I wish the almost 5 days timelapse video can cover the lack of images for the next week. At time, among the 4 plants you can see on group photos, there is one of the 2 gorillas that stands out from the others. The other one is not growing as fast and strong as this one, and also is growing with discoloration areas in the leafs (it will be much more visible next week). I will perform the first Topping/Man Linning/LST on the plant that stands out the next week, and probably will leave the second Gorilla untouched to perform tests and comparsions. Also, among the 2 genetics, the Gorillas are growing much more robust and fast than the Money Makers are. LST STRUCTURE: To prevent breaking or making holes in the pot i designed this LST structure in blender and printed in 3D. They fit perfectly in the 8l RootPoch pots, so at time i didn't fixed them to the pots. He de decir que la otra está creciendo con manchas de decoloración en la hojas (se hará mucho más evidente la semana que viene). Por como va creciendo la Gorila que destaca, esta es a la primera a la que le realizaré el Man Lining y LST, y probablemente deje a la segunda gorila sin hacérselo para ir haciendo pruebas y ver diferencias. Así mismo, de entre las 2 genéticas diferentes, sin duda las gorilas crecen con más robustez y velocidad que las Money Maker ESTRUCTURA LST: Para no agujerear los tiestos he diseñado esta estructura para LST con blender y la he impreso en 3D. Week 22 of our painful result on the mothers. Reveg. Is full on and the plants are all trying desperately to figure out how to flower again. A couple days ago I was resolved to the fact that this cycle of mothers was not going to be anywhere near our acceptable standards for a high quality bud harvest. We lamented and cried a little…. Then we got ridiculously high to numb the pain…. And then I had a brilliant thought! The whole purpose has been to pollinate clones this whole time. Now that our stable of clones are well into rooting and reveg. We can simply use the mothers for breeding instead and salvage a harvest of high quality buds with the clones! It’s not an ideal situation and will result in less smokable buds but that said (and as per the outdoor photos), quantity won’t be a problem this year as usual😉. I figure a week or two to see what happens with em and we’ll commence the sperm spray😎. We’ve also taken some additional steps and commenced with impregnating the Spliff strawberry on a couple of select branches. This plant is proving a beauty as expected - even despite a little fasciation she’s a monster🤩🤩. Method - we placed some pollen into a brown paper bag (both some SOG in one and some 707 in another. - we marked 2 branches with zip ties to keep track of which pollen is where. - we wrapped the branches in each bag and twisty tied it closed to the stem base for about 12 hours. - after remove the bags and to prevent further pollination on the rest of the plant we sprayed down the pollinated branches and then the entire plant with a light mist of water. When ur outdoors this isn’t perfect science and there will be some additional seed that pops out elsewhere. Regardless, it’s a guarantee the 707 is viable but I’m none too sure about the Skywalker stuff. It may have been subjected to moisture while in storage and could be inert at this point. No telln for a few weeks🤞. The dutchy system, despite significant time to set up has been better than expected - all the plants are happy, added a Skywalker clone to the mix for flowering as well. They seem to be taking to the Druid nutes just fine. Great system and she’s pretty much on cruise control right now👌. All told - the pollen chuck is not yet a complete failure. We’re definitely gonna have some cross beans - they only question that remains is how many different strains. Thanks again for hanging with the longest grow ever👍👊. Background/Repetitive Nonsense These plants will be the two mothers this growing season that will be utilized for stage 2 of the pollen chucking project. We’ll be taking clones and stressing the genetics for some fem. pollen using colloidal silver. Instead of trying to reinvent the wheel with landrace genetics, we’re effectively