One of ap colas fell and bent overnight due to the weight on her stem lol. Fixed the problem by using some tape and a support beam for her. Other than that they r both starting to stink up a lil bit and are growing healthy. Completely flushed them at the beginning of the week to wash last week's nutes out for fear of rootrot. Will give them nutes for there next feeding.

~ Day 71 Update ~ Hello everyone! Hola! I’m Meus and this is my 10th weekly update for “First Mainline Attempt!”. I’d like to welcome new & veteran growers, Thanks for taking the time to stop by :) ~ Progress ~ You know, I’m astounded by the level of growth in this past week, my mind is blown! 5" of growth compared to the avg of 1" for the past few weeks (9,8,7, etc), just wow 😱. The smell is pungent, dank, and slightly sweet. I can only dream of what these girls will skunk out, soon, very soon... I’d like to flower now but I have a few small issues. First: I wanted to stop at 8 toppings but I need clones of the others so everyone gets topped to keep an even canopy. Of course I’m not taking 8 clones each 😏, just 2-3 of each strain (5 strains, 6 plants; 2 phenotypes) to put in my 2nd tent till these girls (mainlined beasts) are harvested. This is ambitious though I’m optimistic that this will work out 🙏 Second: Related to the first issue I’m going to need a trellis net to support these girls with their 16 tops. Thing is, all my plant have varying flowering schedules (55 to 70+ days). I’ll need to make a net set up that I can cut out each plant individually as they’re ready to harvest. Third: MOLD! Though it’s not a lot I do have a bit of mold developing at the bottom of the fabric pots (which are known to mold). I’m going to switch to Superoots Air-Pot so I can avoid the mold. They’re $10+ a pop so I might have to wait till my next grow to afford the amount I need to make a full switch. Depending on how things go I’ll start flowering at week 13. Now concerning the mold I found a few ways to deal with my problem without harming or altering taste of these young ladies. This will be a tough 11 - 14 weeks, I’ll keep ya updated fam! ~ Individual progress notes ~ (will post full information soon, update delayed for personal reasons) [Purple Urkle #1] Height: 14" Tops: 8 Notes: 14 inches... That's quite a climb :) Though she's stretchy like her sister I'm excited, can't wait to see the development in the next few weeks of veg 😊 [Purple Urkle #2] Height: 13.2" Tops: 8 Notes: I'm surprised at the uniformity of these two sisters, I'm going to veg a bit longer and get me some clones just in case ;) [CBD Blueberry] Height: 9.8" Tops: 8 Notes: I thought this girl was a goner, definitely didn't respond to the mainline well like the others, wonder why? 😶 Still I'm impressed that my smallest plant is filling in, though she looks weird I still love her and her minions <3 [White Widow] Height: 11.2 Tops: 8 Notes: Well... This was one of my smallest girls, she's by far the bushiest and most filled in. For an example look at her root mass, one word, insane! Roots are spreading everywhere, so aggressive and the trunk is huge, perfect for transporting all those nutes. Tanya here recovered from a split too, awesome :) [Mazar] Height: 13.8 Tops: 8 Notes: Taller but just as dense as the white widow, the Mazar has potential! A beautiful, healthy canopy, one of my best girls. It's a good feeling knowing that my hard work is paying off 😭 I'm afraid of topping this one because she is so dense that 16 tops will be off the hook, better make a plan soon 🙏 [Super Silver Haze] Height: 11.2 Tops: 8 Notes: I’m starting to get impatient, I love this strain! Well, most strains developed by Arjan are great <3 I will need to feed soon with diluted nutes, she looks hungry a bit. Other than that she’s a healthy young lady that’s ready to flower :) ~ Final Thoughts ~ Where to start... I’m excited! Getting my clones are my top priority right now, then I'll focus on canopy support. I’ve come a long way from my first grow, even though I failed I learned a lot. Flushed my 3 Gallon pot on day 63. Day 65 pot is still heavy. I’m gonna give no more updates on the 5 Gallon, it just isn’t swelling I have lost all hope in being able to harvest it. As you can see from the video it’s a very bizzare pheno Day 67 Fed 5 liters of water and plan to harvest when pot is next dry. Couldn’t resist so cut and trimmed 1 little branch as gonna wait a few more days before harvesting the plant. It’s been drying for 2 days and as you can see I’m so very close to trying my first spliff.

Hi gromie's welcome to week 8. These girls are going great, started flushing on Monday 11/11/24 with plain ph'd water and Resin from Green Planet Nutrients at 2ml/ltr. I also reduced watering to just 2 times a day for 15 minutes on each time. Just trying something different as I usually do high fertigation . 15 minutes on watering cycle every 2 hours. From what I've read, I was hoping they would draw moisture from within themselves to help with drying but also some people believe it can increase THC?? It has worked at bringing out some more of that beautiful colour with in the buds but you can really notice the back plant has started canabilising itself! Starting to see some really nice fading of colours on the vegetation of the plant at the back, which is something I don't usually get with hydro because you usually feed them right to the end & Only need to flush for 2 to 3 days. Gave them a long flush this time. I've been waiting on a new microscope to arrive to check trichomes, but these girls are looking about done going off pistills turned orange/brown & curling in , Calyx closed & swelling up, looking really frosty!!! Will harvest this week! As I need to get veging plants into Flower Come on Grow diaries get your act together!!! I'm tired of updating my Diary only to see it's all wrong, things have been changed, put my day temp at 28°c save it & it shows -2°c & it's like that All through the diaries????

Week 9 for Strawberry gorilla by fast buds Shes getting so close to the end 😍 I had to remove a little bit of bud rot at the start of the week, but ever since haven't been able to find anymore developing 😇 Quite surprising how little water these girls drink... still only got fed once this week with a bit of (WCA) Water Soluble Calcium & (FFJ) Fermented fruit juice for its last few weeks of life now. Really excepted her to drink more with this hot hot weather.

Here we are ready for the right harvest on the last day of the contest. I am very satisfied with these plants, they are over half an ounce per plant but it can even reach 70-80 in my opinion. Wet cut is scary. Beautiful strain with different phenotypes, the two tall girls are already in the dry room, these two are pure fire. Big effort during the harvest but a lot of grass. The resin you'll notice is there as well and we can't wait to taste it. I love the sativa shaped nug-towers! When my plants grow big, I like to grow them until the very end of their cycle! That's why the extended flower period. 1-2-2022 A solution has been found and implemented. A simple quick project that cost little and not much time to make. Works very well. She is responding to her new environment and soon she will be into her new home in true Aeroponic spray only fashion.

Finally the Sour Strawberry started catching up! It seemed to have some sort of mutation where it topped itself and also rotated while growing. In the timelapse you can see the entire plant rotates about 90° over the course of the week. Sadly the other 3 plants kept throwing new issues at me and were at very different heights, all while the Sour Strawberry was tiny. Bending them had little effect and I did not actually want to super crop them just yet. I had to put in a net.
