Day 29. Heavy work in progress, update will follow... Day 30. Job done, most lost almost all big fan leaves, all 3 Kushes where toped. In plans one more heavy training session in a week time, few days to recover and hopefully flower !!! Skunks overgrew Cheeses and start to smell, really to STINK ;)) And i love it !!! Next watering - full feed. Day 31. All Kushes have mini mag deficiency, but i get it with my lights often and know how to fight in early stages. All girls will get 3 feeds in a row. 1. CalMag only 2. Silica acid only 3. Full range of Biobizz feed. After installing new air fans, have to water girls almost every day. Try to feed them only once a week, but pot space taken in full by most of the girls and its time for first mini boost. Day 34. Girls got really heavy defoliation, HST , toping and LST session. First time in my life i trim toped plants so much, but they where reaching sky and stems too fragile for supercroping yet, i do it on branches, but not on mains. So i guess they will slow down a bit ;))) All girls got silica acid after. Happy Growing !

Cleaned, scrubbed, and reworked a few things in the tent. @1400ppm, The increased CO2 allows plants to thrive at higher temperatures, which in turn necessitates higher humidity to maintain the ideal VPD for healthy growth and transpiration. Vegetative 0.8–1.2 kPa 80–86°F (26.7–30°C) 65–75%. Higher temperatures and humidity promote rapid growth, nutrient uptake, and photosynthesis while maintaining a lower stress level Temperature influences the rate of enzymatic reactions involved in aerobic respiration. Enzymes, such as those involved in glycolysis, the Krebs cycle, and the electron transport chain, work most efficiently at an optimal temperature range. In low temperatures, enzymatic activity will slow down, thus reducing the rate of aerobic respiration. In high temperatures, enzymes can become denatured, thus impairing their function and stopping the process of aerobic respiration. Glucose is the primary fuel for aerobic respiration. The rate of aerobic respiration increases with the availability of glucose, as it is the starting point for glycolysis. If glucose levels are low, cells may rely on alternative energy sources such as fatty acids or amino acids , but these processes may yield less ATP or be less efficient. To determine this effect, carbon dioxide volume was measured (as carbon dioxide is an output of aerobic respiration) 18/6 with the 6 being IR instead of darkness, keeping temps overnight a neat 77F-80F. Think of my tent as a lung. What goes in must come out. When the rate of air going out exceeds the amount of air coming in, it creates a negative pressure. Tent concaves (bends in). If set up correctly, your RH will begin to drop slowly to the desired level you set, and the extraction turns off when it reaches 50% RH. The plant, as it performs cellular respiration, will always be releasing more water into the air, so the RH% of the tent overnight will always increase, so long as oxidative phosphorylation is occurring. As soon as the RH% creeps back up to 55%, the extraction turns back on, over and over, this creates a strong pressure differential which will work wonders on your grow. replicating high and low pressure fronts in nature, critical for oxygen diffusion, but more importantly, full control of your RH%. Moisture will not transfer from a saturated atmosphere to another if that air is already at or above its saturation point, meaning the air can't hold any more water vapor. Once I understood that water is produced as a by product during cellular respiration, specifically at the very end of the electron transport chain (ETC) where electrons are finally transferred to molecular oxygen., higher the RH of the air the less "space" there is for more moisture to be added to that environment, and the ease with which it does so. But none of that water comes from the pot; it's pulled from the air. If you run high daytime RH, your medium/pot is 100% reliant on transpirational root pull to move water. ZERO evaporation happens across the atmosphere if the tent air has high RH%, the medium cannot release its water through evaporation. Once a canopy develops, light no longer slowly wicks and evaporates from the topsoil. The Soil-Plant-Atmosphere Continuum (SPAC) describes the continuous pathway and process of water movement, driven by a gradient in water potential, from the soil, through the plant's roots, stem, and leaves, and finally evaporating into the atmosphere through transpiration. There is evaporation, there is transpiration, then there is evapotranspiration; Evapotranspiration (ET) is the combined total of two processes: evaporation (water lost directly from soil and surface water into the atmosphere) and transpiration (water released from plants to the atmosphere through their leaves). Evapotranspiration represents the total amount of water that moves from the medium into the air. There is no such thing as a medium with too much water, only a medium that retains too much for too long. The water must always flow efficiently from one atmosphere(Medium) to another(Air) in a timely manner. Moisture is a critical factor for bacterial growth and decay. Dictating how long it's allowed to sit in any one location for any given period is a key preferred control. To ensure a net reduction in a bacterial population, the rate of removal (ET) must exceed the rate of bacterial growth (decay rate), which is often modeled as a growth rate for the specific bacterium under the given conditions. By optimizing daytime VPD, we also optimize conditions for bacterial growth to explode exponentially above 77°F.. If water is allowed to sit in a medium without an escape within a timeframe, nothing good will happen. IF High RH is maintained overnight as well as during the day, placing 100% of water movement at the behest of daytime transpiration, roots can only pull where they can reach, and if soil is compressed above a certain point, moisture will become trapped in a medium with no way of moving day or night. This will begin the countdown for decay to take hold. When water stagnates in a medium, it loses oxygen, creating anaerobic conditions that foster the growth of harmful microorganisms like bacteria and fungi, which can produce toxins and disease vectors.