skipping initial hybrid crossing and stabilization, going straight to the polyhybrid mix. I call it the shotgun approach to selective, unvetted and amateur breeding on a micro scale😉. These 2 parent strains will form the basis for 8-10 different F1 polyhybrid combinations and a further S1 back cross of each of the mothers. Not only should we be able to preserve the genetics for both mothers in feminized form but we’ll also be running an entire family of new hybrids after seeding out clones from each on the initial lineup of this summers photoperiods. Method is pretty simple here; once we’ve got our pollen off the two mothers we’ll be clipp’n clones on 4 select strains that have proven results from various respected breeders. We’ll be using those for pollination purposes in what is expected to be a 10 plant recirculating Dutch bucket hydro system. ***Update*** The feminization process didn’t take at all with the strawberry or the Skywalker so it’ll be reg. Seed crosses with only Skywalker and some other 707 Headband that we have in the vault. ********* Strain details: Parent strains for self pollination - Skywalker Kush by Reserva Privada Classic kush effects and earthy aroma. The strong kush element of this cultivar will compliment any cross. - Spliffs Strawberry by Spliff Seeds Incredible mix of flavourful terpenes and hard hitting high THC. She’s got some Herer as well as some Diesel in ‘er so an obvious choice for any cross as well. ***UPDATE*** The strawberry had to come out of this breeding run to wait for a better mother that hasn’t been attacked by aphids. It’s been a tough battle this season and we’ve had to make a couple of heartbreaking sacrifices already. Parent Strains for cross pollination ***UPDATE*** We added another 2 strains to the mix just in case we need to spot swap for some more variety. - Ghost Train by AMS Seeds A cross of Alien OG x Ghost Train Haze. Never tried the strain but I’ve heard only good things. This one might be worth mixing with the Strawberry so we’ll see how it goes. ***UPDATE*** Sadly - the ghost train turned out to be an auto so cloning her out as part of the breeding project is a no-go. Really disappointed about this but at least we still have a ready backup strain on the lost coast og to take her place. - Boogie Nights by AMS Seeds A cross of Kalijah, aka afghani/skunk/diesel/blue heaven X Juanita, aka NYC Diesel/Reina Madre). No idea here so naturally I’m interested😉. ************** - Lost Coast OG by Emerald Triangle Pakistani Kush x Lemon Thai x Chemdawg #4. Essentially a classic, west coast combo of landrace kush genetics that Cali is famous for, mixed with hard hitting Chemdawg #4. ***UPDATE*** The Lost Coast is a winner of a plant. Still outdoors and in veg. Looks like it’s recovered from the aphid attack. Might consider trying to take another cut of this and just rooting it in a pot for pollination. At this point, what the hell and if we could salvage anything it would be a positive. ***** - Spliffs Blueberry by Spliff Seeds (Chocolate Thai x Afghani #1 x Highland Oaxaca) x Northern Lighhts Special. Only 1 bean of this left and the whole purpose is to blend the best of Spliffs Berry strains as a tribute. Awesome breeder and they’ve been very kind to us over the years. - Northern Light by Royal Queen Seeds NL means nuff said. A combo of 11 unknown strains believed to originate from the west coast of North America. This cultivar is a great take on these classic genetics and a perfect compliment to just about any cross. A biased fave of ours.👍 - White Widow by Seedsman Brazilian Sativa x South Indian Indica. This classic strain has been unluckily elusive for us the last couple years. We know the quality of seedsmans version of this cultivar having grown it in the past. Sadly, a very strong performer that never made it to harvest due to an uncontrollable aphid infestation. And we’re only at step 1.... still gonna need an assist with pheno hunting all of the crosses so if anyone’s interested in running the testers (when we finally get to that point) just let me know👍😎. Gonna be a Dope ass summer project and can’t wait to see it in full swing🤟. Thanks for stopp’n in y’all👊

