Day 71, 19.06.2024 As the new and possibly last week of blooming arrives I am looking at two ladies, that behaved quite well during the last weeks. They grew close and it will be a shame to cut them down in the end. However, what must be done, must be done right? Today there will be the second to last nutrition intake for them. I decided to cut the BioBizz Grow and CalMag completely so they will receive 600ml of 4/4ml (Bloom/TopMax) later today. Also today I saw the first amber trichomes through my pocket microscope. But not enough yet - maybe I will stop feeding nutes after todays "last supper" and start flushing... Day 72, 20.06.2024 No action today. Day 73, 21.06.2024 600ml of water each - no nutes. I think it might be the big finale. I am thinking about harvest next and watching a lot of YouTube about that topic 😂 Day 74, 22.06.2024 No action on the plants but to give them a check up. I finally see the first amber trichomes on both of the plants, woohoo 🙌 Removed 3-5 fan leafs that were starting to get yellow. Time to make up a plan for the harvest I guess! Currently the plan is - to do harvest in 4 days from today in the evening (Wednesday, 26.06. ~1700). - I stop watering immediately - no more soup for you! Maybe I did not do flushing long enough, but my hope is that using organic fertilizer eases the effects - I will not switch off the lights on Monday at 1100 (like usual). Instead I will keep it on until 1700 - then switch them off completely. - 48h later on Wednesday I will harvest I do all this to inflict stress to the ladies. Stress by low water, stress by longer light followed by stress due to no light at all. All this will hopefully lead the plants to 1. produce more trichomes as a defensive reaction and build up bud mass 2. urges the plant to process as much chlorophyll as possible which leads to better taste in the end So much for the plan. Let's see how this turns out. Day 75, 23.06.2024 The good thing about not watering anymore: No action today. But as today would mark the "point of no return" in a way I will double or even triple check for the trichomes. If they are ready, I will commence the plan of not watering and longer lighting tomorrow. If there is doubt I will shift the plan day by day. Aaand here it is: Doubt! After checking the trichomes again I found too much of them clear. I decided to not rush things and thus postpone the harvest for at least 3 days. So today there will be a (late) flush and we will take it from there. Day 76, 24.06.2024 No real action today but to check in trichomes. Erika II has a good number of amber trichomes while Erika I still has too mich clear ones. It's a dilemma. But I will hold on to the plan for now which says: Harvest will be on the weekend (friday presumably)! Day 77, 25.06.2024 Today we reached 30°C outside and it is (finally) getting summer here in germany. This resulted in 28°C inside the tent & it felt good to give the ladies some craved water: ~1000ml went in the pots before the drain started. This was definetly the last drink. Tomorrow the last light cycle will start. Today is tuesday. The plan for harvest is as follows: Wednesday: No action. Thursday: Lights out at 1100. They stay off until the end. Friday: Harvest will begin at around 16:30 after work. Both plants will be harvested & hung up for drying. I am thinking about doing one plant using wet-tim and one plant using dry-trim techniques, just to have the comparison right after the first grow. I guess I need to make up my mind about that...

The week ain’t over yet but so far so good. Week 9, Day 63, Day 19 of Flower. Once again all is going well, she is doing nicely, but smaller compared to the Purple Kush and Northern Lights. After this coming week 4 of Flower I am going to switch to only KoolBloom 2-45-28 for 2 to 3 weeks at a 1/4 tsp/gallon. Any suggestions or comments?

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. I'm kinda late on the update, week 11 finished on sunday 4, now is feb 9th. Last time i gave them nutrients was on sunday jan 28th and i'm flushing them since that date. My intention was to take them down this sunday (11) but I will not be at home that day, maybe I'll cut them on monday 12th. Maybe on monday i will add week 12 and then when the drying is done I'll update the harvest. So far it seems like taller plant needs more time, as far as you guys have told me, seems like smaller is ready, but because of time I think I will cut them together. Also my intention es to create a video to participate on 2F4B contest, i forgot to record the harvesting of LSD25 so this strain is my chance.😀

First week of flower. One of these will end up herming out with nanners over a month later. Can you guess which one? Feeding is all organic. Once I'm in flower I switched to dry amendments and compost teas and cut out the big bloom. I will also add silica next week as a one time boost.

Well day 34 of flower today week 6. Let me start by saying that this week hasn't been too good for my white widow, all sort of issues, first she started to burn with the nutes, that was corrected fast, but then I had a power outbreak on my air pump and water quality went to hell follow by that Ph sky rocket and was very hard to keep steady. All that is now under control bit she suffered a lot this week and I'm afraid my yield is going to be affected by this terrible week. 😕

Runoff ph is a bit high this time. Don’t know why. Around 6.8. Average ph going in is 6.0. Also the big fan leaves on ice cream cakes are kind of strange shaped. Will see how they are going to look later.

This is a new seedling I topped think I’ll keep 8 tops was considering only keeping 4 but I’m going for 8 there all staying up equal hight on there own Tied her down she good! 8 nice tops one more week and flower time!
