Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. So Friday will be day 70. I messed up a lot, did lst and used big pots so I'm thinking these might go 3-5 more weeks. They smelled so amazing a few times today though. First the purple punch, then the sour diesel, then the girl scout cookies, each gave off aromas one after the other a few times today. The purple punch smalls so sweet and delicious.

Plant at the front #3 has had slowed growth but buds are filling out pretty well now, pretty sure she is a Orange sherbet. Back 2 are on week 3 day 17!!! & Are going Awesome, buds stacking up & down every branch! Going to get some really good Cola's of them! They are loving the 730watts!’ of light, back left plant looks like a Tropicana Cookies, going to do some defoliation on her & tie branches down a bit to open up middle of plant to allow more light & air to lower bud sites.

The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. Hello Diary. The second week of flowering is over, as seen in the photos, Mimosa # 2 flew into the sky. She has grown 45cm in a week which is twice her size since last week. Both plants look good and healthy. The color of the leaves is dark green and they shine as if they were varnished. Both have stretched quite a bit, especially Mimosa # 2, to whom defoliation has obviously come in handy. Also after I put the bending clips, I directed the branches away from the plant to get as much light as possible. We’ll see how the flowers continue to form and fill in, but for now, all is well. Watering is now every two days, I added CalMg preventively twice and added one Easy Bloom Booster tablet. Conditions at the "Farm" are not ideal, the temperature is around 29 degrees which is expected given the summer months. Here’s what it looked like last week. 14/06/2021 - Day 30. Watering. I always prepare about 8 liters of water, I regulated p.H. at 6.5, added 1.5 ml / lit CalMg and one Easy Bloom Booster tablet. With that, I watered all three plants evenly. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 27.6 degrees and 40% humidity. 16/06/2021 - Day 32. Watering. I lowered the p.H to 6.2 and added 1.5 ml / lit CalMg. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29 degrees and 50% humidity. 18/06/2021 - Day 34. Watering. This time I didn't add any extras, I just lowered the p.H to 6.4. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29 degrees and 50% humidity. 19/06/2021 - Day 35. Photography and height measurement. Mimosa # 1 - 104 cm Mimosa # 2 - 90 cm That’s all for this week, see you soon.
