Had to harvest a little early, the high is very clarifying, and long lasting. The trichomes were mostly clear, with some slightly milky, not much amber at all. Flavours will be updated after a bit more testing. 20inx20inx36in grow space, 100w quantum board. Taste/effects/more info will be added after some curing time. A little bit sad that I had to harvest around a week early due to a small amount of bud rot, but it looks and smells great, I cant wait to actually try it out. Harvested 125 grams(dried) total from the 3 plants, I honestly didn't expect to get such an amount on the first try. Bud was so sticky during the final dry trim, my scissors kept getting stuck on themselves and I had to keep cleaning them often. Out of the 3 plants it was probably around 50g/50g/25g as the one in the back corner was smaller than the rest, but just as frosty. Great seeds, I would like to try the photo period version in the future.

Beide Pflänzchen zeigen ihre ersten echten Blätter, somit ist die Keimung in meinen Augen weitestgehend beendet und die beiden starten in die erste Woche und ins neue Jahr, als zwei gesunde kleine Blümchen. Die als NR1 bezeichnete Pflanze stammt aus einem sehr dicken und deutlich getigerten Samen. NR2 stammt aus einem 1/3 kleineren grau/braunen Samen.

Hi all, Germination was a 100% success, i had no doubts about Dinafem seeds even though this is my first Dinafem strain, and i'm sure it wont be my last. I'm very interested to see her grow with her being an XXL, And Amnesia Haze being one of my favorite strains this is why i chose it for my first Dinafem grow. Plant had a problem with a white cotyledon which is nature, slight heat stress from a heat wave and got a bit leggy because i raised the lights so i buried her stem a little other than that she's got over it with a little TLC and progressing nicely. I will post a video of the grow room very soon and more pictures, keep on growing Azad.

As week 8 started, buds are gaining size. Plant is drinking lots of water. About. 3/4 a gallon a day to day 1/2. Added a second light to setup now. Hoping to help the flowering buds with extra light. Relocated my fan to help circulate air flow around more of the taper colas. Should have a around 3 week a left til harvest. Can’t wait to see how this first grow turns out and what to learn from it overall at the end.

Day 5 - Fr1 need LST to gain the best yield front he lowest buds...I don't usually let the stem grow so vertical FR2 has a very nice frame .no real training needed.

These Durban girls(hopefully) are showing off…So green and full of life…I hope to at least get 1 male to continue this strain. Time will tell.

Added Buddy into the feed halfway through this week. Really impressed with these nutrients so far. All plants look happy, healthy and green.

Not long now not long.... getting more sticky and stinky by the day

Start week 9 From the end of last week i feed Dolomite 9tbs per 1 gal of water to fix soil acidity(hope will help) and no fill any more nutrient. At this point seem to be all plant will ready for harvest in next 2 week. So additional nutrient should be not require on this period, just watering until harvest day. Over all bud of BCN looking good and Pineapple looking better from last week but still smaller than expect. I try to change light hrs. By 12/12(some local professional recommend i will try).

Growing really nice at the min seems like bee growth every day. Will start using nutrients next week. But so far so good.. ..update.. bit of nutrient burn on one of the plants at back but nothing that can't be fixed easily. Considering the heat where I am at the min there doing really well and looking very healthy. There new growth sprouting out everywhere daily. You can't really see from the pictures but when up close u notice it day to day. Can't wait till they start flowering..

