Creciendo fuerte, bella planta

Everything coming along nicely. I’ve discontinued all nutes but will give one more little top dressing to the cheese plant tomorrow then that’s it. Just straight stabilized RO water from here out. The slurricane is just packing on PM like crazy. The cheese has actually stopped the spread for the most part. At harvest I’m going to wash the shit out of the slurricane and cheese with some warm RO water and some h202 to get the majority of it dissolved. Other than that the quality of the slurricane is beyond ridiculous. It’s by far the stickiest strain to the touch in the tent. It’s probably winning for smell too. It’s straight gassy licorice pine. The pm susceptibility is a deal breaking drawback though. The cheese is looking good and smells great. It almost smells like rotten milk. Some of the nugs are really filling out into these nice long chunky little things. The pistils are turning a light orange/pink color too. Unfortunately it’s not maturing at the same rate and will make everything in the tent go for another 1.5-2 weeks. Garlics are looking better. The lanky pheno has filled out quite a bit more than expected and is super frosty with a great smell. It’s finally starting to purple up a bit. I think it will still be quite leafy around harvest but time will tell. Pheno 2 has better structure and density but lacks frost, smell and color. Not very impressed by it honestly. The zkittlez is looking great and getting super frosty. Especially around the crowns of the top colas. Lowers look like shit though. Despite being somewhat leafy, the main branches look quite dense. It’s probably the shortest and bushiest plant in the garden. It’s yellowing out quite a bit now and will probably finish with the blackberries and slurricane. The blackberries look amazing and smell even better. One of the phenos is a crazy producer and creates massive buds with musky berry terps. The other pheno is a beautiful purple strain that produces a crazy amount of frost and chunky golf ball nugs at the expense of large yield. It’s smell is very sweet and candy like and has been a very low feeding and maintenance plant. Slurricane #4 looks great aside from its infection. It definitely wins for resin content and smell but looks like a low yielder.

Upon the return of power, the DH48-S relay timer, which controls irrigation, failed again. This has happened for the third time in the last 4 months. Unfortunately, I couldn’t react immediately, so the ladies were without water again for a few hours. I’ve ordered a TrolMaster program device and additional sensors AMP-3 for pH, EC and humidity, and temperature control. No more messing around! Water consumption is gradually decreasing, and electrical conductivity of the water is slowly rising. I’m starting to reduce the strength of the nutrient solution. Each subsequent tank refill will be at approximately 1.0EC. One Tropicana Cookies and one Wedding Cheesecake will finish during the next week, so I’ll slowly start preparing them for harvest. Purple Lemonade and one Wedding Cheesecake will continue flowering into the ninth week, but they’ll be the largest ladies in this batch. All the ladies look and smell fantastic, and the buds are already firm to the touch, especially the Wedding Cheesecake. 5/23/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Flower (Day 110 overall) (Day 49 of Flower) There was a couple of small super small sucker buds on the lower stocks that needed to be cleaned off but that was it. Just watching them Flower!! 5/24/2023 Week 7- Day 2 of Flower (Day 111 overall) Tucked a few fan leaves below lower buds but didn't see any blatant offenders that needed to be removed. I typically do start my checks in Week 8 but since this is a new strain I decided to go ahead and do a Trichome check just to see what was what.. Just as I thought nothing but clear glassy Trichomes. I will check again in one week.... 5/25/2023 Week 7- Day 3 of Flower (Day 112 overall) Just letting them grow today!! Smell is getting stronger I would say it is a hint of Pine and a heavier fruity smell. 5/26/2023 Week 7- Day 4 of Flower (Day 113 overall) I did Nothing but took some pics and I enjoyed it!!!! Other than that I took off a few little sucker buds trying to form. I did start to setup my Dry space as well as did a Trichome Check today and the brown tips are coming in nicely. 5/29/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Flower (Day 116 overall) Found a few baby sucker buds trying to form so I removed them. Other than that I am enjoying watching her mature. I also started my Reverse of the Clone I took 6 weeks ago in Apr from #3. So after my 29th April update last week, I have only given ph’d water, I do have some nutrient burn but hoping that I can sort this out over the next few days, it’s my 1st issue I’ve had but my own doing due to giving too many nutrients as not reading properly. In a way am pleased because I won’t be making that mistake again. I did take a couple of huge fan leaves off that I considered “light blocking” on day 18 and she seems to have recovered well. Other than that it has been a good week.

