Harvest time! Only this time there were some problems that made me take another approach. The thrips are still active so I thought it would not be very wise to lock them up together with the bud inside a paper bag. So I’ve decided to just cut the entire top part of the plant main stem and all, and hang them inside the top of the tent. But ofcourse not before I have given them a thorough shake. Then from the lower part of the plant where still some bigger buds, which I’ve also cut, trimmed and shaken clean, before they did ended up inside the bag, leaving just the lowest part of the plant with all of the small buds I’ve intended to use to germinate and create some seeds. At this point the remaining part of the plants are inside my small garden greenhouse, and I’ll keep you posted if it’s going to succeed. Normally I’d preferred to trim the bigger leaf from the wet branches, then dry inside my paper bag and finally trimming the dry buds for bringing up the final bag appeal. Only now I’d chose to only remove the fan leaf and hang drying. I turned the ventilation almost on the lowest setting during drying. As I said with the strain review, I’m happy with the results from plant A and C. Plant B started revegging, and thus ended up with a lower end weight. A shame because it had the biggest buds. The positive thing about dry trimming is that you don’t actually have to trim anything, it takes a bit more time, but you can literally push the leafs from the bud.

Sherbets nearly ready now, another's 2 week plus a week flush should hopefully do it, gorilla glue is coming like dr grin spoon tiny popcorn buds (see pic) think it's cos I've had them on 12-12 not too sure

These girlies are really taking off. I had a slight calcium deficiency at the beginning of week 2 so I started adding some CALMAG supplement. They seem to be really enjoying the extra nitrogen too!

Completely forgot to update like an idiot, but these videos were taken two days ago. Pheno 1&2 are both male, so I'm just hoping this last one is female. I might flower when I get back from vacation to just speed this process up but I guess well see.

Die Ice Cream Haze performed mega und dass Aroma Profil ist unbeschreiblich. Süß, ein wenig wie Zuckerwatte und Schockofrüchte mit einem leichten Zitronen Haze Aroma. Ehrlich gesagt, kann ich es kaum erwarten, diese unfassbar Aromatische Sorte zu testen. Sehr viele glitzernde Trichome und funkelnde Zuckerblätter. Ein echter Hingucker.

The Blue Zushi stretch has escalated 😅. I really can't raise the lamps any higher. The Blueberry Cheese has barely grown in height and is now about 60 cm away from the lamp. It is also about 7 days behind in development. The Blue Zushi is developing a really nice resin cover during this time I will remove a few fan leaves in the next few days so that the lower flowers get more light. there is already a lot going on in the tent. I have also installed two deep red Adlights from Mars Hydro that I had lying around. I added 40 liters to the autopot tank yesterday, but completely without nutrients. My tap water already contains a lot of calcium by itself

So far my confidence in this next go around is very high! 😃☀️ Putting the seeds straight into a jiffy pellet is the way I am going to proceed with germination going forward. You are just adding extra variables to what should be a simple equation (seed in sterile medium + warmth + moisture = seedling) unlike with the paper towel method, where you need to transfer them to the medium. But this is just one opinion of a rookie grower.

Rainbow Sherbet 1# Day 56# Rainbow Sherbet 2# Day 54# With a little delay because I'm a lazy stoned person, and in addition the responsibilities regarding the plants are already starting to grow, and I also have a lot of work around the garden and then I don't always arrive in time to release the update. The plants are progressing well, but now they are already hungry, so the next watering is for food. Two days ago they were topped for the third time, I also topped the two highest side branches. Yesterday was the end of their eighth week, the pictures are also from yesterday. Last night I sprayed them with SMC for prevention, but none of those pests can harm the plant outside as well as inside..first of all, the plants are much bigger, and therefore have much more leaf mass, and secondly, it is nature, there are many of them in nature, the only thing that can destroy them all are caterpillars during flowering and mold when the humidity is too high or when there are frequent rains, everything else does not worry me at all. Tomorrow I will move them somewhere where there is a lot less grass because now they have already filled this space and they can't expand any further, so in order for them not to get too long and to go wider I have to move them where the grass and other plants won't bother them. Next week is gone. The weather was bad the last days, we had much rain and maximum 19°C. All plants are in the same stage of flowering some of them look more frosty some of them less. I already harvested the SkunkXL #3, I was very busy so I hung the plant in the shad last weekend, today I trimmed her and it was about 350g, but the buds will loose a little bit of weight. I will add the weight when the other plants get harvested. Happy growing!

My Rainbow Melon plant has been a powerhouse from day one! It's always been one of the fastest and strongest growers in the tent. For a while, it was the undisputed champion in terms of size, and it's still neck and neck for second place. This plant is just bursting with vigor, and I'm super excited to see what kind of yield I get from it. It's got that classic Rainbow Melon aroma – sweet and fruity with a hint of earthiness. It's gonna be a good one! This past week has been a whirlwind of work, leaving little time for anything else. My phone's camera roll is sadly neglected, with only a few snapshots to show for it. But finally, I'm finding a moment to catch up on my grow diaries. It's been exciting to see the progress, even if it's just through photos. I'm looking forward to documenting the next stage!

Tag 45: Hab die Green Gelato ganz schön ausgehackt 😬 Sie ist sehr schnell gewachsen, bin gar nicht hinterher gekommen. Durch die Wärme ist die Pflanze recht hell geworden ich gebe ab sofort Alg a mic dazu um ihr hoffentlich etwas grün zurück zugeben.
