Day 22: Hi all , hope we are all well. The Gluberry male has been banished now and wont be making another sneak attack ever again !. The remaining Glueberry ( #2) is now able to have her 1st gym session ( no social distancing or masks needed!). She has been bent over from her 4th node( no sniggering at the back !) so that her 5th(main) takes a horizontal path to the pots edges. The other growth below should form up similar to a quadline . Inwill allow it to go vertical when the flowering begins which should create 5 mains to develop into long chunky colas. Being an attempt to find my own best use of autos in this environment I use , is proving to be fun so far. Inhave other strains ( in my diaries here) that are being trained using this and other methods to again , see 1st hand what works for me. The Mimosa Lemon is doing really well too. she had her 1st session a few days ago and is responding perfectly so far. Both of these ladies are looking really healthy and green so far . I have not done a total soak of the medium yet and have been watering just outside of the plants leaf footprint. This is to encourage the rootball to set itself up for the flowering cycle and an important foundation for their overall possible yield. As you can see, our macro lens arrived, we were able to take several photos and see the trichomes, we had never seen them so close before. We also noticed that many pistils have turned brown in the last days of this week but the trichomes are clear yet. The smell is getting stronger, reminds us of fresh fruits, mango and a little citrus. We are excited, she is healthy and smells good, but a little concerned with the development of buds and if they are within the standards for this week. Despite having many trichomes and the pistils turning brown, we are not noticing a significant fattening of the flowers (correct us if we are wrong). hahaha, noob stuff =)

I felt things were going well, and didn't want to jinx it.... however my time has come for the next level of challenges. This week things were looking great, but then I saw some leaves having discolored spots. I looked under the microscope and saw it was the leaf, didn't think much more of it. Next day, more spots, so I investigated. looking again with the microscope, I found the devil! Spider mites! So, I sprayed greencleaner on them at light shutoff... and the following day plant does not look too good. Looks dry and light burned. So I moved the lights up, they were not a problem before and the plant had stopped stretching this week. hopefully I this will go away, but I need to spray tomorrow to keep with the schedule, hope it does not dry out y plants as much this time! However looking at the bugs again, they are dead! I also lollypopped the girls, however since I am a noob, I could have trimmed more, but it makes me nervous of taking off too much, so maybe a few days I will take some more off, or just watch the dead leaves closer, and will clear daily...

Semana 2 de crecimiento vegetativo completada. La primera foto de esta actualización corresponde al día 15 de crecimiento vegetativo y día 21 desde la emergencia. La Super Boof sigue mostrando un crecimiento fuerte y compacto, con tallo principal grueso, internudos cortos y buen desarrollo de las ramas laterales. Durante esta semana se adaptó muy bien a la maceta de 7 L y llegó a formar el sexto nudo. La iluminación se aumentó progresivamente hasta aproximadamente 290–350 PPFD con la Mars Hydro FC-3000 y la Adlite Blue, manteniendo un fotoperiodo de 18/6. La planta respondió bien, sin signos visibles de exceso de luz, carencias ni sobrefertilización. En el riego se utilizó ATA Rootfast a 0,5 ml/L y ATA Terra Leaves a 0,5 ml/L, ajustando la solución final a pH 6,5. Al final de la semana se realizó el trasplante a la maceta final de 50 L. El cepellón estaba muy bien colonizado, con abundantes raíces blancas y sanas. Durante el trasplante se aplicó Micro Vita de Top Crop alrededor del hueco del cepellón para favorecer la colonización del nuevo sustrato. Después del trasplante se realizó un riego de asentamiento de aproximadamente 7 litros, repartiendo cerca de 1 litro alrededor del cepellón y el resto por el sustrato exterior. El siguiente objetivo será dejar que la planta se recupere y vuelva a crecer con fuerza antes de realizar la primera poda de formación.