6/11 day 55 day 56. Officially 2 months of growth. Somehow I've kept an auto flower in the vegetative stage for quite a bit of time. They are flowering and have stretched a ton. I will get actual measurements for each plant this Pheno #1 looks more indica (they all are) than the others. The pistils are shorter but more of them and the node spacing is a tighter than the others and she's stayed the shortest(least amount of stretch) and has thicker leaves(maple leaf style) her pistils started white and now have a pink tone to them and on closer inspection, some of the sugar leaves are purpling. This one could be expressing it more so because of environment. This week we've had lows and rains and cloudy weather. The other night it was in the low 40s, so in hindsight it might be environmentally expressed. Pheno #2 is the one that's been the most well rounded the whole time. Popped quick and has always been steady and not too tall and not too short. Her pistils are bright white like roots or an initial taproot. But the calyx are a deep deep purple. I believe this purple expression to be a genetic phenotypical expression rather than environment. The purple clashes with the white so beautifully. They just makes it all pop with the green. It honestly looks like a purple clover flower 😄

Day 22 25/07/24 Thursday Still no Feed/water since Tuesday. Been a humid and overcast two days so not as much evaporation as normal. All plants happy and healthy 💚 Video updates Day 23 26/07/24 Friday De-chlorinated watering pH 6 with 5ml calmag to 5L water. Watered each with 250ml and had small run off. I will continue to feed/water with small run offs to help prevent salt build ups. Video update. Day 26 29/07/24 Monday Nice feed today, using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6. They each had 300ml with small run off. All looks incredibly happy and healthy! The Auto Kabul that was mutated and twisted has pulled herself through and is just a bit shorter than the others. Day 28 31/07/24 Wednesday End of week😁 De-chlorinated water pH 6 today with Plagron pk13-14 5ml to 5L Plagron power buds 5ml to 5L Used 300ml of the 5L solution. I will be using these on water days from now on as they are advised to be used every irrigation. We'll see how they perform 💪💚

Aug 9: Mimosa Shot is doing fine. She was slower starting than her wagon partner Sunday Punch EV, but she is liking the warmer weather. Got UV led lights from AC Infinity going today. These are designed for indoor so I can only put them out on nice weather days. Did this last year and seems to work. The UV lights make Edmonton in the fall feel more like California in the summer, or at least that’s the idea. UV is critical for trichome production so it’s a good way to boost THC percentage. Aug 14: rainy the last few days. Mimosa Shot likes to be a bit warmer. It was slower getting going in the spring, and now it seems to be suffering from a P deficiency. Reddish petioles, and a blueish tint to the leaves. She has received Power Bloom and barley just like the other plants, but still seemed to be lacking something. Ed Rosenthal’s Grower’s Handbook says P deficiency can be due to cold weather. Decided to try and dissolve 0.5 tsp of Power Bloom in 1 L of warm water to use as a high P foliar spray. As always, used a bit of Dr. Bronner’s Peppermint Soap as a surfactant, and apple cider vinegar to adjust pH. Power Bloom mostly dissolved but with some undissolved. Unfortunately I don’t have a working TDS or EC meter. Not sure how strong it was so just sprayed a bit on the fan leaves.

10-05-2021: I am counting today as day One for Veg. Planning to hold them on 18/6 till the 20th of may (ten days) and then switch. Not sure if I will stress them a bit or not, time will tell. Yesterday was hot (26˚C) here so all values have shifted a bit. Won't be a problem as soon as they are on 12/12. Do you notice the lines (air/water) changing position on heat :) Didn't even notice that at first. Also pretty sure I need a more powerful chiller at the moment but will first make an attempt to replace the gas. 13-05-2021: Today I will be replacing my chiller. It doesn't keep up and the temperature of 28˚C is a bit too much. For the rest.. All great 15-05-2021: Added some paper sheets to reduce heat. Seem to work so today I'll go to hardware store and buy something to make a more permanent solution.... I have added some reflective foil to cover the boxes