Not too much to report this week. Smell is picking up a bit and trichromes are developing nicely. Plenty of growth all around. No problems—everything looks happy.

9/28 Week 5 and hanging onto veg by a "hair" She is transitioning so doubt the week will be veg for long we will see. Introducing Bloom tonight at 2.5ml/gal increasing from there till 50% 9/29 Still technically in veg as no colas are forming yet but any day now. Will continue to increase Bloom while decreasing Grow WHEN it looks needed. Currently 6ml/gal each of Grow and 2 ml/gal each of Bloom Next step will be 5 each of Grow and Bloom keeping that EC kind of stable. Hi growmies 👌🏻 so we’re on week 3 - day 6 of flowering these big girls 🙌🏻 still having a few slight deficiencies as these girls are Hungryy! It’s what happens when you veg for over 2 month 😂.. all is looking well thou colours are starting to appear on these Zake (perm marker cross kmintz). And these runtz s1 are starting to form up nicely 🕺 The clones are getting flowered on week 4 of flowering once the rooms be fixed. These are starting to come along nicely and I’ve found my keeper cutz of in house genetics stay tuned for some heavy bud formation within the next week or so

8/30 Rained yesterday and pretty much all night. Plants looked happy this morning. I'm thinking about feeding today or tomorrow. The late flowering special kush doesn't have much longer and it will be done. I'm going to need to do another treatment for the thrips. Nights are so cold that I think they aren't a major problem. No signs of septoria either. No signs of ANY molds or mildew. Even where I took the pillar out but I removed a lot. I am noticing (especially on the pink kush and the special kush in the back) the wierd "top hat" lower buds like I previously did. I don't think it's the chipmunk. It's like they eat fresh buds and leave the top there. I think it might be earwigs but I haven't seen ANY. Birds have been keeping my garden pretty clean. Almost everytime I walk down there it's like a flock of birds takes off lol. I was watching the little finches all perched on my cage. I've seen them dart in and grab a snack. It's pretty cool how it works. Symbiotic relationship. I feed the birds amd they help keep my garden pest free. EDIT: Went to check the girls around 430. It seems like everytime I see the flowers they've swelled in size. Especially the natural mk ultra. Everything is really coming together. Pink kush is behind but it's starting. I'm getting lots of fall colors but I'm losing lots of leaves too. I wouldn't have defoliated as good as I have if I hadn't had problems. I thought the plants were done getting taller or stretching but after this rain they ALL seem taller. The buds are swelling as well. I'm on the home stretch with the early special kush. Few more weeks. Everything looked amazing tonight. I wanted to take some pictures but I left my phone. Smell is greatly increasing. 8/31 I don't get how we got NO rain the ENTIRE summer but it's rained the past few nights? Maines bipolar weather I guess. I see the same shit as prior years. Something crawls up and eats small shoots and developing buds but leaves larger ones alone. I thought it was earwigs before. I'm not sure now. I'll have to go look at night and figure out what's eating shit. It's just small secondary shoots mostly. Stuff I should've pruned but I leave on so the won't eat my fucking colas. I got some work to do but I'm getting closer. 