The temps have been hot but I keep the lights of during the daytime from 11am to 11pm to avoid the hottest hours Defoliate as it was essential to avoid moisture buildup. Regular feeds twice a day the most consistent enviroment ive ever run, and the rewards are there to see. She is stacking great loads of space for her colas and the nicest stawberry smell.. I have a bed of stawberries in the garden and its amazing just how fruity these flowers are.. No drama and nothing to report so a little boring. Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. I cannot wait for the harvest to begin… dam… this plant is doing the thing that make the pots to be done[South African Phrase], she has shot up, during my absence it’s like it was getting watered with nutrients and water mixture, and all she was getting was water. next week hopefully I’ll find the measuring tape and measure the height of this beautiful plant, my eyes cannot believe my labour, it’s fruits are becoming unbelievable, I hope that the bud is going to be big and juicy, I want to nothing but to smoke the best.

6th week of Flowering: The ambient temperature have risen last week and the plant took it well, timing is impeccable perfect for last stretch. Buds are getting bigger, frosted and the smell is developing nicely. A touch of purple is spreading across the heads. I keep the same ratio on the nutrs side and will upload more pictures midweek.

Day 56 - Rinsed with Botanicare Clearex solution. Day 58 - 2 Days after the rinse and the buds are fattening nicely. The pots are still too wet to water so I'll patiently wait to introduce the new Fox Farms Bembe and Cha Ching.

Mrs Big B is about to have her sweet stretch to Budville so I hope I've shaped her well enough to take full advantage of the light space. If not a traditional 'Super crop' will solve any future spacing issues. Ha ha. Due to an accident in her younger days she's sort of become a triple stem after topping. I'm hoping I get something cool looking as a result. I trimmed a few lower buds that would soon be overshadowed by the canopy and not worth her effort. Weekly does of Biobizz triple nuits and tap water just to top up and irrigate. Because shes not drinking loads yet. My LST may need refining..... but we learn every mistake right?

Flushed my 3 Gallon pot on day 63. Day 65 pot is still heavy. I’m gonna give no more updates on the 5 Gallon, it just isn’t swelling I have lost all hope in being able to harvest it. As you can see from the video it’s a very bizzare pheno Day 67 Fed 5 liters of water and plan to harvest when pot is next dry. Couldn’t resist so cut and trimmed 1 little branch as gonna wait a few more days before harvesting the plant. It’s been drying for 2 days and as you can see I’m so very close to trying my first spliff.

On the 13th day after the seeds were planted, I dropped an oscillating fan in the grow tent and spilled one of these Dosidos 33 out of her pot and onto the floor of the tent. I panicked and tried to pick up the little seedling and bits of soil and replace it in the pot as well as I could, but I was convinced I'd killed one of my plants. Within a couple days you wouldn't have known anything happened. I'm so glad she survived, because she grew into a beautiful purple plant that ended up finishing early.

28 days later....worm poo and coffee grounds not made much difference to colour of leaves, although all are growing nicely...trying some spirulina powder next to see if that helps

Hello & big Welcome.... To my Greenfingeress diary "Weed Seeds Express" strain "Ak-48" auto 🌿 donated by the generous guys from Weed Seeds Express who I'd like to say a big thumbs up 👍 for all their support and Excellent strain choice😁 Germination was successful within 24hours... In moist tissue paper with just plain ph5.6 water, in my usual ice-cream tub with holes in the lid to keep the moisture then placed into mother room to keep warm.. 😁 Can't wait to get these girls going🌿 14 Hour's later all my girl's have popped as you can see 😁 weed Seeds Express always have strong good seeds 100% success rate👍 Day 2.... Carefully planted into some plain soil then into propagation, I have heat mat inside giving me high humidity (although I wish I had a better light😤) just waiting for a head's up now 😂 Well will you look at them go... Using smaller domes now tightly on (no gaps) Day 3.... After 24hour's in propagation unit with heat mat and smaller domes they have all come through.... I'm quite chuffed as they don't look to thin and long at the moment fingers crossed😬🍀 Day 4.... Now into my veg tent with bigger domes on, as you can see I am growing 4 girls, three of them are in the same pot going to Greenfingers666 one of them I am growing all the way through to harvest😬 As you can see I've added some pictures of my veg tent of all the different strains I'm growing and all the different ages they are...
