I have already said everything, in principle, I advise everyone to grow this variety, I got an amazing tree half purple with giant cones and a large harvest, I am delighted!

Start of the 9 week, the ladies are showing nice tops and the smell are really getting stronger day by day! Leaf colors are "OK" (in my opinion) some "yellowing" i guess not from the normal growth cicle fadding collors of this genetic... I think it was from the distance to my Optic LED, i underated how tall this genetics grow, some burnout signs on leafs and that´s not from the nuts also! So far so good, not optimistic by nature and having lack of experience as a gardner but i guess i´m on the rigth path! 👻

These plants are finally stable! I've stabilizrd the temperature and humidity. They appear a week behind where they should be. Two of the Candida plants look severely stunted in their growth. This is likely due to early novice mistakes. (The Candida plants are in the 10gallon Rhizopots). The two auto Sour Diesel's are strong and healthy. The Charlotte's Angel auto is doing quite well.

Happy New Year GD people, lets put this one way behind us and look forward to the light at the end of the tunnel, its darkest before the dawn so stay lifted and safe. This weeks time lapse was a big bucket of suck! the camera was not on any plant just pointed at the floor of the tent you can see a little in the corner but all in all an epic fail. The plants did not care however, they responded well to the topping and they are getting really bushy. I raised my lights to try to help them stretch. The Strawberry Ice is a tour de force in the veg stage. The Blue Dream Haze is about average and the reboot is coming along. This Royal Gold coco "Tupur" says it can be watered up to six times a day. I have not had to water these girls for about 3-4 days the media really retains the moisture I am afraid if I water more frequently I will rot the roots. My watering is based on the pot weight. If they are heavy let them dry out and water when light. I'm giving them a late veg feeding per the Emerald Harvest 3 part nutrient series feeding chart with an added blast of CAL MAG. The TUPRU says on the bag it needs the extra CAL MAG. Time to LST these ladies for the next 2 weeks then flipping them to flower. gonna adjust the camera and hope to get a good shot the the LTS bounce back. TTFN.

Well here it is harvest day 😁 some nice purple on the top buds , smell is very fragrant! Buds are a nice size for such low wattage leds. Quite frosty nothing spectacular but frosty all the same, I will update once all dry with weight and smoke report. 🙏 blessing you all good days.

Watering volume is increasing steadily: started at ~400 ml and today I went for the first runoff with about 800 ml. EC stays on the lower side, around 0.6. They’re also getting Power Roots and enzymes. DOKI got her first LST today. Stay tuned – and keep growing 🌱

4/9/25 This plant is beyond frosty. Stacking up super nicely. Seems like she will yeild quite a bit. My only gripe is that she has like no smell at all. Using the foil as a soil cover is working quite nicely. the top soil is getting filled with roots quite well. Top dressed 1tsp of Bloom 1tsp microbe charge 1tsp bloom

Fractal week 18 & 19. 7/28 - 8/4-10 I am late for my outside ladies diaries updates. Life has been getting the best of me lately. I’ve been packing my daughter’s room and moving her things to her new home. For those that have followed my since my beginning here, Cancer left me with neuropathy and arthritis in my hands. I can no longer do my glass fusing or flame work. To close this chapter of my life, I’ve been inventorying glass, tools, equipment, molds and supplies to sell. The most stressful has been appealing Medicare claims and receiving the second denials on the same claims. They are the last payer of record so good luck getting any reimbursement you are entitled to. My apologies to all of you for being so brief on your diaries and not providing many comments. Photos are from 7/28- 8/9 for both weeks. For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue to live in sweltering conditions. Temps are in the upper 80-90s with humidity over 105. In addition to the heat, Hurricane Debby started up the coast but was downgraded to a tropical storm by the time it got to us. Expecting our normal thunderstorms, I waited til morning to bring the ladies inside. Overnight, we had wind gusts of 25mph. Yeah, then I brought all gals into the house. The photo gals are strong and with thick stalks were able to withstand the winds. Both Opium’s got blown over Auto Opium is thin and spindly and before I could save her from the winds and rain, she got whipped side to side. The top 2 feet bent hard one way and the top 6 inches bent the other direction. The pics show my attempt to bandage the damage 😟 to her top cola with chopsticks and electrical tape. I top dressed all ladies with Bloom Soil for organic fertilizer. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. Yet another exciting week to share. I flipped her to 12/12, and she responded with some praying leaves and a lush green color. I'm starting to see a little stretch, and I'm hoping to get at least 3-4 inches of new growth. Time will tell.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song.
