These ladies are doing so great! Stretching up creating flowers along the way! I may need to trim the lower branches in time in order to not waste necessary energy being a solo but I’m feeling when I run Anesia autos in bigger pots in 6 weeks they’ll be no issues!

Hello Everyone, I didn't felt like updating last week, sorry for that. It was like 25 to 30 degrees celcius for the last time this summer. I enjoyed the beach, bars and restaurants. The plants had a good sunny week as well. Photos for this week are made at the end of week 5 of flowering. 3 of 6 plants are ready for harvest. Somehow it didn't suprised me, the plants stayed small and developed fast. I was thinking about a flowering time of 7 to 8 weeks but those 3 only needed 5. Why? Well they didn't drink that fast anymore, pots stayed heavy for a long time, all the Pistils on the buds started to get brown and the thc was looking milky and the buds are full with it. Gues i will keep flowering the other 3 for 1 or 2 weeks. Lets see how it goes. I did run out of PK 13-14 last week and Green sensation at the end of this week, So a kind of good timing. I will just increase the base nutrients a little bit to compensate it. I know many growers just growing with base nutes and get good harvests as well lol. As long as the 3 remaining plants like to drink their feedings fast and the Pistils stay white, I will keep giving them nutes for another 1-2 weeks. When they start to struggle I will start flushing. At the beginning of this week I switched over to blooming fertilizer and gave both plants about 1/4 gallon, beginning with 12ml/gal mix each type. Made a huge rookie error, and left the lights on for 24 hours beginning on day 58. I was out sick and didn't discover it for a few days. Poor girls, their soil dried a bit and they drooped for a couple days. I switched them back to 12 hours after discovering what had happened on day 62. I also bumped up their nutrient ratio to Heavy feeding (4 teaspoons per gallon) of Tiger Bloom and a little less than General Feeding (4 tablespoons per gallon) of Big Bloom, giving them 1 Qt of water/nutrient mix at lights out time. The next day they bounced right back to life! :-)

Plant no1 and no2 are budding nice plant 3 at the back doesn’t seem to be a very good pheno 🤦‍♂️ plant 2 with the purple leaves looks great and 1 the front not to bad time will tell if they will fatten up in the coming weeks 🙏💚💪

FBA2502 Plants 1-6 Week 7 May 11– 17 FLOWER 3 Nutrients : Micro 25 ml Gro 10 ml Bloom 30ml CalMag 30 ml Recharge 10ml Green sensation 16.5ml Power buds 7.5 ml 5/11 PH 6.56, PPM 1560, temp 69 2ltr each 5/12 PH 6.31, PPM 1120, temp 68 1 ltr each 5/14 PH 6.66, PPM 1280, temp 70 1 ltr each 5/15 PH 6.66, PPM 850, temp 72 1 ltr each 5/11 Defoliation, feed, pics & videos I made 4 gallons, used 3 to water then poured the runoff back into the rest in the bucket. The next feeding, I added a gallon of tap water to residual and ph to 6,31 temp 69 & PPm 1120. Did the same on 5/14 and 15 using up the remainder of the feed solution. I must monitor and control the tent environment manually. For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. I have been giving good reviews on the AC infinity system. However, during the time I’ve owned this tent (2 yrs), I had to replace the lights twice, fans, humidifier and now the vent twice also. Everything but the tent containment has been replaced. AC infinity does stand by their products, but they are in California, and it takes at least 2 weeks to receive the replacement. This is extremely frustrating at the critical transition to flower for my equipment to fail again. For the time being until a replacement arrives, I pulled the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3 and hooked it up. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This should create a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. I do have 3 circulating fans in the tent to move air around the plants. It looks like growth spurts have slowed and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All of them (6) are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. The tallest #4 &5 and #6 have very light leaves and appear nutrient deficient compared to the shorter phenotypes. Pictures taken later in the week show fading on a few the older leaves. All are receiving the same solution and are in the same soil blend. Moving the gals in and out of the tent for their glamor shots, I bent one limb and snapped another. The bent one I taped with a splint and the snapped one I medicated manuka honey and wired it back to the main stalk. Leaves look like sativa leaning. I hope FBA2502-2 is a good daytime. I’m getting excited to see what develops in the next month or so. News Break: I’ve been informed that 2502 is FastBuds New Frostbanger and is indica for nighttime. I’m disappointed that I didn’t get a sativa to test because I really need a daytime strain. The 2 Blue Cheese plants I just grew are also nighttime. Upon opening the tent, a faint odor was detected, and some stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. Pictures of the puffy buds even show differences. #4 &5 buds hairs are different from the others being crinklier and the others are straighter. Some like #2 &5 are showing frost on the leaves. Wow at the beginning of flower to have that much frost. They are living up to the new strain’s name. I’ve noticed that when I water, sometimes water shoots out of the side holes I the air pots. Another good week!! I defoliated the smaller of the 2 plants mid-week... I think she is doing very fine. A small hiccup with the feed that same night. Only a few leaves are showing any sign on nutrient burn. I went ahead and fed them again today. I plan on watering them in a day or two... they were very thirsty this afternoon!! So, I definitely need to up the watering. I've still been feeding 3 quarts twice a week. Otherwise, all seems to be going well!! They are frosting up very nicely!! So exciting!! Peace!! Update for grow question: @The8thChevron thanks!!! I pulled them and will hope for the best for now. So close to the finish line. If I see more trouble brewing I will pull the plant. I don't know how to answer directly to you on the grow question.... Thanks again!!