Hello everyone 😊 Week 22 = harvest week. Just cut the plant and she's hung up to dry. The plan was to keep the plant whole but I decided, due to my injured elbow, it would be smarter to just use separate branches. More lightweight buds to move around haha. I also splitted the stem in the final 5 days. Don't know if it will have some effect. I didn't wanted to take the risk for longer since I don't have a microscope. She flowered for 10,5 weeks so I guess she was done. I cut away al the leaves that had brown or crispy leaves/tips. The other ones I left. Also maximum branch lengths to slow down the drying process. Last year the buds were dry too quick. I hope to leave them hanging for 10 to 14 days now with a more controlled process . It's the first time im trying this technique. I will keep the airflow on point to avoid bad conditions. The room temperature is around 18° Celsius I guess. Average room humidity. I inspected the buds well and I think this is a good year 😊 no mold, lots of brown pistils and pretty compact. I flushed for 3 weeks so no chance on bad taste I guess. One minor thing : still some popcornbuds. Discovered them a bit too late after I already removed some others a few weeks prior. Minor mistake. The Harvest report will follow during November. Week 3 has come and gone and it was a sight to see!! All the pistills came in nice and strong. I have to get in there and defoliate every couple a days a bit. This will be the last week of defoliation. Once I can see the main bud sights I will do my final trim. Started reducing the Nitrogen as the stretch faze comes to an end and up the bloom ferts. I cant raise my light much more so I hope they stop stretching this week. Im excited to see the flowers grow into these pistills and watcch the calayx swell.

Everything is going great. They have been growing very strongly for 2 days. The roots literally explode. the 4 girls were sorted out and will stay :-) tomorrow I will top them for the first time. Next week comes the update :-) happy growth everyone

8/19/23 - Day 67 - Things are still looking good. We just had a water change. A couple more weeks! 8/21/23 - OK, ok ok, we have a lot of work coming up. Right now is like the calm before the storm. The storm I'm talking about is harvest, trimming, drying, and curing. This is the kind of labor that you LOVE to HATE. Especially with how many buds ill be pulling from this LEAF box. Let's talk about progress real fast. She is getting bulkier every day. Overnight she drank about 300+ ppm of nutes. She likes the nutes a lot. I'm taking this as a reason for all the little snowy crystals and the enlargement of the buds. Flushing: For about a week before harvest I will empty the water+Nutes and refill only with Water. We want the plant to suck up and replace all the nutes in the buds with water. This is called flushing. Trimming plans and Tools: When it's time to trim the plant, I've got a plan in mind. I'm going to trim the buds while they're still wet, and I'll leave them attached to the stems. To simplify the drying process, I will split the LEAF into two parts – the top and the bottom. Since space is a bit tight in the LEAF with this grow, I will keep just the buds on the branches. This will help the air circulate the buds better. I've even found this cool trimming tray on Amazon that I'm planning to use. I've realized that having the right tools for trimming is essential. Just like I'd put on gloves to work on a car, I will use nitrile gloves to keep things clean while trimming. And I'll use proper trimming scissors instead of regular ones. These scissors are designed for this job and should make the process much smoother. Amazon - Trimming Tray - (somewherr brand pictured above) Amazon - Nitrile Gloves Amazon - Trimming Scissors Drying Plans and Tools: Once I'm done trimming, it's time to dry the buds. I'm thinking of using simple tension rods, like those small shower curtain rods, to hang the branches. This way, I can create two levels inside the drying box. The lower part can rest on a SCROG net to ensure good airflow and even drying for all the branches. The LEAF box will handle the drying parameters. The environment inside the LEAF box will focus only on keeping the humidity at 60% and moving the air around getting the buds to a non-mildew amount of humidity. Amazon - Tension rods 16-28” Curing Plans and Tools After the buds are dry (60% humidity), the next step is curing. This means I'll be storing the buds in sealed glass jars. I've got mason jars and hygrometers to monitor humidity levels. Once the jars are filled with buds, I'll seal them and put them in an cool, dark spot. I plan to open the jars briefly every day to let in some fresh air. (15min). I'll know the curing is done when the humidity inside the jars stays around 62% during these "burps." She went from about 900 at the beginning of the week to about 330. Now she's back up to 500ppms. We change the water in one more day. 8/24/23 - Day 72 - It's official: I have moved the smell slider up! Holy shit, does it smell potent. I put my arm in there through the Weed forest, and when my arms came out, I was attacked by the Skunk BOSS. I had to shower and change my outfit to eliminate the smell. Everything seems to be going really well for her at this point its just simple maintenance till she's done doing her thing , I can say that shes a good little plant and that I cant wait to run one of these again in 18-6 lighting to see the difference Ill get .
