Wow these girls really filled in this week! Only 5" of vertical growth but the girls are noticably wider and looking more full. Also looking quite healthy with a nice green colour, save for a handful of leaves at the very bottom but that's not uncommon. Still blown away by the amount of roots that have grown out of the base of the fabric pots! Vary thick and tough feeling, but white and healthy looking as ever! Bud sites really starting to come in as we end the week, looks like these girls could have great potential if everything keeps running smooth (knock on wood). Environment has been on point since uprages last week, fans running mostly at a steady 40% with the occasional spike to 60% and keeping the RH within 2% of target. Light is still at 80% and 18" hitting 650-750 umol/s

Day 35. Minor defoliation and supercropped a few branches. Day 37. Starting to flower nicely, some frost Starting to appear on buds. Day 41. Strong smell of strawberry bubblegum when manipulating plant.

She finally stopped her heightgrowth. Happy with that, because i don't have more space to hang the growlight any higher. I decided to give her more nutrients this week. She also did trink more water (4.2L in this week), although she was only exposed to the growlight and had no direct sun anymore. She smells incredibly sweet. I quite enjoy it, and sniff here every day 😅 Really curious how long it will take until i'm going to harvest her. I decided to wait until she has 60 to 80% brown trichomes. One of her leafes on the bottom still isn't looking too good and is more yellow, so i probably going to cut it in the next few days.

Seedsman Auto Sour Diesel Haze coming up!!!👍 I love the Sour Diesel strain so I'm really looking forward to this one. Also, the Seedsman Auto Lemon I just harvested was very impressive. I'm going to go lighter on the training from now on because I want to be done by end of May/early June. My grow is in the attic and its gets crazy hot there in the summer, even in VT. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic, I’m starting 2 seeds at at time for the last couple of rounds. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around 3 week I'll do a FIM cut/pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope LST only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Day 63 This plant now shows a much fuller canopy, with strong lateral growth and dense foliage. The training earlier in veg has clearly paid off — multiple tops are reaching upward, giving the structure a wide and balanced appearance. The node spacing is fairly tight, and the plant has developed into a bushy, healthy shape. Leaf color is a deep, rich green, a sign of good nutrient uptake. The canopy is vigorous and energetic, with new shoots continuing to push through. The posture of the leaves is upright and responsive, indicating that the plant is currently in a comfortable environment. No major signs of deficiencies are visible from this angle. At this stage, the plant looks ready to transition soon if the goal is flowering. The main considerations now are airflow and light penetration: the canopy is dense, so a light defoliation of older fan leaves could help improve circulation and ensure even bud development later on. Next steps will be to maintain a steady feeding schedule, monitor watering carefully, and prepare for the upcoming stretch once the light cycle is switched.

Yoooyooyoo, Wekk 13 got some ups and downs. I ran out of calmag starting the grow and kinda hoped i don't need it. If you have strong LED lights and like to have the light close to the canopy like me i would HIGHLY recommend you using calmag. You can see i got magnesium chlorosis pretty early on and the Plagron basic fertilizer did not provide enough with the low-ish dose i gave (1,2ml/l). I like to grow autos and you can't feed that more than that, it feels wrong to do it with photos haha BUT i did. 2ml/L EACH. and 0,5 calmag which seems enough. But me wanting to try out foliar spray (brilliant idea), because i already could see calcium spots on the leaves. kinda got me some slight toxicity (you can see the tips if you look closely) But she is gucci on calmag i can tell haha. Got a nice green color again and looks very healthy right now. she is drinking about 1-2L a day depends on the weather. DLI was around 35. She will look so good in a few weeks, i can't wait. Welcome to week six! 🌱 Week five was a complete success – all parameters are perfectly aligned. I’ve increased the water conductivity to a solid 3000 and bumped the CO2 level up to 1200 🌿. Light intensity is now set at 1400 µmol in the center and 1000 at the edges, which will keep the plants strong in their generative state 🌞. I’ll maintain these levels until the end of the third week and then start slowly removing the large fan leaves to ensure the buds get plenty of light 💡✨. I’m also trying something new to activate the “Emerson effect” 🌄: I’m running the deep red lights for 5 minutes before sunset and for another 5 minutes after the day ends. This should give the plants a final boost in photosynthesis, helping to maximize their growth potential! Everything’s looking fantastic so far! The Black Cherry has rooted well across different experimental setups, and at the end of the grow, I’ll provide a full report on the best care techniques for both strains 🌺👌. We are at the beginning of the 9th week of flowering. The trichomes are slowly beginning to change color. I'm now going on vacation for 9 days, I couldn't have planned it any shittier. But anyway, I've decided to keep them growing and then probably harvest them straight after my vacation.

Week 7 is starting at day 48, things are rolling along nicely, she really is a hungry girl😂don't be shy with the nutrients as I've stated earlier, she takes everything she's given.