11/28/2020 She is starting to grow some pistils not as much as I would expect, But I can see in her leaves she is getting her nutes ! 12/01/2020 She's showing!, I do love how she is stacking uP👍 feeding 1 tbls blood meal blended into top soil, and watering to 10% runoff That should help into her stretch. Next feed will be wk.6 4-9-3 and last feeding.

Week five all the plants are doing great. They all grew think upwards of 10 inches this week. Had a little problem with leafhoppers bought me seed meal and name seed oil hopefully that will fix leap poppers problem. All the girls are doing a great fifth week in soil excited to see next week..

👋🏻☘️ Started low stress training this week a long with the first proper defoliation to provide more airflow and light coverage. Continuing to bend the main stems down everyday to help even out the canopy as much as I can before adding scrog net next week. Will switch to 12/12 soon. ✌️

The moniker Mother Superior is apt. Purple Wedding Glue stands a full two node spaces taller than her tent sisters and holds court while pontificating on the virtues of hard work and being a sexy bitch 💅. There’s argument to be made about genetics and structure but there’s also no denying that the Nun dug a little deeper and found something that her peers didn’t or couldn’t. With the onset of pistils, Purple Wedding Glue saw a rehoming with an entirely different set of environmental parameters, namely slightly higher DLI and a crash in humidity to 50-55% that she accepted with grace and poise followed also by a jump in nutrition with the start of her flowering solution minus the first week of flower K dose. And that’s where the complications set in… As I write this I’m looking at the start of leaf stress, inward curling on the new growth sans any burning or clawing, that I’m attributing to myself and my propensity to push the envelope in the name of frugalness. Bio diesel state very clearly on their foliar feed chart “we advise using Rhino K within the first 24 hours of mixing”… I did not lol, and I now believe that 72 hours is asking too much of the solution 🤣. So the foliar application of K brought with it a hiccup but nothing dramatic, lesson learned, only fresh foliar mixtures from now on. But that situation lead me to leave out the K from PWG’s first coco soak. In saying all that the K application did see a tightening and decrease in node spacing and subsequently a slow in vertical growth. A welcome and expected result as PWG was suffering from a slight case of scoliosis due to cramping in the nursery tent. And smell. PWG now comes equipped with an olfactory experience. A deep waft of her admittedly early main cola site suggests a slight but evident dank on the front and burned coffee on the back, no doubt to change and evolve as she matures but any scent beyond planty chlorophyll gets a smile.
