********* Week 11 - February 17 to 23, 2020 (**Days 71 to 77 from head coming out of medium**) Well another week has come and gone and she is still going💪😃 This was week of not too much to report as well as it is basically just keeping her medium wet, light low, and let her ripen😃 We also started looking at trichomes closer this week🧐🧐 Her frost really developed this week and has turned to primarily all cloudy. Took most of the week to get there. Tops are starting to show more amber in the buds and the lowers still show a number of clear.......didn’t want to rush her and let her go at her own pace. She is going to be running close to 80 days and expect that to be harvest day. She took some time but the leaves are light on Sunday and trichrome colour was a good balance. Removed any unnecessary LST tie downs. She has really started to “pull-in” on herself with the long branches she has grown. They have also gotten really purple over the last two weeks. Discovered another problem with the darn pH pen this week and it was out by 5 full points. This also explains some of the unusual things I have seen and thoughts of her possibly being a little slow the prior week. It had been 4 weeks since last calibration so it wasn’t out that long but long enough. This girl weathered that curve ball pretty good💪🙏 She went into darkness on Sunday Feb 23rd for roughly 48 hours. Harvest day is around the corner😛 Goal of a two week flush is being achieved......should be smooth smoke!! Will see what using Green Planet’s Liquid Weight all the way to the end will do as well. Again, this girl has been a surprise from the start with her vigour, beautiful leaves in early veg, and awesome bud to leaf ratio in late flower. She has taken pH and nutrient swings in stride. We had some PK issues late in veg and didn’t fully recover from it before flower set in but the narrow leaves have left for an easy trim job👍 Not rushing her so far has allowed her frost to come on strong and she should have a healthy THC percentage!! I have revisited the list of other diaries for this strain and there aren’t many to go by for comparison but this girl seems to be in there with the other top producers......time will tell. Awesome job Sweet Seeds🙏 More detail: Feb 17/20 - Day 71 - nothing for feed today. - SWELLING last night :) Feb 18/20 - Day 72 - 3L water with Rezin & Liquid Weight @ 2ml/L = 80ppm and 5.8pH. - Moved her under the HLG light today. - Buds are getting dense and hardening towards the tops. Feb 19/20 - Day 73 - 2L water with Rezin & LW8 = 80ppm and 6.1pH. - still waiting on further ripening of lower trichomes but she is getting close. Feb 20/20 - Day 74 - 2L water with Rezin @2ml and LW8 @1.5ml = 80ppm and 5.9pH Feb 21/20 - Day 75 - Nothing today. Dry out. - she will be done in days from now. Into darkness this weekend at some point. Feb 22/20 - Day 76 - 2L water with Rezin and LW8 @ 1.5ml/L = 80ppm and 5.9pH. - review trichomes again today. - one more day. Here I shortly document the making of Cannabis-infused-butter for what ever you want to cook with it. 1. Decarboxylate your weed: Grind the amount you want to use (pref 8-15 grams) spread it on a bakingsheet and bake it at 110 degrees for 40 minutes. 2. Infuse it into butter: Use 250grams butter+ 200ml water and heat it up to 70-90degrees (preferably keep it at 80degrees) add the weed and let it "simmer" for 3-4hours. Stir every 5-20minutes and keep the temperatue inbetween 70-90degrees or you destroy THC. 3. Seperate the weed from the butter: Use a kitchentowel or teafilter to seperate the butter. After let it cool down in a fridge. 4. Enjoy the cooking/baking. Use it inbetween 5days or freeze it. Enjoy the high! its banging👌 Bubblehash-Process coming soon!

Man. 12 hours trimming fuck man and I'm moving on to photos now lmao I don't even know what I'm getting myself into. My goal into this venture was to learn how to grow weed ,not only for myself, but just as good as dispensaries do too. And with the way this plant turned out I gotta say I'm really getting somewhere. The resin on the plant was incredible. I kept scraping off my pruning shears with a razor and making little hash balls I'm gonna throw in a blunt later. And the smell! Oh God it's so strong when I was trimming I swear I was getting a temporary buzz just inhaling it constantly I loved it and the smell. Almost like a fruity cat piss type of smell wonderful. Will be adding a pic of root ball in the morning after a well earned night's sleep lmao

This grow went pretty well she was a very branchy plant, responded well to lst providing me with a wealth of super sticky buds. I had a slight deficiency problem but that was on me. I didn't do a wet weight when I cut her down. All the buds are super sticky and have a nice citrusy lemon smell that you would hope for from any lemon strain. I will definitely be growing this strain again. I will update final weight and smoke report later after the dry and cure. Made some rosin with trim and popcorn buds at bottom of bowl trimmer. Put in about 14 got like 2 a lil more than 2 gs back.

