Hola cultivadores. Se acerca la víspera de año nuevo, y con ello, la llegada de la floración. El día 12/27 observé las plantas y se aprecian diminutos pelos blancos, no están presentes en todas las ramas. Pero es suficiente para comenzar la fertilización con productos de floración. Escogí Bio-Bloom de BioBizz en su dosis media para que se adapte poco a poco al cambio de alimento, reduciendo igualmente el Fish-Mix a la mitad. Se mantuvo el Acti-Vera y el Alg-A-Mic en su misma dosis. Ya la planta alcanzó los 68 cm, esperemos crezca y engruese sus ramas porque igualmente están delgadas para soportar el peso de los cogollos.

Day 43 (15 of flowering) Bud are growing far and nice, different size of orange sherbert, now is absolutely visible. Of course i need a défoliation to have some kore light under but don’t know how it react so i go really gently. I removed top max. Day 46, flowering is really most rapid than orange sherbert. Bud al ready looks fat. Structure is really Nice with a huge stem. Day 48 bud are gettoni bigger every day. Stem is huge sono think they ll get really fat and nice. Let’s see Carbon Filter next week. Three weeks into flower and things are moving along. I defoliated some of the lower branches and spread out a few branches here and there. Other than that it's the same situation as always. Nutrients are pumping and lights are beaming. Everything is running smooth and all is well with the world. Like some namaste shit going on around here at the moment. Could very well just be the calm before the storm...

Buds are not as dense as the first purple punch but the mass is more. Will keep this updated up to drying. Edit #1 June 15 : buds have been washed in baking soda/lime juice warm water (32*C) > rtp water (27*C) > cold water (22*C). Buds then will be hung to dry for 24 hours in AC (45% humid). At day 2 (or in another 24 hours) will move the buds into another room for 24 hours again @65-75% humidity. Day 3 (or in another and probably the last 24 hours of drying) will move back into ac and then a stem test on each branch will be conducted to see if they are dry enough. If they are not dry enough after day 3 (2 days ac @ 45% and 1 day rtp @65-75%) then a 4th day of ac drying will occur and then more branch tests. Upon being sufficiently dry, the final trim of the sugar leaves will occur and then jarring with some Boveda 58%. Thanks for reading, more edits to come. We removed most the top fans and cleared the bottom 1/3 growth from all plants this week, light penetration is awesome , we're still at 75% power with the Solux 350 but this seems to be more than adequate for now (we're trying to keep power consumption low between 4 active tents to avoid anymore power issues).. So far so good, the plants have bounced wonderfully, all stretched out and now all that's left to do is keep the Res topped up and keep an eye for any issue that may arise. Thinking I may need some canes to help support a little further down the line. I changed my nutrient line up to buddhas tree since the shogun boost was ruining my Res and autopots. Quick check over this morning and all is well in the land of the Orange Jelly Sunset. Soooooo happy with this run, these plants are not getting touched ATM, at the most I may give another light prune if they bush up too much.

Felt like growing was slow going this week. I know they’re only 7 days from breaking ground so they’re establishing their roots but there was two days I felt like they didn’t grow at all. I germinated two more seeds, was going to have a total of 5 in my 4x4 but I somehow managed to kill both my master kush seeds despite having a beautiful tap root when I planted them into the soil. (Any advice/methods for getting seedlings going from germination to 🌱 is welcome and appreciated) My two Gorilla Breath plants struggled for the last 3 days of this week and went pretty yellow, which I presumed was a lack of nutrients since they’re only in solo cups right now with Fox Farm soil. They most likely used up all those nutrients and thus began showing signs of nutrient deficiency. I plan to make the next transplant into pro mix with added perlite so I have Advanced Nutrients Micro, Grow, Bloom on standby with RO water for that process. I ended up giving the two gorilla breath a 1/3 dose of micro, grow, bloom in 1L of water for one of their feedings to attempt to get some color back. It seemed to start working as you can see on the pictures. I was into my local hydro store today to buy some perlite to add to my pro mix next week and the guy talked me into some foliar spray (see attached image) to address the nutrient deficiency. I sprayed it on the leaves right before lights out on day 7 (February 6th) Hopefully that helps them out. Time will tell. I also struggled with humidity this week, ended up using a wet towel temporarily to keep humidity levels around 50% but I ended up ordering a humidifier on amazon and got that set up today. Growth continues. Buds are starting to fill out and have started to see some pistils turning red. have lowered the nutes in the solution by a small amount and CO2 has been lowered. AND I did not put it back into Veg. It just tagged it that way and I can't change it.