Harvest! Few comments about a process and harvest. It was easy to grow, no mold, no nutrients issues- looks like a process was smooth. Do not know about the yield - will check after drying.... but it is looks like the yield will not be high. The lady was big, but the lights probably was not so efficient. The light were able to penetrate the third of the height so everything below it is a lax popcorn. After drying will add comments about the weight! Thank you for your comments!

It has been a journey but I'm happy it's over. Would have liked it to go another week or 2 but I'm happy with what I got. She smells like cotton candy and I can't wait for a taste. ☺️🤤

15/08/24 (FD 22): Started to give my girls some more bio bloom to boost Phosphate & flower development, for now they seem to handle the extra nutes with no problem what so ever! Also the stretch seems to be done and they reached 1m in height. I wonder how tall they would have gotten if I wouldn't have topped them in week 3? There is one really weird mutation in the big girls which results in a flat stem with a bend and stunted top...I am really curious to see flower development on this one! I hope they will reach their maturity in 6 weeks so I can harvest before October when it will get humid & rainy! Stay tuned

Hard to believe it's been another week. These beautiful girls are growing great. They're definitely swelling amazing especially at the top colas. Starting to see some faded leaves so I think I'll back down my nutes from 1050 to around 800. All in all Happy Growing.

Pistils finally popped up yesterday on a few of the top sites! Should start seeing some solid stretch from Grape og soon, guessing around 30 to 40cm at least. I’m letting her do her thing and reach up into the net for now. If she starts getting crowded before the end of week 3, I’ll kick off some early defoliation. Also got two AC Infinity IonBeam S11 lights set up sitting about level with the top colas. I’m aiming the light to hit the middle and lower sections instead of blasting the tops directly, trying to get that nice even coverage. Still debating whether I even need to scrog this run, but a few people keep telling me to give it a go to see the difference, I guess only one way to tell 🙌

The girls are happy! Pistils are long and the calayxs are developing nicely. Starting to stack and swell! Kinda turned into a jungle since the defoliation and now it's so much leaves...I removed a dozen or so but I dont like defoliating at this stage so I just tucked them to expose more light. Some unexpected stretch from the watermelon wedding cake and zkittlez. Really happy with this one!

Fri 12th any advice pls I've bn poorly for last 6days and unable to lst is it too late i need to open the canopy up cheers fellow G.D 👍 As of 13th feb opened canopy on northen lights and its my 1st go seem to have done it all correctly so fingers crossed 🤞 jack herer is going a little slower but early days . ..I know I keep finding myself wanting to feed with nutes rather than water Leaves are feeling a little dry so going to keep making sure p.h is around 6.4 to 6.7ish as a max and see how they both come along 🤔😃

Waiting for main root to appear before transferring. 8 May - Main root appeared on the 1st sprout, transferred to its permanent home (see pictures). 9-12 May - Observed and watched the seedling grow. 📑 Transferred seedling into permanent Deep Water Culture, 2 gallon system. I’ve always had the best response when the main tap root appears prior to this process, it helps to ensure success. This plant seems to be getting off to a slower start, but steady. All seeds germinated, sprouted and became seedlings. I’ll be finding homes for the other 2 as my grows are limited by space and number. First week of bud 8-2-25 All the girls are doing really good.top dressed all of the girls with. 5lb bone meal 5lb kelp meal 5lb Sulfate of Potash Magnesia 30lb of worm castings 25 lb home compost All of the plants are doing very well. The apple fritter is getting close to 9 feet tall now it is the tallest of the girls. The run layer cake is the second largest plant of them. It is slightly over 8 feet tall the Dosie dose 33 is coming in third at just at 8 feet with the smallest of the plants, but the fastest of recent growth is the sherbet cream cake and that plant is almost 8 feet tall. oddly enough on two of my plants I did notice what I believe to be a zinc and potassium deficiency so I’m hoping that with the 50 pounds of top dress with all of the amendments, it will have everything that it requires and the slight yellowing I saw on the lease will dissipate other than that the girls are still getting boogie brew tea every seven days and getting their foliage sprayed every four days as well as getting bricks root drenched every 10 daysz
