This was the last week of the 18/6 cycle. The Pineapples have reached the scrog screen which I installed at the beginning of the week. 4 Pineapple Chunks growing 35 days(+ 4 days to germinate) seemed to be enough for this space. They've grown into beautifull indica's with large fanleaves and sturdy branches yet easy to scrog. Once this week I gave them tapwater with Plagron nutrients (ec 1.58 – ph 6.1). The rest of the week was ph adjusted tapwater (ec 0.45 – ph 6.1) when they needed it. I sprayed them once with a CannaCure solution (15 ml CannaCure + 100 ml tapwater, ph 6) The week started with the cobs at the same wattage and height as last week (168 watt and 47 cm – 18.5 inch) DLI 34.4 – PPFD 531 On day 32 it got a bit brighter with 188 watt and a distance of 43 cm (17 inch) from the plants. DLI 40 – PPFD 617 and stayed like this for the rest of the week. The heating mat is turned of because temperatures are high enough. The humidifier has also left the room because humidity levels must be lowered in the flowering cycle. But that will be more important within a few weeks. The weather was sunny and hot this week and the plants grew pretty well even if they have long and thin stems. The roots reached the bottom of the pot for most of them. The Gorilla Punch and the Pound Cake have developped some tiny lateral branches. The Gorilla Punch already have some pistils. So far, the most developped plants are Gorilla Punch and Pound Cake, followed by Orange Sherbet and Apricot. The Apricot stem is thinner than the other ones. Maybe due to its tougher start. the girl is already blooming... she started blooming very early, she is very tiny :) but I think she will decorate the balcony, in any case, whatever it is :).

Ladies are looking good, I’m liking not having to pull tarps to have flower this early…. But the quality isn’t quite there. My dad is flowering gdp auto and runts auto indoors. They are a lot smaller but a lot prettier. I’m sure my temps have been the root of all my problems. Wishing the buds would fill out, they are getting runny and larfy. Well I have a few more seeds for next year but I’m thinking autos are not for me. I have started to see some botryis and have been cutting it out. Mainly seeing mold on the two hermies, but also seen some aphids on one of the hermies I got mad and cut it down! Then I poured gas on the infested bud and burned it…. Growing is not for the faint hearted;)

This is typical of sativa leaning strains. this will give me a bit of a stagger in between harvest so I don’t have to do all the work in one day which is a good thing .
