One of the plants was already having problems caused by whitefly. Apparently, the flies deposited some kind of virus that was destroying or "eating" the plant. To preserve the other plants, I took her out of the grow tent. I also started using neem oil every 15 days to prevent issues and avoid whiteflies.

Not sure about the pin down technique, although I will carry on until flowering. It definitely requires more practice. Seems like the plant is willing to live, and the thing is I have only 3 months until my holiday, so there is no time to start over with an another grow. The genetics in this one isn't the best in my opinion, one stem grows really odd leaves. I will wait a bit more and if the strange shaped leaves are keeping growing, then I will have to cut off that branch.

Update; February 14th, 2023. From the moment I flipped to flower, they’ve been exploding with growth! They are super healthy! They grow back and fill in so fast after defoliating, no matter how heavy I go. I’ve added the supplemental lighting (Viparspectra 600) this week to really get the most I can. Figuring out a way to mount it higher.

16/03/22 Refill 4L, and add nutrients in recommended proportions (except a bit more Flora Bloom, and a bit less Flora Grow) I set the EC at 1.75 and pH was at 6. 14/03/22 I did a gentle defoliation 12/03/22 Refill 4L, and add nutrients in recommended proportions (except a bit more Flora Bloom, and a bit less Flora Grow) I'll stay at EC 1.65 this time and pH was at 6. Lately I don't have really to adjust pH, may be PH Down 1ml for 12L of bottom tank to drop 6.1 to 5.9 every 4 days.

(Day 36veg) - (Jan7) On this week I prepared my feed mix with 8L of distilled water & officially started my AutoPot system I lost one side of my top on pheno #1 So I decided to top my “to be cloned” branches & just go with toppings only for this Grow. Pheno #2 Performed a topping on each top layer. Expecting 8 new tops Pheno #3 sent away to another growbud

Mandarin XL auto looks like she is done stretching. She is starting to for trichromes and start bulking. I did a solution change in her several days ago. Lightly defoliated her for better air circulation and removed a few bud sites below ScrOG net that will never make it to the top. New light fixture has been added this week; Mars hydro FC3000, this is the EVO version with the latest Samsung chips. Overkill or killing it? We will see.

Hello everybody Welcome to the review week 😁 (Harvest pictures previous week) What can i say. Another very fun year doing this hobby. Grow number 5 since I'm here on growdiaries and ever year I improved because ofvall the knowledge here. Last year my NL'S started fantastic but it went horribly wrong during flowering. I was very motivated for this revenge round since NL is great strain and I knew where the mistakes were made in the previous grow. Made a well fed soil, added lots of RQS nutrients and made it extra airy by adding about 20 to 25 % extra perlite. Germination was made in a soil plug. Soaked the seed for 24h and then 12h in a moisted paper napkin . After the root came out a little bit i put her directly in the soil plug After 2 days she put her head out 🙏 Vegative phase was fun but she was stunted from the cold in the first weeks outside. With photoperiods that's not a problem but with autoflowers u end up with a small plant. Gave some neem oil spray too every week. No bugs have been seen on the plant. Fantastic product I did my first LST training and that was so fun to do. I fucked up here and there and should have spread the canopy more open but i give myself 6,5/10 for the first time 😁 Didn't break anything and she reacted well on my inexperienced hands. Will always do this from now on but with adjustments of course 😁 we grow to learn In flowering she did well but she stayed on the small side, wasn't very bushy and didn't completely filled up the space she had. But the plant was healthy and what she had did very well and delivered super nice buds. In the final 2 weeks she really bulked up a lot and gave me my first handsized buds ❤️🙏 I had Budrot because of high humidity in the morning and 2 small rains. It was extremely warm here during July and August but during the days we had 30° to 40° Celsius with low humidity and at night 15°Celsius with night and morning humidity of 80% to 100% 🤷‍♂️ 🙄 talk about a challenge Every plant will develop problems in such swinging climate conditions but the NL did pretty good. Lost about 20% of the plant unfortunately but that's life After 16 weeks she looked done for me. Chopped her and had to dry her in warm weather. The tent was around 23°Celsius, couldn't get it lower. After 5 days the smaller buds were on the verge of just a bit too wet but close to dry and i know it's better to put them in a little bit more wet instead of too dry because it's harder to add moisture than the other way around. Opened the jars 4 times daily the first week and it was okay. The handsized more wet buds were added after 7 days of drying and didn't have any problems. An overall very smooth grow untill the budrot problem. Will grow this one again since i have 10 seeds left of them 😁 (small note for RQS if they read this : mix up the free strains guys 😂 1 Royal Jack and 13 NL here) Thanks for the help and comments Another year were i learned a lot from everyone here 🙏 Happy growing 🙏

