Heavy defoliation this week of fan leaves and flowering sites. I wanted to let her grow naturally to see her potential, but due to size and room in the tent I had to strip her. I removed any flowering sites that were farther than 30 inches from the light. I thought she would be stunted this week but she still grew 7 inches. Damn fastbuds. Til next week!

DAY 31 I MAKE LST & DEFOLIATION.

Another week down, time seems to be flying by. Can we just take a second to talk about the smell. OMG the fucking smell. Intense, bursting with orange, it's like I'm being waterboarded with Sunny D! Every time I open the tent, the smell literally jumps out, kicks me in the nuts, throws me in the corner and then runs wild all over the house. It's more of a feeling than a smell - You know when you arrive in a hot climate from a cool one and you step off the plane to that wall of heat? It's like that, but on your nose :) Nothing dramatic to report this week. Just beginning to ease off slightly on N levels. The week's schedule: MegaCrop: 4.75g / gallon Bud Explosion: 2g / gallon Calmag: 0.5ml / liter E.C: 2.1 PH: 6 Not really much to do other than light defoliation just to keep the air flowing. Buds are getting nice and fat and she seems healthy, I can pretty much be hands off from here on out. Catch you all again in a week!

After massive problems with canopy height and single branches growing past the LEDs, I finally decided to move the carbon filter down to the bottom of the tent. Due to some complications with running the pipe down the bottom also, I had to keep the pipe running out the top of the tent. But thats the deal I have to take right now, I dont think t will hurt my yield significantly. Substrate EC is on a more moderate level than the week before to promote buds stacking up the branches. Right now 3.8 with a target of 3.0 by end of week 6. Edit END of WEEK 5: Canopy is full with trichomes, everything glitters like its winter time. I noticed substantial bulking, so we are at the right pace ending the week 5 and going into week 6. Still 4 weeks to go, i expect a very big yield this time...

Both Banana Purple Punch have took off while the Strawberry Gorilla is starting off a bit slow. Let’s let them ride it out

Ok this week was a little exciting one of the plants developed an issue with one of its leaves. It's the only plant out of all of them it's hard to see from the picture but 2 out of the 5 fingers on the leaf had a burn and were shrivelled and also very very shiny. I looked it up and it suggested it was boron deficiency. I simply removed the affected areas and carried on as it was only localized too a couple of leaves and just on that one plant. The smaller plants are catching up now

(el foco de sodio viene en camino) Los nutrientes los he ido dosificando según el desarrollo de las plantas, esta semana use la siguiente dosificación por riego: Riego 1: Acti Vera (1ml) - Alg A Mic (1ml) - Bio Grow (1ml) Riego 2: Root Force (1ml) - Big One (2ml) Riego 3: Rhino Skin (2ml) - Bio Bloom (2ml) Agua usada: Agua de llave + Agua purificada, mezcla de agua reposada 2 a 3 días según requerimientos nutricionales de las plantas. Cherry cola is becoming an absolute chunk! She smells great,looks great and is just overall a great plant. I can’t wait to run her in the 5x5 with no room restrictions. Gorilla cookies is becoming one of the bigger plants in the tent right now! She’s getting height,smell,frost and chunk! I can’t wait to see her come late flower🔥

The solo cup Afghani x Mac1 from DNA Junkies is coming to an end. These sticky buds are starting to fade and turning a blueish purple. The smell is strong. Very fruit forward with petrol. Still feeding off the last top dressing.

Aug 16: Lemon Cream Kush has stretched a bit and the buds are starting to fill in. Should be a decent yield and I’m looking forward to the tast of this one. Aug 18: video shows use of 730 nm far red light at dusk. Just a few seconds at the light time of day, everyday, during bloom, is all it takes. To keep to a natural schedule, I use Civil Twilight as listed on timeanddate.com for my location. Currently getting 2-3 minutes earlier each night.

Day 14 Today marks two weeks since planting. The plant is showing steady development, with more defined leaves and stronger color compared to the first days. The overall structure looks healthy and balanced. The soil remains evenly moist, and the environment seems stable. No major issues observed so far. No water for her for the last week and I have pruned the soil earlier today. I will be feeding her pure ph’d water in the next few days as her cup feels almost dry!
