After another weekend spent away from home, on day 26 both Opiums present at 30 cm height, having grown big and bushy. Their thirst increased, I will water them when their next day starts. And do some more LST. Not too long until I can install the scrogging net. I am really impressed by their progress. They developed a lot of branching side branches and look really healthy and bushy. In contrast to what I wrote before, I think I can stay a few days longer with the current 80% 18/6 lighting scheme. Leaf positions do not show signs of light hunger, so no reason to change. Watered them with 1.5 l each on their 27th morning, this time adding some flower fertilisers too. Compensated their relief with some more LST. I can see in timelapse video they are tmelselves compensating this stress easily; it’s amazing to see how fast they turn their heads. You’ll see soon too. For reference: Pot diameter is approx. 25 cm. So lady #1 spreads about this much, lady #2 is even about 10 cm more. Guess they’ll make a very dense scrog surface, but first let’s have them have their stretch. Day 28 evening revealed ladies are getting thirstier. The holey pots might be helpful in root development, but they are not when it comes to keeping the tent clean. Because of their structure, water runs out in respectable quantities each time they are fed, which takes a long time to evaporate and adds to air humidity of course. Which on the other hand is currently quite ok. Outside air temperatures are around 30 °C the last days, so a bit more humidity helps to keep the VPD in range. Which is quite ok as I still cannot complain about their growth – around 2–3 cm each day currently. Grow video for day 28 (sorry about the interferences! Due to the control hard- & software being offline I cannot silence the blower(s) when a photo is taken anymore) shows steady growth and very vivid movements again. Dropping of their leaves around their evening is possibly due to me watering them again as soil was surprisingly dry already. On their day 29 evening, it’s clear to see how much they are stretching: They really gained 5 cm since yesterday! Lights are close to 30 cm, so I think I’ll reposition things a bit when their next week starts. Attached video shows the day’s progress. They say you cannot scrog an Automatic but seeing the development speed and bushiness I decided to give it a try nonetheless. I guess the buds can profit from being a bit more apart from each other if I handle to fiddle them through the holes in time. I rearranged the lights to be at about 45 cm apart from the tops and set the lights to 100% at a 16/8 lighting scheme, waking them up one hour later than before and sending them to sleep one hour earlier. Last day of this week, day 30, shows that growth speed has even increased. Lady 1 crosses the scrog net already which is positioned at 46 cm above soil. Gave them slightly enhanced water again, 2 l each.

La tierra que utilizamos que está en la publicación anterior es top crop all mix, Por supuesto el ph se mide en cada riego y se mantiene en 6.2, regando cada 48 horas e intentando mantener la humedad en torno al 50 %. Las flores ya están progresando y están cogiendo las 4 un tono morado bastante curioso. Un ejemplar sigue un poco sobrefertilizado, es la única con la que me corto para alimentar. Ha sido la primera semana 12 12 .. les hice una defoliacion hace una semana pero estaban tan densas que han necesitado otra tipo lolipop o como se diga jaja.. el lts hace que se enreden mucho pero el modo espiral de momento va bien

FLIP DAY 1: it is here finally. I had hoped to her them a lot bigger before the flip but other plants are forcing the issue so I am going with them. C Banana is smallest of them both but her thick stems give an idea of how she wants to bud up for flowering. She is very thick and has a lot of growth spread out well. Each head has a few smaller nodes below already so should start the stacked fat colas early on hopefully. Monster zkittelz is a lot wider by comparison and certainly very productive too. bending her out and getting her to stay put has been an endeavor but also given me faith in this hybrid. She will be a productive girl I think. Nice work Zamnesia. let the fun begin.

The molasses will give the microbial colony some additional food as well as supplying micro-nutrients to the plant. I finished out the daily maintenance giving her a check over and turning her pot 1/4 turn to ensure she gets light to every inch of her. 10/1- Yesterday was a 'no water' day as her pot was still fairly heavy to lift. Today she was watered with her usual of 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉. Her flowering continues to impress me with her trichome production covering her flowers with 'frost' she's a sight for sore eye's! 😍 She's looking to be on track for a 11-12 week finish and will be an epic cultivar when she's done! 10/3- With Week Seven coming to a close we've got 4-5 weeks to go for this lady finish and she's right on track, looking like a Rock Star! 🤩 I watered heavy yesterday and added 1 tsp/g of Unsulfured Molasses to the 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉. Esta es una genética de un olor muy fuerte y pesado se siente intenso desde la vegetación , es una variedad muy resinosa con unos colores morados hermosos , probando las flores cuando terminó el secado y ahora curando las flores se siente un sabor terroso , al principio no me gusto ya que nunca había probado este , pero después al seguir fumando se siente un sabor final muy agradable. Very easy to grow in hydro, I did what I have done before, and did minimal defoliation. The plant drops some lower leaves herself as we go along anyway, as they begin to receive minimal light penetration. Northern lights had a shape that made it easy to grow with my light setup. The bigger buds were produced in the areas of the side lights, and let it also be known my harvest could have become a tad bigger if I hadn't picked off small buds and smoked them in the very end - must account for at least 30-40g or so, dunno precisely tho. The weed works like the usual homemade jazz, top notch. Top shelf. Northern lights did not disappoint, but I have pulled bigger yields of a White Rhino for example, made in the same manner. This is why it only get 8/10 stars. It simply lose two stars on yield, but the Rhino would also only have gotten eight stars, because it had deficiency problems on its own for example where this northern lights lady had zero deficiency probs - very stable plant. Recommended for both beginners and seasoned growers who are on the lookout for stable strains.

Gently dropped in a scrog with the biggest squares I could find to prop up or tie off heavy branches on #2. Used it to spread out #1 a bit but this late in the game tried to avoid as much pulling and bending as possible. #1 finally picking up some weight. This one has more of a spear formation. Guessing about 4-5 weeks left. Super frosty and smelly though. #2 just a tank. Nothing but dense golf balls. My goal was 8oz per plant and feel pretty confident this might be closer to 10ish. I'm guessing about 21ish days. Planning on deploying Winter Frost a week from today. Topping of with 80% strength solution kept EC level between changes.. So tough to do these things justice in pics and videos.
