Hello and welcome to week 7 beginning for Nesia, the largest and most advanced 6 week old plant I have ever grown. I update daily so week 6 is now complete. Please do check it out! I have added some comparisons shots of Karen, the oldest girl of this [G2] series to show just how impressive Nesia is. Nesia is 25 days younger than Karen and she is already a larger plant. This diary is not very popular or comment filled right now, but as this grow progresses I really think it's going to gain some attention. Nesia is going to be big. Day 44: Nesia stretching fast now. Day 45: Flowering is going well. I have adjusted the timer such that the main tent is now getting 20/4 upped from 18/6. After monitoring DLI at 18/6 for a week I am unhappy with the overall level but because of the varying heights of the plants I am limited in what I can do in adjusting the light height. Some areas were only getting 20 DLI. So I have rearranged to have the taller plants on the edges and the lowest in the middle and doing it this way all plants are getting between 35 and 50 DLI at 20/4 - although one or two cola tips here and there are getting 55. Will monitor for a week. Day 46: Fertigated 5l Day 47: Nesia is really moving into flower strongly now. Pistil development has started proper, stretching rapidly. Day 49: Nesia starting to pose me a challenge. She is big. Now by far the largest plant. She has reached 50cm height and 70cm across. I will add proper photos later and do a week summary. Day 49: Nesia is stretching really fast now. I hope she doesn't stretch much more but I fear we're only halfway done. She's way bigger than Karen now. Taller, wider. Fertigated 5l End of week summary... well what can I say Nesia has now surpassed Karen (25 days older) in every size and growth metric. She is following exactly the same pattern except without all the problems. I think she still has 2 weeks of stretching to go, on that basis I am expecting her to grow upto 25cm in the next week and the same again the week after - so I think Nesia is going to end up being about 1m tall. Honestly I hope not though, but let us see.

Flowering day 3 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys . My cutting heating broke 3-4 weeks ago, which was fixed immediately and everything went wonderfully. Now, 3 days ago, the central heating broke down in the entire room, so that at night I only have temperatures of around 13 degrees :-( . One or the other lady is slowly starting to see a phosphorus blockage, as this can no longer be absorbed at temperatures below 15 degrees, like many other nutrients :-( . A friend looked at the heating yesterday and came to the conclusion that a real company had to do it, which is by no means possible for a stranger to enter my room. I quickly ordered heating mats for all the boxes so that the ladies could at least get warm feet. That's all I have this winter full can do . Let's hope everything will be fine 🙏🏻. As soon as the heating mats are attached in the coming days, I will post them in the pictures. Now for the update. Despite the severe cold, the ladies are still doing well and have made good progres . The ladies only had to be watered once this week, each time with 1 l, because it absorbs the water very slowly because of the cold and I don't want to overwater it. I took every single plant in the pot to take a close look at their roots. These are snow white and look very healthy 🙏🏻. It was also the last time neem oil sprayed so that the last trips are finally gone. Otherwise everything was checked and a lot of planning was done, like I do with the heating mats. Since a friend had the same problem in one winter and the heating mats got 10 degrees plus on the pots, I am very confident that it will at least bring something for the last cold month 😃 🙏🏻. Just gave about 5 litres of pure water. Had some fun watching the different species of my beneficial insects. Other than that, just had to do some lawn mowing because the cover crop frenzied :)

Into week three of flowering: - Need to up CalMg this week cause all my last grows with this strain the plants were stressing and showing signs of Mg deficiency I think. - The buds are stacking up pretty tight. - The top of the plant is showing some red veins AGAIN, don't know if it is genetics? Or is it too much light? ANY SUGGESTIONS? - Usually what happens is that after week three top of plant will show red veins and some leaves will turn light green yellow. What type of deficiency is this? Thanks in advance for the help. Happy growing, BM 4TwenTee *****Update on LIGHT STRESS:***** Okay I think I got this figured out. Since my plant is showing the following symptoms: - Slow yellowing of top of cannopy - Fan leaves pointing up in a steep angle - Leaves are tacoing up a bit with sharp pointy serrated leaves pointing up - Veins are turning purple and some leaves are showing green veins and yellowing of outer part of the leaf REASONS FOR THE SYMPTOMS: - Since the light is too close to the top of the canopy, although my light is running at around 60% and it is at least a meter away from the light. I think because this was a mother and basically she is accustomed to top canopy PAR of around 180-220 and she was measuring around 600PAR so that is just too much for the plant to handle. So I've lowered the light output so the top canopy is around 420 PAR. - Also my humidity is pretty high at around 72% so I lowered it to around 65% - The reason why the leaves are tacoing up to the light is because the canopy cannot take the high PAR, the temp at the top of the canopy is only 76F so that is acceptable, but the plant is trying the sweat due to the high PAR, but because the humidity was also too high it was not sweating as much as it should. - The reason why a light stressed plant shows different deficiencies eg. magnesium and phosphate is due to the "extra sweating" that takes place, cannabis plants don't choose what they intake, if they need more water to sweat, extra nutrients will be absorbed and this will lockout some of the other nutrients in the solution. **End of week update: Tried multiple changes but still no luck on getting rid of red leaf stem. - Added a 1 hour sunrise and sundown light regiment - Decreased Humidity to 65% from low 70's - Top of canopy PAR decreased from 600 to 350. Leaves red stems still not going away and top of canopy still trying to get rid of moisture with fan leaves pointing up. If anyone can chime in that would be great thanks.

