Beide Pflanzen haben einen guten Stamm und kräftige Arme, sehen gesund aus,und wachsen, allesamt sehr aufregend ihnen zu zu schauen, Dankeschön fast buds Genetik ist unglaublich und freue mich täglich den Fortschritt im Zelt zu sehen. Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. Gelato 44 is doing great, she is coming closer to make some beautiful flowers and I will use some stakes to stabilize her a bid, the weight of the flowers will be pushing her over I think. Plant turned out beautiful so far, great trichome production and an incredible smell. The feeding stays the same for now, I just added some Bio Grow from RQS.

In dieser Woche wollte ich eigentlich etwas weiter in die Breite. Leider wurde die Woche überschattet durch ein Missgeschick, bei dem mir eine Trieb abgebrochen ist. Den musste ich erst mal wieder flicken und habe die Erneuerung der Nährlösung verschoben, da ich die Pflanze so wenig, wie möglich bewegen wollte. Ansonsten entwickelt sie sich hervorragend. Auch die Wurzelmasse hat gewaltig zugelegt. Last week only watering one time and let the plant dry our for 3-4 days. There is not much to trim as the buds are rock solid and big.

dry weight of buds after trimming = 93 gram and about 5 gram of Trim so 98g Total. Actual plan was to leave the plant some more days but after seeing some Nanas developing inside the buds i decided to cut it at day 65 of flower. great smell and cant wait to smoke the final product. All in all definetly a good strain for living soil.

Los geht es mit dem Testgrow der Medic Grow Mini-Sun 2 mit 500W! Auf 100x100cm, in einem gedämmten Growroom, baue ich 2x Sensi Skunk an und versuche den Raum mit diversen Techniken so weit es geht auszufüllen. In dieser Woche habe ich aber erst mal das selbst gebaute DWC System einsatzfertig gemacht und den Sämling eingesetzt. Das DWC System besteht aus einem 30L Eimer, einer Aquaforte Luftpumpe mit 30L Luft pro Minute und 2x Aquaforte Ausströmer mit 20cm Durchmesser. Day 64

We are talking about and showing the second Northern Lights on harvest day, DAY 63, Week 09. Remember we have another plant that is going and we divide them by the other two weeks to distinguish them. This is a beautiful plant, it has resined in an excellent way, it did not seem super productive to me and it has typical Northern Lights leaves. The central flower is nice and plump and really full of resin. The lateral and secondary ones have a slightly airy consistency but that can happen, the other plant has bricks instead of flowers. I arrived a little late with the fertilizers and perhaps I can not make the plant discolor completely but the maturity is there.
