This grow is just a fun little experiment. JUst to see what I can get with minimal resources. Soil mix is cheap miracle gro garden soil mixed with play sand. Nutrients are osmocote plus controlled release prills mixed directly into soil mix. THe light bulbs are 9 watt led bulbs from the dollar tree lol. WIsh me luck. 12 plants currently hope to be left with around 6 females and to yield a gram per plant.

Wedding cake was a failure, will still produce something but definitely not worth the run. Shit happens. Coming down in a few days. Others are thriving and look to have another week or 2 left in them if not longer.

Well, beside the root rot from week 11 it was looking really good. Then I thought I lost the plant from the rot. I managed to semi salvage what you see in pictures. It smells great, looks nice and frosty. I imagine it will be a good smoke just I don't have a bunch of it. The Medic Grow mini Sun-2, and the Gen 1:11 nutrition both work excellent. This mess up was my fault and keeping proper maintaining of roots, temp, and solution mix. I will get it dried and processed. I am looking forward to the smoke report testing. The trichomes are 70% milky, 20% amber and 10% clear. The nutrients have been used up and the lady is allowed to stay a few days before she comes into the darkroom for 48 hours before the harvest. Of course there is an extra update for this :-). Otherwise the week was poured 3 times with 1.2 l. The tent was cleaned and all women checked. Overall, this plant was a producer! Easy to grow, no surprises and stayed healthy throughout. 11 weeks from seed to harvest. It was squat, but stacked, so airflow and humidity control were key to preventing powdery mildew or bud rot. Took the nutrients like a champ, didn’t show too many demands. I’d like to run this again to see if I can get them taller, to potentially produce more. Otherwise, a very good, potent strain choice for someone who is short on space, and would do well with a sea of green style…Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

D42 - Today is the first day in the sixth week of veg for #2 and the fifth for #1. It has been six days since the first topping for the first girl, so I went ahead and topped her for the second time. I kept a couple of clones from her this time since she is so vigorous. I also had planned to do the third and final topping on the second girl but knew that I had to buy some more soil staples first. However, this morning a red warning showed up in my Corona warn app. It's the first warning I have ever gotten, but I'm triple vaccinated, of course, and I was wearing my N95 mask for this five-minute exposure, but I want to act responsibly and quarantine for a few days, just in case. So I improvised with BBQ skewers and some electrical tape. The skewers won't hold that well, but the branches are still small, so it shouldn't be a problem until I can venture out again. The cover crop was getting a bit unruly again, so I cut it back again. Finally, I gave both girls around 1.2-liters of water @ pH 6.3 and added a couple of qtips with peppermint oil to deter pests. D43 - I gave each girl about two liters of compost tea that I started brewing yesterday. A bit soon, possibly since I watered them only yesterday, but I needed to feed the girls in the other tent, so these girls got some as well. D45 - Aaaaaaaaaarrrrrgggghhhh! Thrips have found their way into the tent. Lately, I've noticed some discoloration on the older leaves but haven't thought much about it. Today though, it was much more pronounced. I took out my loupe and microscope, and sure enough, I could see thrips larvae. Ugh. I ordered some predatory mites immediately to help with the problem, but they won't get here until a few days, and I want to start fighting the infestation as soon as possible. So, I went out shopping and picked up some pure alcohol, chili flakes, and a spray bottle. After soaking the flakes for a couple of hours, I strained the mixture and prepared a 1:10 solution with distilled water in the spray bottle. I removed all older leaves that were affected most and then sprayed all the remaining leaves, taking care to get them soaked on both sides. This chili tincture is nasty stuff, though, and I was coughing like mad, and the snot was flowing like a spring-river. Next time I'll wear a mask! I also sprayed the clones outside the tent and the Chocodope girl in my other tent, just in case. The Colorado Cookies girl is in flower, though, so I couldn't spray her. She has no sign of infestation, but I'll treat her as well with the mites when they get here. D47 - I resprayed the girls yesterday with the chili tincture to ensure I got to all the little critters, and today, the predatory mites arrived. I hung one sachet on each plant, and I hope that's the end of the little buggers. D48 - The end of another week of veg. The second girl thrives after her third topping, and I will do the third and final topping on the first girl in a couple of days. Once that is done, I can install the scrog net. As for the thrips, I can still see larvae, but they are far and few in between. Hopefully, the predatory mites will soon make short work of them. I haven't even flipped yet, but there are already flowers in the tent!!! Alfalfa flowers that is :D

These guys seem to have some stunted growth from being in that shitty rock wool dish setup I had but they are making up for it now that they are in the air pots. I transplanted them into sunshine #4 because my other plants have had problems with N tox in coco loco, the only other soil mix I have...probably won’t ever be using fox farm soil again. Too expensive for what it is and it’s a pain in the ass dealing with nute probs. Day 8: into the new grow tent tomorrow

This ladies look absolutely gorgeous and super strong, they're gonna be flipped into flower tomorrow on February 15th when they'll hit the 30th day since they were planted and the first day of flower! As said, I have flipped this ladies into flower on February 15th so now I think we're gonna see a beautiful stretch specially on this 2 plants which are the biggest one in the tent, very nice genetic, cannot wait to see their performance ❤️💛💚👨‍🌾 stay tuned everybody! Last days for the harvest👽👽

This lady continues to hulk out. As she gained 8 inches extending her bulky frame. Super strong and hardy genetics that's for sure. Those leaves fam!!! Like baseball gloves its just amazing. I had to super crop some of her side branches. Plus her main for the third time SMH. Nothing like stressing the bitch out eh... This time will be the last as I throew on a tie to lock it in place. Should've been done from the beginning. Shes just starting the fourth week of flowering and she's already well developed. Even the fan leaves are getting sugar coated. As trichome production starts to rev up. Bud sites are beefing up. I already know I'm in for some cannon buds. Muhahahaha. Treated her with Dr zhymes as a preventative. I also upped her pk intake. Supply this lady a little something extra as she goes off with the flowers. Very happy and healthy lady. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

All going well as they start to stretch into early flower. Lots of bud-sites forming which is nice to see. Seeing a noticeable pick up in speed of the daily growth now along with a slight change in smell. Not much maintenance just some minor defoliation and adjustments to the scrog and ties to help open things up. ✌️
