Hi Grow room buddies. Here we have another generous sponsors run of Zamnesia Autos. Ordering was a simple process with a great delivery and after sales welcome to the brand. A nice touch indeed. Rhe pack I recieved was well wrapped and secure with no signs of being tampered with in any way. A really nice package of goodies was found inside from plant labels to grinders and plenty of nice stickers to decorate too. I chose the 3 strains as 1 I love as a strain in the amnesia haze and the Gsc is one i have fancied growing for a while. The sticky beast looks like a great new strain to sample too. I used the cup of water soak for 24 hours to soften the seed casing and dissolve any protective coatings they may have . After 24 hours they were still all sealed but had at least sunk so I left them a further 12 hours. I then put them allnjnto a light mix to hopefully germinate under my lights but at a good distance away and in a heated propagator . Within a few days I saw a few heads popping up and signs of most being awake by disturbed soil. Sadly leaving them for a few more days resulted in 6 making the surface but the only Sticky beast that got through , opened a second set of leaves and keeled over with a stragulated looking stem halfway up ??. I recovered her in her fallen state in the hope she may still fight on but it isn't looking good. ( see pics !) With only 5 making it to this point , I have had to fill the gaps with other seeds. A little disappointed to get 4 failures but hopefully Zamnesia will ensure this is looked at ?. I now have 3 very healthy looking Amnesia Haze and 2 sprightly looking Girls scout cookies to play with. I have now got them into their 30L pots and have done on them to encourage a little moisture while they settle in. Fingers crossed........

All in all this was an amazing strain to grow and looks and smells insanely delicious 😋 i cannot wait for her to cure up so i can get a proper session in!!!

07-AUG-18 - Started this Week off by topping the three main branches and doing a minor defoliation removing the leaves on the first node of each branch. As well as mixing up a fresh batch of nutrients and feeding her 1liter of solution.

Just waiting for amber trichomes. Cloudy with a chance of potency. Next door neighbor said he could smell it from his house. Beginning to worry about motivated thieves who might take a chance and scale our 8' fence.

In general I'm very happy growing this strain. The germination rate was 100%, all 3 sprouted, even though one ended up dying after some weeks. My fault here, she grew upside down and when I moved her she didn't reacted well. The growing conditions were initially a little unstable as I couldn't find the right balance between temperature and RH, having the latter one constantly too low, making me buy an humidifier to keep the level higher. Well, too high in the lights off period, and when distracted could reach up to 99% RH, which isn't good. Again, lesson learned for the next grow. Maybe I've defoliated the plant a little too much and that might have also affected the crop a little. When it comes to feeding, didn't use so much plain water, the feeding were nutrient based all the time. Not sure if this had any negative effects in the plant. Was fun to train the plant and I learnt a lot about topping. To be fair, I don't know if this was what affected her final crop or if I stunned her in the last defoliation. Quite inclined for that option.. After all this, finish with this amount of bud is ok and positive lessons were taken for the coming grows. Overall I think I made a few beginner mistakes that affected the plant growth and flower, but again, having no pests, plagues, or any diseases was already a very good accomplishment and I'm really looking forward to start the next grow, and enjoy the smoke from this little one after drying and curing. As it was the first diary ever, was very fun to do it, and helped a lot controlling crucial parts of the growth. Definitely will keep posting here my future grows. Final week. Power buds from Plagron helps accelerate the flowering period for sure. I am harvesting tomorrow.😎 This week no fertilizers just water only. Overall happy with the way they shaped up, compared to other strains from other breeders. Need to see after harvest but as a first impression this strain is amazing. The smell now is out of this world. Zesty!!!Lots of citrus scent.Loving it. As for the LST only vs topped. I like the LST only. It matured faster. It is bigger. It has more bud sites . Had an overall better structure. Refer to videos for comparison. But need to see the harvest, weight, smoke report for full comparison Till harvest 👏🎉

This is the 8th week. Thursday will be 9 weeks of 12/12. Some trichs are amber. They just added a good bunch of girth over the past few days, but most of the pistils are red now. The rest of them have been dropping leaves consistenly but the canopy remains full so they must be putting out more leaves. I just flushed to 80% runoff and found out that I had 1200ppm. I just got an ec meter but my last reading said closer to 600 so idk what happened there. I flushed until I had runoff ppm of about 150. Now they're back in the grow tent. I don't want to keep assaulting them with my microscope. I think they're ready. Just gonna let them settle another day or two to dry out a bit. I took one small branch off the small Wedding Cake plant on Thursday and I've just been watching it dry on my counter. It's been 5 days and the stem snaps but still leaves a fiber connecting. I put it into a small jar with a 64RH thing. I just want to try it. It already smells amazing. The leaves on the big CBD Blue Shark plant are going really yellow and some other colours are starting to come out as well. The buds all fattened up and got more frosty again. I was worried they were foxtailing but they got more calyxes underneath the peaks and have been making more of a pyramid shape. They're really close to peak. Harvest day will be March 17 or 18. March 17 1023pm chopped and hung after lights off all day. RH was 65% before I chopped and 50% after I closed the window and cut the plants off the saturated pots. I did a wet trim to prevent mold. The buds are sticky af. Gonna hang them to dry for 7-9 days before curing in jars :) March 18 : checked the RH when I woke up and it's chilling at 45% 😎 March 19 : just checked to see how they were drying. There are seeds in every plant. RIP I'll update when I put them in jars and again a few weeks later for final review. Overall it was a good grow despite the rocky start and a good introduction to the mainline technique and my new grow space. Next grow I should have everything pretty well dialed in. March 23 They were hanging for 3 days. Rh was around 45, then spiked to 65 overnight when I forgot to turn the fans back on. Temp was high at around 26.they felt wet after 2 days, and bone dry after 4 days. The stems still didn't snap but I put them in jars anyway. A day later, jar RH was 50%. I burped all the jars and there was a smell from the new jars. I took all the weed out, washed out the jars, and did a dry trim on the weed. One of the Wedding Cake plants must have gone hermie. I didn't see any bananas and didn't even realize there were seeds until the very end. The seed pods looked just like calyxes while the plants were growing. Many of the nugs are unusable. Under the sugar leaves are just layers and layers of seeds. Some weren't hit that badly. The CBD Blue Shark is much better off but still has some seeds. I'm trying to stay positive. It's a bit of a shock though. I'm anxious to try the finished product. If the flowers at least taste good and have a good effect, all is not lost.

this cycle will be godzilla glue#4 and sunset sherbet, both females. and although you see 2 sunset sherbets in the video, 1 of them was later transplanted for outdoor, which is in my other post. the GG4 was germinated 1 month AFTER the SS. i will be feeding with BluePlanet FarmersPride organic 3-part high yield system 24 hrs in 5.5ph water and then directly into grow plug they go. 👍