This lady has been all flowers as she bolsters her colas. Stocky and bushy... I'm really liking the structre. Lots of branches and lots of bud sites. Of course I'm happy. Shes in great health just cruising along. She got treated with Dr zhymes as a preventative. That will basically wrap up her treatments ...possibly once more with lost coast. Upped the pk intake as she is blooming strong now. Gotta keep that engine well fuelled. Response was stellar. Happy happy happy lady. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

11/3 - Today was the first day of week 5 and also the first day I could see a visibly measurable decrease in her water level between check-ins (~12 hours apart). As a result of her drinking so much water in such a short time, the ppms shot up to almost 800. I used straight tap (7.5 pH, 170ppm) to adjust since her pH was also measuring 5.3. I adjusted her with this method until she registered 5.6pH and 670ppm (1.0ec + tap, 500ppm of nutrients). I would prefer for her pH to be a bit higher (5.8, ideally), but I will settle with this for now since the water is back to just touching the basket. Over the last couple days I've been adjusting her LST to help her bush up as much as possible. I can already see the heavy Sativa influence in her compared to her sister in the tent. I can't wait to see what she will throw at me. 11/4 - I wasn't even planning on doing an update today, but I want to note a few changes. Her root bundle is over a foot long and getting more wound up every day. I removed her LST ties in order to take advantage of the ScrOG screen apparatus (see notes below). After lights came back on, she measured 650ppm and had another notable drop in water level. Currently, I am preparing another nutrient solution that closely matches what she is feeding on now. I will be upgrading her to a 5 gallon bucket. I will be aiming for 1ec of nutrients/additives (500ppm + Tap on my meter, Hanna Primo .5 conversion). Tap measured 180ppm, so target ppm would be 680. Later that same day... So I finished upgrading her to a 5 gallon bucket before I actually got done writing the update. Added one photo showing new 5 gallon setup. Solo ScrOG test mk1 - In an attempt to do a ScrOG, but maintain control over each bucket, while still having relatively easy access to each reservoir, I decided to throw together this little contraption. I removed the lowest complete segment of a tomato cage, leaving a short "tail" beyond the lower ring to act as a peg to insert into corresponding holes in the lid. The lower ring is 10" in diameter and the upper is approximately 12" in diameter. Each ring is 11" apart. I would prefer to have a shorter segment, but I haven't worked out exactly how to do this yet. I would prefer to set the screen height at around 6" above the bucket instead of 11". This will have to suffice for the time being while I let my latent conscious work out a solution or one is provided by the community. Above each cage will sit a coated wire fence with grids measuring ~2"x3", as shown in the above picture. 11/5 - Uploaded short video showing Solo ScrOG Apparatus in place. She is going to be huuuuuge! All branches and stems have risen up and are strengthening daily in order to produce big resin filled flowers! He realizado la poda FIM ya tienen entre 3/4 nudos cada planta,debido al posible estrés que puedan tener ,hoy en el riego llevan todo para recuperarse perfectamente el agua del riego es de filtro de osmosis inversa,se ha aumentado el riego a 0.6l ,la temperatura subió algo debido al calor que hace en la zona donde vivo,pero temperatura y humedad controlado,apareció un poco de variegacion en una sweet skunk espero que se pase pronto no es nada preocupante.esperemos haber la respuesta que tienen después del trabajo de hoy ,disculpen la calidad del vídeo pero esta vez me tocó trabajar con La lámpara encendida disculpen,las plantas están todas entre 17/18cm todas van por igual en altura,ya están todas con sus tutores saludos y buenos humos
