Defoliated the lower leaves which gave this girl 2 inches height within 1 week. You can see her indica traits in the leaves. Hopefully she veg longer.

D64. We're at the start of the fourth week of flower, and today was a busy day. First, I had to remove the old lights before swapping in the light from my auto tent. All while trying to avoid trashing the plants in the way too full tent. Not an easy task. The entire mission, with changing the light in the auto tent as well, took a couple of hours. I wish I could keep the Greenception lights in the tent as they're high-quality lights, but the Kingbrite has a much lower profile and thus takes up much less space. Space that I desperately need considering how insanely much these girls stretched. One of the tops on the second girl has unfortunately already been bunt by being too close to the light, and I'm sure I will run into light bleaching and probably foxtailing as the grow progress, but I hope I will be able to pull it off with the Kingbrite light. I also added some wire support to the branches that I super-cropped, as they looked somewhat sad after all the abuse to the canopy while swapping the lights. ------------------------------ D66. It looks like the girls have FINALLY stopped stretching. Phew! Yesterday, I gave each girl 2.5 liters of water @ pH 6.2 with humic acid and EM-1. Today, the green lacewing larvae (Chrysoperla Carnea) arrived, and I dispersed them in the tent to deal with the thrips. ------------------------------ D68. All is well in the tent, but now when the thrips are (hopefully) under control, it's time to address the VPD. It has gotten seriously out of wack due to dropping temps, plus I increased the humidity to make the environment more inhospitable for the thrips. The temps were low due to the light change as the new one is running a lot cooler, but the temps have also dropped outside. The heating in the lungroom has been off until now, so I turned that on and lowered the humidity threshold on my exhaust fan. Finally, I put my small humidifier in the tent, generating extra heat and decreasing the humidity. So far, the VPD has increased from a terrible 0.4-0.5 to an acceptable 0.9, and I'm hoping it will increase further as the ambient RH drops as we move into winter. ------------------------------ D70. We're at the end of the fourth week of flower, and all is well in the tent. The VPD has gone up to 1.0, which is a nice improvement to what it was only a couple of days ago. I haven't scouted yet for thrips, but I will give the lacewings a couple of days to do their thing and then look closer. However, I went to WAR against the spider mites we have in our ornamental plants in the apartment. I sprayed all plants with my homemade pesticide (capsaicin, alcohol, horticultural soap.) since I had it at hand. If that fails to knock the spider mites back, I'll bring out the neem oil instead. The infestations aren't bad (yet), but it would suck to get mites into my tents, so better to be proactive. ------------------------------

End of week 4 and all is going well, had a slight calcium issue on a couple of leaves, but it was corrected and all is good again. This girl is responding well to the nutes, but my run-off is getting a little high, that should change when I cut out the Flora Micro and just feed calmag, Dnectar and KoolBoom for the next couple of weeks. Any comments or suggestions? Wish me luck.... just a few weeks to harvest now.

Hi guys I missed a week so we are at week 9 now. Last week she was abit finicky but nothing to worry about. I have the same feed as in week 7 in week 8. This week she has perked right up and starting to stack weight on the buds now. The heavy pruning and defoliation really helped as these tops are all setup for big buds and no larf. Seems daunting at first but when you see the results you get from the pruning are amazing. Great airflow and light penetration to all bud sites. We are starting to get a little purpling on a leaf or too and looks as if the buds will be purple somewhat. I’m gonna keep her fed and happy we will be back next update. Girl Scout Cookies-Day 49# The plant is at the end of its seventh week today, it has progressed nicely, if it hadn't been for the problem described in the text below, it would have been better, but my God 5 nights ago there was a strong storm, the morning after the storm when I came to the site, I found some plants crooked, some normal, but there were no broken ones, thank God, but they were very stressed and what you can see in the pictures appeared on the leaves, some leaves were crispy at the edges, but still green, mostly shoots before the newest ones. I haven't had this problem before, I researched a bit on the internet and came to the conclusion that the wind burned them, and I also turned to GW for an opinion, two characters confirmed my opinion. Two days later I noticed that the matter was getting worse and that it was spreading, which worried me, so I contacted GW again for an opinion. Some told me that it was mold, some that it was an infection, disease and so on, mostly guesswork, but no one specifically told me what was certain, so I decided on nim oil, and whatever it is, I guess the problem should be solved. According to some leaves, I would say that insects might be the problem, but I really don't know, I haven't had similar problems before. I regulate the ph of the plants, I still don't feed them, there is food in the ground for another week, except for the fact that I added cal-mag after that storm when I watered them. I want to say that the plants are certainly not locked, and the heat is not yet so high that this would happen from the same, the more the temperatures have dropped and now it is perfect. Since transplanting, I have watered the plants only 2 times. Yesterday morning they were topped for the second time, only the main branches, I will do the next topping of the side branches. Last night I sprayed the plants with neem oil and already today the problem seems to be going away, if I tripped at least it doesn't spread further, that's for sure. I didn't mix the oil very well, I didn't add any soap or anything like that because I wouldn't really spray the plants with any chemicals, and on some of the leaves on one or two plants there is that thick, brownish liquid, so I hope it won't hurt them, I noticed that today during the day, I couldn't see it at night. I still don't know what the problem is, but my guess is still that the wind burned them or some insects. Speaking of insects, I think I noticed thrips on one plant on the underside of the leaf, so in addition to the neem oil I already gave, I also ordered SMC, so I will spray that at least once a week while they are still young. Black Muffin Harvest Report The Black Muffin Monster really impressed me. She grew into a beautiful and strong plant with dense, resinous buds and an amazing aroma. Unfortunately, I suspect she developed a fungal infection, probably Fusarium, which forced me to remove about four side branches. Still, the rest of the plant stayed healthy and finished strong. Overall, I’m very happy with the results and excited to see how she turns out after drying and curing. It was a great experience despite the challenges.

A nice stocky little plant. She is starting to get that nice smell. Taking heavy feeding nicely and also now fattening up. Still no purple colours yet. I love this strain.

The girls are looking healthy and happy, except the one that had its head torn off. It will be fine though. Ive been plucking off some fan leaves and even intermediary sun leaves to open up bud sites. Autos are starting to cluster, looks like they will shoot pistils any day now. The photos are looking great, variances in each strain, so Im on the lookout for the structure I like, and making notes daily. Happy growing to all

We have a full recovery from fungal infection. No signs of mites. All good over here! Moving to the outdoor location this weekend. Pics to update as progress happens. 55gal of soil in 65gal pot with cover crop and mulch with blumat irrigation.

Chopped her down last week which was week 8 of flower. I hung her to let her dry for a week and then I trimmed her up yesterday and she's currently curing. Will update when cured with a final weight.

I installed a drip system, which I will use if necessary. It's a new year ahead, so a drip system is needed 😁 We are finishing the last week of vegetation.
