Somewhat slacking with detailed photos from this week, been busy with the holidays/ family etc. hopefully should have a little more time to take some good ones for next week.. Not much to say, they are getting quite big! some more lower branches and leaves were removed and I've been watering every other day, about .5-.75 gal per plant until I see some run off and the top looks evenly moist. End of week 1 of flower and there are Lots of white pistils, a pleasant smell (controlled by my filter/vent) and some major stretching happening on the strongest branches. Already raised the light by a few inches twice now too keep the distance over 12 inches from these stretchy ones! 😏 Also found a large healthy looking seed in my grinder that I've saved (Mac 1 supposedly, its good smoke)

Without much to declare, organic runoff from the pots was at 200ppm, no nutrients were added in the last week, I increased air circulation, and harvested these plants on day 63 of flowering. I feel that if I wanted I could have left them longer, but one bud from one plant got infected with spider mites and I preferred to harvest everything to avoid infecting the others.

Signs of swelling, & smell is picking up. Lots of nice-looking colas between these 3 gals. -Need to start bringing up my defoliations / canopy a little bit. 24/08/25: Today was the day! After checking the trichomes, I’d say the ratio was around 1:4 amber to cloudy, with no clear trichomes left in sight. Pretty much the perfect harvest window and I am super happy that I kept them a little longer since I didn't detect any pests/mold whatsoever while trimming! 😁🤞🏼 I went for a wet trim this time so I can dry them in DryFerM bags, which I’ve heard a lot of good things about and am excited to try out. The trimming session intense since I had to cut a lot of leaves and the smell was really strong! Both plants surprised me with a strong diesel/fruity aroma that I hadn’t noticed as much before. The Sativa-leaning pheno is fruity with fresh lemon terps, while the other leans into those spicy, earthy notes with even more gas, which I love! The smaller plant also developed some beautiful purple buds, which I never had before. All in all, I’m very pleased with how this first run with autos turned out, especially since the two phenotypes ended up so distinct in both looks and aromas.

Week 2 - the growth is very good and I can see a healthy root development at the bottom. I watered twice this week - a little dryback in the first weeks should be good to promote roots. DLI 20 / EC 1.2
