29. März. 7 Tag sind nun rum seit dem ich die Samen zum keimen gelegt habe. Alle drei Pflanzen sind nun aus der Erde geschlüpft. Die erste Spargelt ein bisschen. Die living Soil sieht Mega eklig aus, wie als würde die Erde schimmeln. Zum Glück wissen wir es besser :) 31. März Jaaaaaaapp. Es wird Spargel.

Day 15 - The new week meant a change of water, nutrients and an adjustment of lights. Chong is looking like a short, but sturdy little seedling with broad fan leaves and big roots. Max is 10cm vs. Chong at 7cm and her leaves are perky and the stem is thick. They both look good for their own individual reasons. Looking at the roots specifically, Chong seems to be facing similar problems as Cheech in the Cookies Gelato grow - the aeration in the bucket appears to have “dead zones” because of the colour the roots and the manner in which they are sticking together. I’ve adjusted the air stone to be more central in the bucket and cleaned the air tubes because the nutrients stick on the tubes. Other than that, I’ve controlled the PH back down to 6.0 after the addition of the nutrients using the Milwaukee PH controller and decided not to adjust the height of the lights because there was only about 2cm growth this week. Also added the first wire to give Chong a bit of a better bend in her stem, gently starting off the process of LST. Day 20 and the ladies are getting closer to topping. Both are showing clear third nodes with the fourth node opening up. I am sure we will be topping during this next week of veg.

Day 45 - 26/11 - She is looking very good, leaves a perky and buds are growing. Day 47 - 28/11 - The trichome production is really starting nicely, I can start smelling her. Day 49 - 30/11 - She was top dressed with fresh vermicast and a few teaspoon of a top dress mix (at the bottom), all of that was mulched with a layer of erograstus grass. --------- Top dress mix : Equal parts Alfalfa meal, Rock dust, Kelp meal, Insect frass.

Things are going really well for this lady. She has continued to produce copious amounts of tricombes and the smell is just unbelievable. I've had to source some air fresheners to hang around the garden to try and mask it. I've removed a few of the new growth at the bottom of the main stem a some they are only going to suck energy that can be better used.

end of week 4 I have finished heavy defoliations, now just plucking one or two loose fans here and there. Stretch has totally stopped (finally whew!) and stacking has really begun on the colas. lots of new pistils at bud sights, very few but early signs of some orange pistils, but majority still all white. the smell has gotten outrageous. Nemo smells literally like a blueberry patch! after I defoliate her my hands smell like i was smashing blueberries all day long! V has a more distinct lemon scent, with undertones of mint, basil and spicey peppers. Occasionally the mix smells like a gasey pinesol, but I'm not sure which one the petrol smell is coming from, I'm guessing V, she's a unique boquet for sure! I am not sure if it is heavy 16 full line, or because I have been religious about getting lots of compost tea feeds, but I've NEVER had a run smell so strong, and so distinct this early! I'm stoked to watch these buds fatten up!

An excellent variety. fruitful. easy and fast to grow. The taste and effect is just perfect!

The end of the fourth week. Only 2,5 to 3 weeks to go, since this is the FAST version of Gelato 33 by Advanced seeds. Last week temps were better, so that was a lot better to manage. The smell is a different story. We are trying to combat it as we speak with a double filter which my friend still had from a previous grow. The ladies are performing, however, because this is a monstercrop with many budsites, none of them will be very big. We anticipate a lot of cutting come harvest time. The stickieness and smell (cookies, dough, herbs, spices, gingerbread, vanilla) promise a lot to make up for that hopefully!! The middle plant that seemed to go fastest, now looks like to have the hardest time flowering. Her more advanced stage of flowering as a bigger clone, made it harder for her to return to veg, which she never really did. This seems to make her want to rush to the finish, as she is already browning the pistils. Also these buds seem more flakey, popcorny. As if the many flowers and grapelike bundled growth was too much for her. I put the light a little closer, to help her fatten up in the time she is given. I never expected the two 'runts' to outperform the mighty middle clone, but hey seem to fatten up and age much more nicely. So for now, prelimenary tip: make sure all your plants are completely revegged before flowering and consider that faster flowering species might have some ruderalis ancestry that might siderail all your lighting intentions and remains in flower what ever the growers lighting schedule. So with at least two more weeks for the two outer plants, and well see how many for the middle one, we are going to make them as comfortable as possible the final push of this flowering. Day 83: After being in the dark for like 4-7 days, they where ready to harvest. All plants getting cut by the machine, big buds are cut by hand. I never weight wet buds because that doesnt make any sence. I will update soon on how much it is dry weight. My friend helped me with the harvest since it takes many hours of work. I have many buds that are as big or bigger as my hand. Quallity so far looks promising even thought there are shitty buds as well, but thats normal and oke. They have been cut freshly so I won't lose much weight when cutting. This will happen when cutting dry buds. The remaining small leafs on the wet buds will dry in with the buds and will be barely visible. More info soon.

Needed to defoliate to create airflow and start shaping the ladies. Stretching out the lower colas across the base. Fimmed the ends of the longer stems to get a split going for more colas. Recharge added to feed after stripping 30%+ of the lower canopy. Will turn to flower in a week or too. Notes: slow growth due to the lower heat in the tent. Okay with that because the Lecky bills have been huge with all the price gouging going on.

Roughly 18 days since they broke soil , had five that sprouted but #4 dried up on me super fast (RIP) #5 is looking like a mutant

Tent has been heavily neglected....will pick up routine this week. Just been a busy week and hopefully settling in the next coming weeks. Top dressed with 2-8-4 and worm castings Have to up nutrients and sort out these deficiency's or PH you inbalance is what I think the culprit is

Tag 33: Aus irgendeinem Grund wächst die Green Gelato extrem ungleichmäßig. Was das scroggen sehr schwer macht beziehungsweise das Netz gleichmäßig zu füllen . Hach ja könnte noch eng werden.

Well as the days go on she is looking fabulous with a strong aroma.Such a pretty plant her flowers are just loaded with trichomes.Light intensity is still set at 80 percent on the se 7000 and just giving water for this last week.Her trichomes are cloudy still with some clear so let her go a bit longer.

Hey fellow growers welcome to the start of week 5 of flower!! Things are starting to take shape after the nana scare I’ve been keeping a close eye on the lady’s. There being fed every second day and wanting more as they gain size. All plants are starting to frost up but big bud 2 is at another level with sticky stinky colas. Fingers crossed they will continue to just do what there doing gaining size and frosting up. We did get in there and do the final defoliation a week late but that’s what happens when you work fifo and can’t be here at all times. They will get another feed today. This week is getting closer but still not close to the size I want pre flower. I turned down the lights and got some fertilizer to see if I can coax them to grow up. I think I've been light shocking them. 12/25 I hiked down the light and got the some fertilizer and you can see the diff in just one day of fertz and less light, more humidity
