Hello Everyone! This is my first grow (since a failed week-long attempt in 2011), and my first Legal Grow in Canada! :D - For this grow i have chosen Gorilla Zkittlez from Barney's Farm. Since we are allowed 4 Plants, and i had a pack of 5 Seeds, i decided to germinated all 5 Seeds to play it safe in case one didn't sprout, but alas, all 5 popped and are doing well! One plant is definitely the "runt of the litter" and will be given to a friend who is also starting his first grow (sticking with 4 in order to play within Canadian Law... yes i know, i think i should just grow all 5 too...) My Garden Set-up: Tent: 4x4x6.5ft from Growneer Lighting: Four (240W) Viparspectra Reflector Series 600 LED (960W Total) Ventilation: One 6' Inline Fan with 6'x 500mm Carbon Filter Pots: Four 5 Gallon Fabric Containers Growing Medium: B'cuzz Hydromix HP Nutrients: Green Planet 4-Part Hydro Fuel Kit + Terpinator Week 1 Notes: Just running a single light for now, (3 More on their way) Running into a little bit of low temps/low humidity issues; slowed exhaust fan a bit, added a tray of water infront of intake fan, misting every 6 hours, temps should increase when i introduce the other lights. might purchase a small humidifer. I apologize for the inconsistent photo quality, finding the right exposure/white-balance with these LED's is tricky, may get a filter for my camera or a different light for photos in the future.

Auto banana kush has sprouted. She lost one of her initial leaves from husk, and membrane sticking. This should not effect her much as she starts. I will find out in a few days. She is growing under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2, in Athena blended line nutrition. The plant is doing really well. We are progressing at a normal pace. There isn't much else to report this week. These weeks are always slow and pretty boring. I'm just keeping the medium sufficiently watered. Here is what I did this week. 12.9.25: I watered with 1.5L of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with; 💜 1ml Trace 💜 1ml Flourish PH: 6.4 PPM: 318 16.9.25: I watered with 1L of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.5 with; 💜 1ml Trace 💜 1ml Flourish PH: 6.5 PPM: 308 The fungus gnats have really incresed since I did a watering of the whole tent. I have some more sticky traps set out, and I will not water for several days. Once it has dried the top soil, I will add some more Diatomaceous Earth to the top 5cm. Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 It's my first harvest on this community and I'm loving it. Everyone always ready to help each other and have great feedback. Tracking my grow on here has made it way easier. There were times that I misplaced notes or forgot what I did or when with a certain strain and all I had to do was come on here and check it. Also motivated me take more pictures and do more logs. All out great site. Don't know how I haven't found it earlier. HIGHLY recommend for all growers. The grow cycle went pretty smooth. She's easy to grow and flowers early so you can't do much training. That being said it's great for beginners. 👌 Had no problems with pests on these, while on the other plants (none cannabis) in the balcony I had issues with spider mites. They grew better than expected given the few hours of direct sunlight they received. Results were good, I was expecting 10-15 grams per plant and ended up with a tad bit more. Drying went a bit fast because there were few buds. I probably could have took it down a few degrees as well.. my fault on that part. They dried in 4 days, they've been curing for 10 days. I normally test them after 15 days but they smelled so good I had to try them. Smell: Lovely earthy, woody, slightly like diesel. Quite pungent for being autos. Taste: Just as it smells.. leaving a nice after taste of diesel. Touch: Very sticky, dense buds. They break down finely in the grinder. Cleaned the grinder before testing and after 4 joints ( 2 grams or so) I already have a good amount of kief collected in the bottom. (Check photo) Might grow this one again just to make some bubble hash. The high is awesome nice uplifting, long lasting energetic but without a heavy euphoric rush. Reminds me of a smooth haze high, although if you smoke a lot even being an experienced smoker, she'll get to you. Only down side is dry mouth, very dry mouth! Have some water on hand because your mouth will transform into a desert. 😂 Great strain to kick start the day. Beginner smokers take it easy with this one. She hits hard! 👊

