclusive behind-the-scenes content and updates in real time, head over to my Instagram and YouTube channels @DogDoctorOfficial. We’ve got tons of epic content lined up, and you won’t want to miss it! P.S. Let’s talk about the new Model One LED Bars—these beauties are not only powerful but super efficient. I’ve been able to dim them down, save on electricity costs, and still maintain an incredible PAR and spectrum. It’s all about fine-tuning the balance of power and performance, and these lights make it easy to get the best results while being eco-friendly. Whether you’re running them full throttle or dialing it back, you’re still getting optimal growth conditions for your plants. That’s the kind of innovation that takes your grow to the next level. 💡 Growers Love to all 🌿💚

I defoliated the Plant for the first time and adjusted the LST to the growth of the plant. I found the first white pistils shooting out from the plant which shows me she is ready to go into flower. Until now i am very happy with the progress, still no issues :)

SPONSORED DIARY===SPONSORED DIARY===SPONSORED DIARY TRANSPLANT #3 THIS WEEK!!!! Big week, did the last transplant of the grow before she enters flower. I decided to skip out on the 3gal and upgraded to a 4.97 or 5gal container. The plastic is cheep and looks like it was going to break but its all the grow store had in stock at the time. Was talking to them about going from a 2gal to 3gal and how it did not do much for the plant but stress it out. They also gave me a free sample of a bokashi fertilizer, I divided that in between the two plants. It looks identical to the regular non fertilizer branded bokashi, and I feel its the same but with a mist of NPK on it or something. Plants are doing well, Dynomyco had a slighter bigger root ball upon transplant and the plant its self is a tiny bit more robust. Given all the other soil boosters and microorganisms I have added into this, I don't feel I will see the true potential of just Dynomyco vs soil nothing else added. I just can't not add the others as it feel like a massive step backwards and end of day a big healthy plant is worth it. This diary may not have massive contrast in favour of Dynomyco but I will still use it none the less and I think its helps plus its not over just yet. Would love to hear what y'all think about this, hit me up in the comments and I'd try and get back to yea as fast as I can. I like how the dead Blue Cindy plant looks like a biophage, sifi like alien thing. SPONSORED DIARY===SPONSORED DIARY===SPONSORED DIARY This is my diary entry into the Dynomyco Show Us What You Got Contest! #DynomycoShowUsWhatYouGot! @DynomycoShowUsWhatYouGot! @Dynomyco Big Shoutout to @Dynomyco for picking me in their contest. Happy to be involved and as a user of Dynomyco I am curious to see this side by side with my own eyes. I will be honest I am a little skeptical it will show any major differences. but we will see what happens. Some disclaimers, I am still using LABS serum I made, This is also beneficial to the root mass however it's a bacteria based product and not fungal or mycorrhizae like Dynomyco. https://growdiaries.com/giveaways/DYNOMYCO_Show_Us_What_You_Got

Autumn is coming, Growmies—at least in our tent environment! The bottom leaves are starting to put on a beautiful fade, while the buds are stacking up day by day. We can see clearly now the rain... that we’re in for a sweet harvest in just a couple of weeks! Airflow is crucial from here on out, and since I’m not taking any chances with mold, I’ve dropped the VPD to maintain a steady humidity below 55%.