All coming along nicely, still haven’t gotten around to defoliating.. must get some leaf off this week. Upped the nutrients. The buds are fattening up more and more each day which is nice to see! Smells really promising too. Photos taken day 40 of flower

Last week the plants grew looking very healthy although I still have a feeling the low humidity is slowing their growth, by the end of the first week I started raising the EC to make the increasing for this week smoother, run-off EC is substantially increasing so I will start to fertigate them twice a day for this week.

05/20/2021 Wreak is putting on a glitter show the video does it no justice, sparkling is all I can say. She battled through PM break out and is doing well. Her smell is strong, i will be more descriptive later.....

Probably another 2-4 weeks on this solo auto. Has been given a total of 7 dynomyco feedings total. Seems to have a positive effect on the quality. Solos are hard to do, and compared to another side/by/side solo, this one is doing better… ✌️💚🌿💨

The last week of edge for these beautiful ladies and then we can flip

Week 3 of veg and we have topped and started our LST. We are watering every other day with dechlorinated tap water PH’d at 6.2. We use recharge once a week with our waterings usually after inducing stress.

The buds are beginning to swell more and more everyday. The smell is very pungent I can’t wait to see the results for this plant I am very pleased with the way everything is coming out.

Hallo zusammen, wir stehen Anfang siebte Blütewoche und dieses wird für diesen Lauf auch die letzte sein, da wir erste Erfahrungen mit Budrot machen durften. Allgemein waren die Daten die uns der Growhub angezeigt hat nicht alt zu verkehrt. Rückblickend war aber zu viel Masse und einige Bud´s zu tage gekommen und schlussendlich waren wir in der Feinabstimmung noch nicht im optimalen Bereich, ganz klar. Dennoch besteht auch bei uns noch Potenzial nach oben! Gedanklich haben wir vieles vertiefen können und sind auch sehr froh über diese neue Erfahrung, auch wenn diese definitiv nicht positiv ist! Zum Glück haben wir den Budrot Recht schnell ausfindig machen, großzügig Entfernen. Stetige Kontrollen haben wir geführt. Im Nachgang fing die Dame hinten Links durch Stress noch an zu HERM. Dahingehend haben wir im unteren Bereich für die letzten drei Tage auch unnützes herausgenommen. Auch zum Zeitpunkt der Feststellung des Budrot, haben wir jede Menge an Blattgut entfernt, um die R. Raumfeuchte auf mind. ca. 50 Prozent zu bekommen. Seit dem Feststellen, haben wir nur noch gespült mit Wasser. Insgesamt sind wir dennoch froh, dass bis hierhin nicht alles im Abfall gelandet ist und zum Glück der Schaden nicht alt zu arg ist. Negative Erfahrungen verbessern einen nur, wenn man natürlich nicht aufgibt. So etwas gehört leider auf dieser Ebene dazu, wir können ein Hacken dahinter machen. Zudem hat es uns noch näher an unser recht aktuelles und erst benutztes Setup gebracht, was auch sehr viel Wert ist. 😉 So nun die Kulla Tränchen weggewischt und weiter geht es! Wir brauchen den Platz und kümmern uns erstmal darum xD Revue gesehen, obwohl es an vielen Stellen nicht immer positiv war, ist unsere eigene Eischätzung zu diesem Tagebuch sehr positiv. Hier passierte viel und die Pflanzen sind doch auch wenn mit Umwegen an ihr Lebensziel gekommen. Wir steigen insgesamt eine Woche eher als angegebene mind. Blütezeit aus. Die Trichome sehen auch nicht schlecht aus, auch wenn wir sie selbst natürlich noch mind. Eine Woche noch gesehen hätten. Der nächste Lauf wird besser, ganz sicher. Wir haben jetzt unser Zelt kennengelernt, die Anbauweise wird in Zukunft filigraner ausfallen ^^ Es war schon doch ganz gut gefüllt das Zelt xD So nun das war es jetzt erstmal, wir wünschen allen Growmies ein mega entspanntes Wochenende und vielen Dank für euren Besuch! This plants have developed beautiful branches that will develop awesome fat nuggets for sure! Really nice strain to grow, would be awesome to apply lst some time on this strain, I have applied a selective defoliation on them, let's see how this ladies keep developing, I start to count the days of flower on April 10th!

Hello, readers! Growing pretty good in general. She recovered from my precious accident, when I broke a brunch. But she also begin slowly falling sideways. Actually, she started it quiet long time ago, but now, I noticed it's progression day by day, so decided to tie her a little bit, so she'll be more straight. I cannot upload some videos again. Idk what the problem is, at least I've uploaded video with roots. 😓 I like, that leaves doesn't continue getting burn tips, new leaves looks good, and the previous doesn't get worse, so the solution fits good now. Want to mention that orthophosphoric acid turns out to be super stable compare to the citric acid. It may be hard to understand her size by photo, I wanna remind, that my tent is 1m*1m*2m(tall). And she kind of taking almost all of that place with maybe 0-5-10cm gap to the walls. For the last 4 weeks smell didn't change that much. And now I start to smell something more than just grass or weed. When I smell it, I feel dry ground->carrots->canned peaches-> skittles. But it's actually the same smell, depends on how long and strong would you inhale. Feeding: (Kinda Micro) NPK20, B 0.01, Cu 0.02, Fe 0.04, Mn 0.01, Mo 0.002, Zn 0.002 - 0.36 gr/liter. (Kinda Grow) N 15.5 CaO 26 - 0.14 gr/liter. (Kinda Bloom) NPK 0 0 51 + So3 34 - 0.22gr/liter (Kinda Bloom) NPK 0 52 34 - 0.32 gr/liter. Orthophosphoric acid 85%(H3PO4) - 0.06 ml/liter TriPart Grow - 0.25 ml/liter. Added cause I needed Mg, which I doesn't have in a new crystal fertilizer Sensizym - 1 ml/liter. It's empty now, don't think I'll buy it again.

We are getting closer! A few trichromes turning amber. Flushing until harvest. Have a few nanners popping up here and there; apparently not an issue this late in flower (and read male flowers this late are typically sterile?). Have plucked the ones I have seen. Raised the light just a bit to try and reduce any stress that could be causing herming, if it’s not the plants last ditch effort to reproduce. Pics/vid day 104/62F since breaking soil.

Hello, everyone! 🖐️ This week has been going well too. 🌲 The Christmas trees are growing. I have pruned off almost all the leaves, leaving just a few. I am watering it with plain water. I think it will be ready by the end of the week. Wishing good luck to everyone who is honest and sincere.

Graduated, and am off from work for a few weeks, so went overboard on photos. Plant is doing well, leaves are starting to turn yellow (strain trait). Can't wait for the harvest and being able legally gift my xmas ornaments to my cousins during our "cousins walk" at our family xmas party.