Por fin he conocido a las plantas de exterior, son raras, me han dicho que son de la familia de los cactus, me parecen poco sociables, tienen pinchos y me da miedo acercarme... 19/01/21 Hace dos días que hace sol y disfruto cada tarde al exterior. Mi jefe está contento por las numerosas raíces verticales que asoman por mi base, dice que así mis raíces no se enrollan en la maceta y podré respirar mejor!! 😍 Cada día tengo más sed... me gusta estar hidratada 😅 20/01/21 Hoy ha sido un día muy especial, con muchos cambios... I loved!! 😘 Hoy esperaba mi nueva maceta, en realidad la esperaba ayer, pero mi jefe no pudo y me prometió que hoy sería el día... casi no he dormido de emoción!! 😳 es mi puesta de largo... soy una adolescente!! mi jefe me lo ha dicho!!... I loved!! 😍 Por la mañana mi jefe me puso en la ventana, el día estaba nublado, pero la temperatura de 15°C era idónea, después de un rato comenzó a soplar un fuerte viento... aterrada y temiendo por mi vida, grité socorro!! 😱 ... ¡Ja Ja Ja, te vendrá muy bien para fortalecer tu tallo y ramas!! decía mi jefe riéndose de mi... no es justo, he pasado mucho miedo 😔, porque el viento no es igual que el aire del ventilador de mi carpa, el viento va y viene, cambia de dirección y de intensidad... me hace bailar!! 😍 Esta tarde ha comenzado el proceso para cambiar mi maceta, mi jefe ha elegido una muy moderna, grande y llena de protuberancias y agujeros, no se😒, es un estilo muy tecnológico y soy una cepa clásica... para tranquilizarme mi jefe me ha asegurado que es la mayor que tiene y que mis raíces se propagarán muchísimo y estarán muy oxigenadas y eso hará de mi una grande y bella planta, y además, si sigo creciendo fuerte como hasta ahora, me pondrá una carpa de floración para mi sola... I Loved!! 😍 He visto todo el proceso y los componentes de mi nuevo sustrato, estoy aprendiendo mucho, mi jefe me lo explica muy bien... dos tierras ligeras a base de turbas, un poco de bocashi casero para aportar nutrientes y microorganismos, humus de lombriz para dar estructura al suelo y fomentar la humificación y microbiología, fibra de coco activada con microorganismos para retener humedad, airear el sustrato e inocular MM, un buen puñado de perlita, vermiculita, arena de río y zeolita para facilitar el drenaje y oxigenar el sustrato... Ah!! y los minerales!! estos me han gustado, definitivamente aportan lo que le faltaba al sustrato, mayormente de composición vegetal... basalto, roca fosfórica, arcillas caolin, illita y montmorillonita para darme sílice y favorecer el intercambio catiónico de nutrientes, azomite rico en magnesio, aluminio y muchos otros minerales, un poco de dolomita para equilibrar el PH y aportar Cálcio, leonardita para dar estructura al suelo, retener humedad y aportar materia orgánica humificada, Piedra pomez y ceniza para completar el aporte de minerales... ...y como punto final, los encargados de procesar estos minerales y componentes del sustrato, para que yo los pueda asimilar son los Microorganismos, mi jefe ha añadido carbón vegetal activado con MM, excelente para retener humedad y nutrientes y Microorganismos de Montaña Sólidos... Guau!! he estado ansiosa todo el tiempo, deseando entrar en mi nuevo sustrato!! 😻 Ya estoy dentro!! en mi nueva maceta, con mi nuevo sustrato... I loved!! 😍 Siento unas cosquillas muy grandes en mis raíces, me han espolvoreado alrededor de ellas, auxinas caseras para promover el crecimiento de mis raíces y esporas de micorrizas para que las protejan contra hongos patógenos. El primer riego en esta maceta me ha encantado, estaba caliente y era dulce... mi jefe me ha dicho que se compone de agua de montaña con un poco de melaza a 22°C, con esta solución está activando los microorganismos del sustrato, la melaza los dará mucha energía para que se propaguen y empiecen a trabajar, ellos la necesitan porque son diabéticos y no almacenan azúcar, cuando yo sea mas grande yo también les enviaré el azúcar para que trabajen con ganas!! Y lo que realmente me ha vuelto loca es el Mulch!!.. I loved, loved, loved!! 😍 es el mejor material que almacenaba mi jefe, pequeñas hojas y tallos secos, sobrantes de las limpiezas de cogollos, mucha materia orgánica que mantendrá la humedad en la parte superior de la maceta, será la comida de los microorganismos y creará un ecosistema ideal para la microbiología!! Y a la hora de dormir... sorpresa!!...no puedo con tantas emociones!! 😅 ... nueva carpa más grande, limpia, desinfectada y con luces a estrenar, la comparto con otras tres plantas, bellas y mucho más grandes que yo... quiero ser como ellas cuando sea mayor!! 😃... bueno, yo soy la pequeña pero tengo la maceta más grande jejej!! 😋 Antes de ponerme en mi carpa, me han lavado las hojas con jabón potásico, me han quedado muy suaves y el jabón me protegerá de una plaga de arañas que está cerca 😨... estoy con miedo!! 💀 La semana que viene voy a poner toda mi energía en propagar mis raíces y crear más hojas... voy a dejar feliz a mi jefe. Trouble with the temperature. Softbox at full power

Broke my phone so haven't been able to update but all good now. The soil is peat moss based with added hardwood and banana skin ash to bring the pH up to 6 and bunny buttons mixed in (first time trying rabbit poops) I've also added seaweed . To be sure I don't under feed I've decided to use biobizz , grow , bloom, and top max. I've been keeping the soil damp but not soaked with no run off . The light is at 15000 lux.
