~ DUTCH PASSION / SUPER SATIVA SEED CLUB FAST FLOWER 'TESTER' A and 'TESTER' B ~ Well cannafam, here we go again on another growing adventure together! This diary will be special to me for two reasons, one because I have the opportunity to cultivate some new and exciting strains from two of the TOP breeders in the industry! The second reason this will be special to me is that I will be growing these two strains in a brand new greenhouse that I put up! I'm super stoked to see how these two ladies turn out in this new setup. On to the strains: 'Tester' Strain A info: Hybrid (I/S) | 6-7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Sweet, Candy 'Tester' Strain B info: Indica-Dominant (90%) | 7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Peppery, Sweet I hope that you enjoy this run as much as I will... It's going to be fun and interesting for sure! ~GROW WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVE WHAT YOU GROW!~ ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: These beauties will be growing in a brand spanking new 10x14' greenhouse that I have equipped with automatic window openers, a complement of Hurricane fans and a de-humidifier/heater to help keep the environment as dialed in as possible. I started both tester in glasses of tap water, where they soaked for 24hrs. After soaking, they were placed directly into whole eggshells with just their tops removed to make a natural seed starting pot that I filled with a 70/30 blend of Coco/Perlite which was pre-moistened with well water ph'd to 6.2, then placed under a 50w full spectrum LED on a 24hr light schedule. Once, they both have their second set of leaves emerged, I plan on starting to put them in the greenhouse for 2-3 hour a day for a few days to help them acclimate and 'harden off' in the greenhouse. I'll be starting both off in 1qt pots, then transplanting them into to gradually larger pots until they're around 6 weeks old, then they will go into their final pots which are 25g fabric pots. I mix my initial medium using 3 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics 4-4-4 along with 1 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics Glacial Rock Dust for the trace minerals it provides, 1 tbsp/g of Down To Earth Kelp Meal, 1 tbsp/g of Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae, and 1 cup/g of Wiggle Worm Castings. I hand mix my amendments to ensure an even distribution throughout the medium. I'll be watering with well water ph'd to 6.2-6.8 and providing bi-weekly compost tea's throughout the run. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 6/9- Here we go into the eighth week of vegetation for the two 'Testers' from Dutch Passion/SSSC and they are both growing fast and the 'Tester B' is getting tall! 6/11- Daytime temperatures outside are now hitting 90℉, and the greenhouse temps are pushing 100℉. I have plenty of air circulating using 4 fans and I'm probably going to put a shade tarp over the greenhouse if the weather continues to get any warmer. 6/13- Daily waterings continue with 2g of well water that is ph'd to between 6.2-6.7 @ 72℉ along with weekly Compost Teas. Despite the excessive heat, both 'Testers' have shown absolutely ZERO signs of any stress whatsoever which is a testament to the superior genetics in both! 6/15- Eight weeks of veg are in the rear view mirror and I'm looking forward to the coming weeks to see how these gorgeous ladies begin to slowly transition into their 'pre-flower' stage. 9th Week I'm trying to address the deficiencies, I believe it's due to using coconut substrate. I am gradually reducing the daily light exposure by 1 hour until reaching 12/12. As it's the first time with Delta 9 in the cultivation, I have trow it foliarly.

51 Days in flower have passed. This week i got myself an upgrade, new light the FC-E3000 and a 120x60 grow tent so i can grow some bigger and better medicine. I love the specs on the light, the price was right and so i have high expectations from looking at other peoples reviews of the light. We will see if im able to hit the jackpot with this! 🤠 The girls are looking great! Cheese left, Gorilla Girl right. the pictures and videos are self explanatory, its looking awesome!!! If you ever wondered where i stashed the Runtz and Bruce Banner; i took them out of the grow tent and just put them in the corner of my house without light only surviving off the light in the shadow from the sun, they have been neglected for a while but they still went on super strong, they started flowering 3 weeks ago so i had to put them into reveg so they look a little odd now but its all good. it was either that or i would have to throw them in the trash, and im not gonna waste some nice strains like that. Im impressed how they have survived with almost no light and water. ---1st time growing with FLO - Florian Living Organics.--- They claim that there is no need to pH when watering and that their living fertilizer is the only thing that i will need throughout the whole grow so i only need to mix with soil and just water with plain water. If this stuff works then it can simplify my future grows ALOT! Happy growing. 😎

The 3 seeds have germinated successfully within 72hs however I'll be tracking each pheno individually to see and show the differences between the three phenos of Mimosa Evo that I'm so excited to work with this season 2021 please stay tuned because I am sure this plant is gonna show its amazing potential! Transplanting today into 3 gallon with some dry organic amendments. Coco, perlite, gaia green, EWC, Mycorrhizae will be the weapons of choice. Currently under 4000K light might change to 3000K as only 2 x 3 or 5 gallon pots will fit under the preferred veg light. Main focus has now shifted to this new run will try and get her ready for flower 2-3 weeks from today. Cheers to all fellow growers.

Hello growmies, had a good week, weather was okay, Not too hot, 2 days rain ,the girls started preflowerring and Stretching. Every two days, i adjust the lst, most Autos respond well.the critical finally starts growing better, since she Gained size. The special queen #1 Shows her will to survive and pushen the next pair of leaves. One nla x ??? Showed male Ball sacks after just 29 days.i guess it had ruderalis genes, cause this was fast. The Otter nla x ??? Started branching, so she got lst too. The beds for my second run are prepaired, i'll start another diary for that one. So check up next week. Día 43 La variedad Tropicana no engordó nada. Los cogollos son flacos. Muy firmes y llenos de resina. Pero son chiquitos. Incluso en la que hice ni corte ni LST. Así que será algún tema del fenotipo. La Polaris al vontrario, tiene cogollos grandes y está demorando un poco más que la Tropicana. De todos modos, se ve que las dos están sacando muchos tricomas. Haber vuelto a usar EMRO hizo una diferencia enorme en el resto de solución que queda en el depósito al finalizar la semana. Con EMRO sale transparente. Sin EMRO sale llena de restos de raíces. Y con sólo 1ml/L. Ahora le puse 2ml/L, ya que la próxima semana es el lavado, así que ya que está que li pie bien a fondo. Incluso pensé en usar EMRO este lavado cómo experimentación. Así que posiblemente haga eso. Seguramente tenga que cortar una antes que la otra. Pero también lo voy a ir viendo.

So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

Bruce Banner #3 fast is just finishing up. Probably gonna be a little on the over done side by the time I can harvest it. 8 days is plan for harvest. I turned the Hortibloom Solux 350 down to 50 percent. I will likely go to 25 percent in a few days. Just to hopefully slow the ripening if I can. It smells good, and has some nice frost on the buds. She is just waiting on her time in the cannatrol. I really need a second one for times like this. Today is start of week 4. Not much to report except , all plants got defoliated on day 19 for the last time. Also little buds is starting to form on all the short zkittlez plant the tall plants looks to be 3 or 4 days behind the short plants. (12 clones vegg for 1 week in 16 oz cups transplanted into 1 gallon grow bag and into flower this week.)