9/1 Well we made it to September. Pink kush is finally STARTING to form little buds. After some research (and watching those fucking locusts try to fly into my cage but can't because they are to fucking big. I was lucky I found that enormous one on the stalk of the furthest special kush right where the tip cola starts. Luckily I was able to get him. Didn't have to take pics or a video or even check if they need water. It rained a little last night and the buds were a little wet. I'm planning to feed when I get back. If they need water I'll give it to them. My early special kush is getting real close. I want to harvest at peak timing but sometimes exigent circumstances screw that up. However i think I'll be able to let this girl finish properly. EDIT: Went back over to check weights and everything was super heavy. Plants are all turning fall colors. I checked the trichs on my special kush, mk ultra and 10th planet. Everything looked great in the sun! Everything is swelling and getting frostier everyday. I'm hoping that the pink kushs will finish. My early special kush LOOKS like it should be done but it's not. Looking at the trichs and stigmas it needs more time. I've found on several plants that between the; giant caterpillars, earwigs and pillars that they can take a whole branch and pretty much decimate it in a night. I chased one of those giant locusts around my Cafe and it finally got out. Bastard was almost the size of a small bird! I should feed tonight and possibly do a treatment for pests. 9/2 Had to shake to plants off again. Bags are still heavy. I'll probably feed tonight. I'm noticing tons of damage on lower and interior branches. The grasshoppers or locusts or whatever they are can strip a whole branch! They can even bite through little stems. I'll never grow outside without floating row covers again. The special kush is getting really close. Sometime this week I'll look for a mature tester bud. Both MK ULTRAS are exploding in flower and getting frostier daily.

It’s been a good week of bud growth. I started turning up the dial to 400watts over night when the temps start to lower. I did add an hps to add color and wattage to the grow and not break the bank. So far it’s paying off. With allot of heat I’m keeping my eye on the water levels. Refilling as needed.

The temperatures, humidity, height, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil spread evenly across the top of the soil. Daylight hours this week will be below 13.5. I can't use halves in the grow conditions, so I'm noting here. Day 1 we had a high temperature of 78°F. Skies were overcast with all day rain and mist. It's about as bad of weather as u can get for cannabis in flower. Let's see how these fastbuds hold up to 💯 fu weather. Day 2 we had a high temperature of 88°F with clear sunny skies. I watered about 5 gallons per pot with well water. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 74°F with sunny skies. I watered about 5 gallons Day 4 we had a high temperature of 79°F with partly cloudy skies. I watered about 5 gallons of well water. These girls are getting close to mid flower, but for now seem to be happy with the nutrients I top dressed with. Day 5 Week had a high temperature of 85°F with sunny skies. I watered about 5 gallons of well water per pot. Day 6 I didn't get photos but it was a normal day. Lots of sunshine highs about 80°F. I watered about 5 gallons. Day 7 we had a high temperature of 79° F. These girls haven't shown any signs of hunger. I think I'll feed some tomorrow. Today I watered about 5 gallons and treated with Growers Ally fungicide. Overall this week was a success. Their growth height has been achieved. They are in full flower and kicking up a nice citrus smell.

Finally starting to see some roots underneath and some decent growth up top. I’ll update again after changing out the reservoirs to see if that helps with some of what I think is a nitrogen toxicity.

Harvest time is not far! I tried to put ice cubes on the soil so it makes the color even more purple but it’s the first time that I try this method French macaron are getting a nice purple color

This plant is growing well, I transplanted them this week into 3 gallon pots from 1 gallon pots. Structure on this plant is pretty nice and visually pleasing to the eye lol.