For the last day of the year we treat ourselves to the story of a special little girl. Her name is Biscotti, her name already says it all about the potential of this young girl born in Holland with this beautiful Italian Strain Name, she is precious and full of style since conception. She looks like she was designed by Pininfarina who smokes joints. It's a bit as if Gianni Versace had dressed her, extravagant, provocative, truly flamboyant, if you have the patience to look at the thousand photos that I made clear that I literally couldn't stop taking. It's a journey I don't want to leave, especially when I'm in the middle of it. terpenes, please leave me there! She grew up quietly, with her small internodal distance you could see that she was beautiful even without flowers, but it was when she flowered that she truly gave her best. Already from the first weeks of flowering you can understand very very well that the girl has a bright color and she threw resin very early thanks to Power Buds, Sugar Royal and Green Sensation in my opinion. The flowers have an imposing shape, they really are beautiful little purple beasts just in the dry room, for a few days soon we will do an initial test and then we will wait to taste it without too much fresh taste. I’m about sure to have rated 10 stars the strain and all feeding 5 stars but i found the strain rated 9 stars and the feeding 4, not sure but almost sure. I often get sad when I cut it, I'm too sad to cut it, I always think I'll smoke it and everything, but it's so beautiful that it makes my heart ache to cut it. It's her life cycle, otherwise she would rot for goodness sake, it's a joke but I really have a moment of shock in her heart. She'll move on to the first vaporized one I guess. Technique used - She was worked with a. single topping cut but leaving the two branches lower than the cut, thus obtaining 4 main branches with the relative branches. I also did a bit of LST at the beginning but having space problems then I decided not to let it expand too much. Flowers are beautiful beasts for truly yummi. Fertilizers - We have to make a special mention of Plagron I wrote a review in this diary which only partially explains how good this line of fertilizers is. I feel like I saw with my own eyes the changes in the plants when I gave the additives, I really saw the plants push in resin and everything. For more information read the review, I don't like to be repetitive, I don't write the quantities, they are also in the diary and in any case very similar to those recommended by the manufacturer. Never exceed this with any fertilizer and always flush. Light and home - The light was provided by MarsHydro and the home as well, it is the SP 3000, a piece that is not of the latest generation but which I love for its length of around 110 cm which you can understand how it covers me super well, the 120 wide wide grow room cm, 60cm deep and 180cm high, always supplied by them with a better than average covering by a lot and fantastic windows from which to spy on the girls. I really love accessory holders that hang either inside or outside the growbox. top brand now leader. There are many photos like my passion for this wonderful plant, look at as many as you want but if you have the patience to get to the end there are various super crop terpenes, beautiful and big like Porcini Mushrooms. Day 70 for these Fastbuds beauties Blackberry Auto: With dark purple buds glowing fiercely and a dank smell to match, this girl could make anyone's tent look amazing. During the last few weeks her buds have become incredibly dense and sticky. She is very short and thick in stature compared to the other plants I have in flower. I inspected her trichomes over the weekend and ive determined that she is pretty much ready for harvesr. I expect about 2 oz of high quality flower after dry/cure. Forbidden Runtz Auto I'm really blown away with the turnaround in this girl. She was mutated & so small I almost tossed her out during early veg; I'm glad I changed my mind. She stretched significantly between weeks 4-6 and I really wasn't expecting much from her. In reality, she has blown my mind... incredibly dense and sticky buds have developed in the past 4 weeks. She's got the zkittles smell mixed with a gassy terp profile.. I think the higher humidity through flowering phase really helped develop these dense buds. When I checked her trichomes over the weekend I determined that she will be cut down within the next 7-10 days. Process/ Environment changes: - Lowered my SF4000 roughly 20 cm to increase photon delivery to the canopy - Water/kelp meal only from this point to harvest - My temperature has risen due to change of seasons .. roughly at 27-28 deg C during daytime.. this is why I lowered my lights rather than turning them up - Defoliating any unnecessary fan leaves at every chance I get - I've had to use spools of twist tie to use to keep the branches from falling over from their own weight. I'll tie one end to the top of a branch, and the other to the stock. Not ideal but its working. Cheese auto dry/ cure update: After 10 full days of drying, I gave the buds a decent trim and put them inside glass jars where they will remain for many weeks. I add 2 way Boveda humidity packs to help regulate the relative humidity within the containers. I also use tiny hydrometer pucks to measure the humidity and temperature inside the jars. My ideal cure is at 62% RH

Losing headroom

Other than spreading folage out to new found space (had two male seedlings), I haven't maintenanced much. I want to get the pH down slow. I'm doing a top up and going to be careful for no big jumps. I'm gonna take the bins my tank sits on out to give me more grow room for next crop, and to keep reservoir temp down. Weekly update for these girls. They got a defoliated and lollipopped this week. Also went full on into preflower showing pistols and flower sites everywhere. Over all they're growing like champs. Happy Growing

BIG BIG apologies to Heather from fast buds & to Growdiaries & anyone who follows. The past few months have been a massive struggle, not just with temperatures & growing weed but on a personal level. My wife has been very poorly & with covid and everything going on, it's put a massive strain on us all!! I've tries to maintain an active presence on Instagram but that's about all I've physically had time for. I've put this update together today, so far into the grow now it almost seems pointless. I lost my original Mimosa due to high temps & high RH. Moving into the attic at that time of year was a mistake. It has cost me a small fortune to keep things alive. I've had to purchase an air con unit, more fans & just more of everything to be honest. My purple punch is almost ready to harvest, any time within the next couple of days, followed shortly by Bruce Banner & Kosher cake. I wont be winning any awards for this Diary & I feel bad as I was supposed to be show casing what 420 Fast buds has to offer & I've failed...miserably. Day 38, Mexican Haze (x1) is 7” tall Morning Glory is 8” tall The remaining closely average 6” in height. Amazing dark green leaves 🌳💕🌳 Day 42, Second feed, sometimes they dry out fast and I just give them plain water before a feed on the next watering.

Day 80 ~ Plants are looking and smelling great. I have been keeping an eye on the trichomes for the first plant and she looks like she will be ready right after the harvest moon! So I am excited to harvest her on Friday. While plant 2 is still another week and a half to 2 weeks away!

Pretty normal week, lots of flushing and smell definitely increased Managed to control temps a little better
