Removed large fan leave and started LST

This weeks nutrients were identical to last minus the CalMag. The smaller of the two plants continued to stretch until the end of week three of flower. The larger plant already started to bulk. Trichome development is ramping up.

This week has been wild. I had to cut the sides of the greenhouse as the plants had it bursting at the seams. These girls are all flowering beautifully and starting to frost up. Still loving the pink pistols. Happy Growing

Drunken bitch Slap is growing great under the Hortibloom Solux 350 . 1 week bg into light change and not much has happened yet. Changes will show in a week to 2. I changed the solution today as well. Also increased light strength to full power. Nothing else to report at this time. Day 1 - Soaking in water for 24 - 48 hrs. Once sank I will transplant. Come on terp treez please let this one be the winner 🤞💚 Day 2 - I'm Impressed the seed sank after 24 hrs this time around. Now decided to place in paper towel, in a bag in the cupboard. Will wait 24 hrs for tap root to emerge and to 2-3cm this time before transplant to final 3gsl fabric pot. Day 3- Tap root emerged about 1-2cm. I have transplanted to final 3gal fabric pot.😁🙌😅💚 I have used, 60% canna terra pro plus, 30%perlite and 10% canna terra potting mix. The potting mix I use only as a transplant medium within its final container, just to allow around the seed a better chance for roots to develop as I found just using terrapro plus they struggle to establish because of how rich it is. After planting I gave a light pH water only and covered with jug. I find this helps retain humidity on the little seedlings. Day 5 - seedling finally emerged 🙌 so happy to see that the 2nd out of 6 terp treez has actually germinated 🙌 woohoo. Light water pH balanced. Day 6- showing nice healthy growth, definitely in competition with the sssc auto I have going there both nearly identical growth rates 😋✌️💚 PH balanced water only still this week.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend. It was a good week for the ladies, all the toppings are complete, and now I am just focusing on some LST to try and keep all 8 tops level on all the ladies. Today is day 42 and I just removed the milk crates that all of the ladies were sitting on to give them more vertical space. I am still feeding GH nutrients, silica, cal mag, and maxi grow. I will transition to flower nutrients approximately one week after flipping to flower. I have found that it is important to continue feeding plenty of Nitrogen through the stretch. The only way I would transition sooner is if I was running out of vertical space. Still very happy with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 69% and the plants seem very happy and healthy. The heat and humidity are finally letting up in my region so it is nice to be able to open some windows and drop the temp outside the grow tent. Sorry for missing a few days of her grow guys! I'm so sorry about that, I like to always have6ny diaries updated. This lady hasn't really grow too much after I started training her but anyways. Her aroma is very sweet like a perfum, her sister smells the same too which is awesome news for me! She's being 100% organically grown with Biotabs organics! 💚🌱✌️

Starting running into problem with gnats during flowering but I've adjust the fans and temperature increased to calm the precipitation in the tent. The 3 seeds I germ'd & planted in 1pot that mistake cost me 2 well rooted ladies leaving me 2:6 (2Ws 4Ls) of successful STILL growing plants. All in all I'm getting good with this. Tweeking and creating self methods learning frm this community have turn'd me good looking & promising yields.

Welcome to week 6 of flower for this lovely project! Last week was exciting this week should be even more exciting! With the ladies beginning to put on serious weight it's only a matter of time before I'll have to install a second net to help support the branches. Keep inspiring to grow! -The Projexx Day#36F Creamy Cereal is PUMPING frost now with its undeniable smell of fruit loops and milk. Day#37F Ladies are putting on mass and quickly! Day#38F Macmelonz continues to stretch and stack but looks like its nearing the end for her stretch phase. Hopefully she pumps HUGE kickass flowers for me. Day#39F Flowers are almost the size of a soda can now. The trichomes on these plants are wild like trichomes over trichomes. The flowers have really picked up on the aroma department as well very please with the plants. Day#40F Raised the light abit, Flowers are starting to display colour in them now can't wait to see them in a few weeks! Day#41F Pictures N/A. Ladies are still beefing up flowers some of the pistols are starting to turn. Day#42F Ladies are still putting on mass daily. Lots of lovely unique smells coming from the plants. 10/5/24 - Purple Punch 👊 & Green Crack 💚 Girls got a top feed of 7.3 pH, and runoffs are strong 6.4. PPMs are a little lower last dunk on the GC, so we are going to bump up her feed a little, and reduce the feed on the Purple Punch.

📆 Week 9, 7-13 December 2023 7-13 December - Continued with simple adjustment of branches to receive maximum light. There was no defoliation of any leaf this week. Her growth rate has slowed and I believe she is heading in to the bulking stage. I’m satisfied with her size at this point. 8 December - Turned light power from 50% up to 75%, and raised lights from 18” to 21” from top of plant to facilitate the bulking phase of flowering. 📑 Let’s briefly discuss light and umol/m2/s or PPFD. First of all its all about numbers. Is there an agreeable starting point on these figures - the cannabis plant requires between 100-300 PPFD in seedling, 400-700 PPFD in vegetation, and 800-1000 PPFD in flower. It can go up to 1500 PPFD with certain C02 concentrations. I believe this may be generally accepted. Never being much of a numbers person, in ways I avoid it. I’ve grown indoor weed for a long time without a fancy device to tell me what this number was, the plant did that. A quality light and the plant itself will talk to each other in a matter of hours sometimes, days in others, I just need observe. But what I have come to realize the past few years is that these numbers, found in simple instruments (apps for smart phones) give us a very specific area of where she is within all these spectrums. It allows us more precision and insight to what would otherwise be a possible weak or vulnerable spot within our grow. I’ll use mine on a new strain, and to verify any questions. They are easily accessible tools for the common gardner. When we adjust our lights we can measure what will be optimal for our plant. Using my case in point; from: 50% power or 890 PPFD at 18” to: 75% power or 1080 PPFD at 21” **if not raised 3” - that number would have been 1320 PPFD - likely damage the plant - or raised any higher there would be no real benefit in what I’m attempting to achieve - likely waste of power** The 2023 ViperSpectra XS2000 lights (the ones I use) come with a new switch now that go from 25, 50, 75, 100% power and no option in between. So that kind of put a kink in a week or two during my grows I have to work around. Going from 50-75% power is a big shift in light intensity, and these lights are bright. Knowing what that number is and being able to adjust the height precisely to avoid damage is reassuring. I appreciate advancements that make growing a little easier. In most personal grows during flower I’ll go well over 1000 PPFD depending on the strain tolerance, without C02. Here are my experiences why: 1) my set-up allows it, 2) that number only reflects the greatest reading at the highest point on the plant - my reports, 3) when the plant is budding it is absorbing much more photons than when in the leafy only stage - everything is accelerated - this is a totally different discussion, 4) the additional light provided will proportionally increase a higher yield, and finally, 5) some of todays theories on light will change in 5 years, as it has from 10 years before, we still have a lot to research. LEDs are definately cream of the crop, but there is something new to learn I’m sure. Until then I can only tweak what I have in search for a tighter bud, higher in THC. I said I would briefly discuss this subject. Everything is possible with lights. It is science that says the cannabis plant does not have to produce secondary metabolites (trichomes and cannabinoids), in some cases it may not. It produces them based on its environment. She returns to you what you dedicate toward her.