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2201 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/29- Here we go into Week One of Flower! It's been a month since this pretty lady popped out of the ground and she's looking perfect with pistils popping out everywhere! Her 4g Gronest fabric pot was still heavy when lifted, and she looked happy, so I skipped watering today and will check on her tomorrow morning after the lights come on. Since being topped roughly a week ago, she has two new shoots that are emerging and she continues looking extremely healthy with excellent vigor and have a beautiful healthy green color! She's up to 9" =/- now and even though she's beginning to flower, she's continuing to stretch which I'm attributing to her having some Sativa dominate genetics in her....This girl has long legs! 12/31- Today was a 'dry day and all I did was refill the humidifier and some canopy maintenance, tucking shade leaves and gently bending branches. It's been a little over four weeks since she was planted in her amended medium and it's time to give the microbes a good feed so they can continue to provide her with all the macro and micro nutrients she needs so, yesterday she got a good watering with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with GreenGro's Veg, Flower, Green Aminos, Natures Brix and Granular Myco added to it @ 1.5 tsp/g and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 73℉. 01/02- Yesterday I watered her from the bottom with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g of Earth Juice OilyCann cal-mag to prevent any Cal-Mag issues before they arrive. I also have the HLG 650R set 36" above canopy and it's set at 60% power which is being controlled by a Trolmaster HydroX controller. The tent environment is on point with temp's running 70 when the light's off and 74℉ with the light on. I'm keeping the RH at 55-60% right now but will drop it as flowering progresses. Finally, I've been keeping the VPD in the tent running 0.85 - 1.05 which I'm happy with! 01/04- She's been doing well getting watered every other day and yesterday she received 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t Soil Conditioner which was then ph'd to 6.3 @ 72℉. She's definitely a big girl and with her wide node spacing doesn't really require any defoliation, just some LST and watch her grow! She's maintaining great color, vigor and is progressing into flower nicely! Commencing week 4: Day 22 on November 14th Day 22-ph'd back to 5.8x range from 5.5 to 6.1 It Day 23- added 5ml Clonex to each buck and ph'd. Ppm around 600-650 Day 24- added a little fertilizer salts for N mostly and then ph'd again. Ppm 750-850. Also turned on a few more lights as well as turned timer off to increase temps in lieu of pending storm. Also adding passive humidifier to at least help with the coming dip in humidity from snow outside. Day 25- pass few days are going well. Aside from a heavy dip in the temp and humidity last night (we have a bit of snow come already). Plants seem to be picking up the pace a little finally. Not much but A little bit which is great because it feels like I've been watching paint dry lol Day 26- plants are doing great. Seem to be happy 😄 despite or maybe because of the changes over pass two days. And..,.we have roots in water!!!!!! So far gorilla zkittlez2 and gorilla zkittlez3 both have a few roots in the nutrient solution. Now I expect growth rate and work to pick up soon. Hopefully the rest get their feet wet soon 💧 Day 28 last day of week 4 Nov 19 Some plants went from seedlings to "hardened off" this week nearly tripling and doubling in size as well as starting with the secondary growth. Some still a little behind. I've noticed all the Gorilla Zkittlez are simply growing much faster then the rest so far. And that out of the three GZ s one seems to be leaving more hybrid or possibly sativa (see pics) . Also one or two of the plants seems to have some funny traits like the Boss Hogg1 very purple and covered in baby hairs. Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. Another great week for the ladies, as they are now about 3 weeks into flower, and the stretch has just finished. I am still feeding them silica, cal mag, and flower nutrients maxi bloom by GHE. I did start to add a PK booster this week pushing the EC up to 1.4. I also will be switched the light from V1 to the F1 Spectrum at the beginning of this week, and will be integrating the UV/IR bar into the light cycle later this week. I will run the UV/IR bar for approximately 30 minutes prior to lights off to get started. The tallest plants are the Sundae Driver and the Durban Nights at 42" and the Red Hot Cookies is the shortest plant at 38" however they all look happy and healthy and capable of easily giving up a half pound each. The 5X5 is really starting to fill up nicely, I am running two dehumidifiers outside of the tent and I am able to maintain around 50% RH in the tent during lights on, and around 55% RH with lights off. We did get an unexpected heat wave this weekend and it has been a struggle keeping the heat and humidity down but the flowers are just starting so no need to worry about mold or anything like that yet. As soon as this heat wave is over the temps should be good to go the rest of the way this is by far the best time of year to be flowering plants in my region. I did defoliate twice this week and I may do one or two more rounds before just letting them do their thing. Not much to do from here on out except make sure the reservoir is full and the PH is in the proper range. Day Zero: Seeds from FASTBUDS. Cotton pads washed with purchased water, moistened with the same water. I immersed two seeds in each cotton pad. In an ordinary plastic bag, put the discs and inflated with air. The first day: 24 hours passed, the seeds showed white roots, left in the bag in its original state for another day.

Each of the girls is showing off her unique personality, and I’m especially stoked about the Papaya Zoap—she’s really coming into her own! The scrog net is nearly filled out just how I wanted it, and I can feel we’re so close to flipping to flower. A lot going on this week!! Feeding 3 quarts every Sunday and Wednesday at this point. I did a light defoliation on Monday and did a more thorough defoliation on Friday! I opened up a lot of bud sights and it shows in the pics from late in the week!! I just turned the fan and carbon filter on. Temps are currently holding at 73-74F and the humidity is between 43-45%. I'm very happy with that! I hope to keep them both happy!! Enjoy!

The buds are getting bigger, two plants have started fading to yellow, while the one in the middle is severely overfed, which I did not realize at the time. Still quite happy with how they looked and that the canopy was quite even without much additional training besides the initial topping. I did bend the center plant's (the only one which wasn't topped) main branch to the side however.

First week back with my plants and they’re wayyy bigger than I thought they’d get! Decided to do a big defoliation since it’s about the 3-4 week in flower. And they’re getting stanky

Start of WK3 day 17 of flower. As you can see the sour diesel has not stretched past the others. I just bought a new light (SE4500) and been hanging it about 30 inches from the canopy and this has def influenced this stretch. The northern lights is my favorite structure so far, really tight nodes and are going to form some nice colas. The Grandaddy purp I think has the most uniform canopy and feel its gonna fill out nicely. Top dressed on 3-16 with Gaia green power bloom and all purpose along with some worm castings

She suffered a serious overfertilization in the last two weeks. I thought it was a deficiency and added more nutrients, which made everything worse. The overfertilization happened because I wasn't doing a runoff, only once a week. And also a super concentrated dose. I did a flush at the beginning of the week, and the water came out almost black. She's recovering well, flowering and developing new, beautiful green leaves and flowers. She still has about 30 days to get rid of this toxicity, I hope everything goes well.