Starting running into problem with gnats during flowering but I've adjust the fans and temperature increased to calm the precipitation in the tent. The 3 seeds I germ'd & planted in 1pot that mistake cost me 2 well rooted ladies leaving me 2:6 (2Ws 4Ls) of successful STILL growing plants. All in all I'm getting good with this. Tweeking and creating self methods learning frm this community have turn'd me good looking & promising yields.

Hello boys and girls we’ve officially reached the finish line! 🕺🏾🎊🍾 It’s been an amazing experience growing this strain. This week we wrapped things up and flushed using Flawless Finish. Tropicana’s colors showed out with some buds going purple, her profile is a real nose-pleaser and I’m pretty happy with how my trichomes are looking (all turned milky with very few ambers) She was thoroughly set free from the salts, and after her final watering 4 days ago I just let her ride it out. Right after these photos, she’ll be chopped and set to dry! I’ll be back with updates once she’s dried and I begin the curing process. 🤝🏾 It’s been a pleasure growing this beauty alongside all of you thank you for the encouragements. BANANA PURPLE PUNCH - 420 fast buds - week 7 Wow what a strain. Got this a freebie with an order I placed and it’s turnt out to be the star of the show. The buds are super dense like Cali strains, super smelly like berries and gas’s and also super purple and pink. WHAT A STRAIN BRO LOL already flushing for 2 weeks as she’s more than mature and ready to go. Haven’t even tasted her yet and defo buying this strain next grow. DRSHOTZUK

29.12.-4.1.25. This was the last week and my photos are from the end of this week (4.1.). Over all I have some things to notice: 1: I think my lights were too close to my plants. I found out, that the top Buds were a little bit smaller than the buds a little deeper. So I think I have to adjust this in an another round. 2: I hat too much small branches. it would have been better to cut them all of, and leave only the biggest on the plant. they don't smell as good as the bigger ones, and the bigger ones were not as good as they could be. 3: I need to feed with clear water the last week. 4: On the moment I turn off the lights I would do now things different. I should let the plant 3 Days in darkness in her pot. (and do a photo shooting) But after this I should chop the hole plant and put her in a watercan for one week. After that I should dry her completely as a hole plant longer and slower than I did this time. I think best could be 65%-55% humidity, so that the plant could be drying for about 14 days. This time I messed things up because I wanted to do a fresh frozen with the sugar leafes, but it didn't work. so I'll do it the next time just dry.

Plant has shown slow but healthy growth since its arrival, LST continues and I've managed to keep the plant at the same height it was last week but now at a horizontal angle. I did up the nutes for one feed to a slightly under recommended dose but in the days following I noticed the plant looking a little 'droopy' and since she has been with me she hasnt been drinking very well so I opted to flush her for a feed, since then she has seemed very happy :) whilst drinking much better (possible nute lock was imminent). Now back down to half doseages with the exception of CalMg (to help after flush) but will be increasing them in the following days. As of next week I will be transferring her and another plant my partner is nurturing into single bucket DWC set ups. Fingers crossed I will see some hearty results for making the crossover to hydro.

Day 29 (7/15) - Fist day of Week 5 and of flowering. I’m looking forward to seeing how the Critical Purple does. Gave the plant a watering a day or two ago and will give another later this evening. Day 30 (7/16) - I gave the plants a light watering when the lights came on because it’s been so warm lately. The CP grew about 2 inches overnight and I had to do some super cropping to the top tallest nodes. After being under the lights for a few hours they were already standing back straight. I might need the net sooner than I realized. Slight stickiness and sweetish smell to fingers after super cropping. Day 32 (7/18) - I haven’t been keeping up with the diary but I have been taking pictures every few days. I gave the plant it’s first and only feeding today. You can see the dry amendments on top of the soil. Day 35 (7/21) - Haven’t been doing anything to the grow other than daily trellis adjustments and watering every other day with PHed Calmag water. I did remove about 5 big leaves near the top that were blocking the center of the plant.
