Week 1 of the flower/transition is in the books and so far, so good. After chopping out all but the best branches from each plant we flipped the light cycle and dropped some more clones in to the aerocloner. I am so done with this run of genetics but still can’t deny quality cuts when they’re available. Again, if there was a run to test out this new system with it’s definitely this one. We’ve been plagued by calmag, nute burn, nute def. across all of em at some point over the last 8 months. But since incorporating the Druid nutes - all of Em have been perfect👌. This should be a prefect opportunity to see exactly what kind of buds each of these strains throws out👍. Background This ones tied to part 2 of the pollen chuck. They were supposed to be a clone run for pollination but the mothers all reveg’d due to a timer incident and high stupidity. These will be the inaugural flowering run of the revamped dutchy system. D72 - This week's diary starts late since I was gone on a short trip. The girls didn't miss me though as they are simply doing their thing, and with the automatic drip system, I don't even have to worry about watering. The girls look amazing! The colas are huge with plenty of frost. I'm very chuffed with how this grow is turning out :) D73 - Gave each girl 1.25-liters of water @ pH 6.6, with 25ml EM-1. I'm fighting against temps and humidity since we have a heatwave with thunderstorms and plenty of rain. The average temp in the tent the last 24 hours was 31 degrees C (88F) and RH 63.5%, which is way high this late in flower. D74 - Yes! Our bad weather has moved on, and the humidity in the tent has dropped significantly to the mid-low 50s. Much better. Have to avoid that budrot! There isn't much to do in the tent now when everything is automated, so I spend more time observing and scouting the girls. I figured out that using my hyper-bright flashlight below the canopy is an excellent way to spot leaves that are yellowing from lack of light. I never thought of that before, but damn, it worked great and will now be a new tool in my arsenal. I removed the yellowing leaves and a couple of other fan leaves blocking bud sites. The rest of the leaves I tucked. Speaking of fan leaves, the stalks on the first girl are purple while they are green on the second. Another difference is that the first look frostier than the second girl. Not sure if that means that the second girl will take longer. One fan leaf on the first girl has a strange discoloration in the middle of a fan leaf, but I'm not overly concerned, considering it is only one leaf, and we're towards the end of the grow. Finally, and then I'll stop harping about fan leaves; one leaf tip on the second girl is turning purple. D76 - I had a first look at the trichomes. Clear/milky on both girls, with a random amber here and there on the second girl. Based on this, I guess chop day is at least a couple of weeks away. D77 - We have reached the end of the sixth week of flower, and everything is trucking along. It's mainly a waiting game at this point, waiting for the buds to fatten up and for the trichomes to mature. I ordered nematodes a few weeks ago and forgot to use them. I don't have a fungus gnat infestation, so it was only a preventative measure anyway. The nematodes were a couple of weeks past their use before date, so no idea if they are still viable, but I figured it is better to use them than throw them. I gave each girl 1.25-liters of nematode water @ pH 6.6, adding 25 ml of EM-1.

Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! OMG... still so much time yeahh! Today my Fast Buds Sour Jealousy and Sweet Seeds Big Devil and Dark Devil Automatics arrived. I'm looking forward to it. This time Fast Buds next Time Sweet Seeds. Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. Stems are getting top heavy, more weight packed on and they are starting to lean, I don't have room for a scrog net. Pistils are turning amber, only about 10% so far on day one. I hand plucked off the small larfy, sucker buds. I let some go too long and the large majority are worth keeping. Next time I will have the courage to defoliate properly! I get so scared after weeks or months of growing and then removing growth. Final day of week and these colas are stacking on so much weight they are bending over. Noticed nutrient deficiencies and tried to adjust accordingly. Hoping the problem doesn't get exacerbated.

Day 64 — The art of lazy outdoor growing continues 🌿 The sun is finally showing some strength here in the UK, bringing with it higher temperatures and increased watering demands. My girl continues her simple yet highly effective outdoor journey, happily receiving 2L of pure pH-balanced tap water per session — always oxygenated to give the water that fresh “life taste” before feeding. The recent top-dressing of Plagron Bat Guano (applied on day 60) seems to be doing its magic. The flowers are visibly thickening, pistils are multiplying, and the bud structure is clearly advancing into the next stage of development. The plant’s growth in height has stabilised around 80cm, holding steady for the second week now, which suggests that most energy has fully shifted into flower production rather than vertical stretching. As planned, my cultivation remains purely natural — no covers, no tents, no boosters — only high-quality super soil, nature’s cycles and minimal human intervention. This entire project is a personal experiment to prove how low-maintenance outdoor growing can still deliver excellent results, especially when working with resilient genetics like this FastBuds CBD strain, perfectly suited for making high-quality home-crafted CBD oil without any psychotropic effects. Week2 Day 1- 08/19/2023 Weekly Maintenance- Non-Water change week Added .5mil/gal of TPS SILICA Gold = 39 gallons X .5 = 19.5mil = 20mil add She really does look great today. More roots are finding their way out of the basket and into the water, looks like where I topped her the side stems are growing out nicely. Humidity is still running just a little low, I am making sure I keep a close eye on the humidifiers and added more water as needed. Week2 Day 2- 08/20/2023 She is doing Amazing!! Her roots are in the water and she is starting to form a little ball, the leaves are doubling in size and spreading out. Overall happy with how this grow is going thus far. Lots of Prayers for it staying this way the entire grow. Week2 Day 3 - 08/21/2023 I am very happy with her growth she is absolutely exploding, the main leaves are almost as big as my palms now, and the root ball is starting to form very nicely. She overall looks really happy to me. Week2 Day 4 - 08/22/2023 WoW!! Checked on her today and she looks like she doubled in size she is doing amazing in the environment. I had did do some Topping today and that was about it. Week2 Day 5 - 08/23/2023 She is looking amazing to me. Really proud of her and her growth. Week2 Day 6 - 08/24/2023 Not much to report today, her growth is going great. I topped her in three spots. Looks nice and comfortable, Saturday Water Change Day. Tomorrow I will get all of her end of week measurements for height and all. Week2 Day 7 - 08/25/2023 Week 2 is officially in the bag, she is already at 8 inches. 4-6 weeks left depending on continued growth until we switch her to flower.. we will see how it goes but she is looking amazing and the root structure is looking great! Humidity is still a little low I added water to the Humidifiers and adjusted the input air flow down slightly. I also turned on the 4th fan to increase circulation in the tent.

Walking her to the the flower room soon..... this is her last week of veg. She remains easy going. There are many nodes. No issues.... I removed potential clones, just in case............

The girls are looking pretty contempt at the moment. I will be taking down the deficient girl within the next week or so. I will also be harvesting the 2 outdoor girls around the same time. I will keep the journal updated as the days pass. Thanks for stopping by!

Et voilà la fin les amies , toutes mes plantes on été flusch et apres 2 jours d obscurité elles vont être recolter (sauf la scherbet à qui il faudra encore quelque jours :) quel beauté et super plante pour débutant = presque pas de feuille, elle supporte les grand ec , et surtout la plante se développe super bien et pas besoin de tuteurs pour les branches . Voilà on se retrouve d ici 2..3 jours pour la recolte de toutes ces filles Pour le moment j en suis à = 340grames sec avec les plantes que j ai déjà couper et sécher . Je vais vous mettre se que chaque plante a donné en poids sec mais va falloir être patient j ai pas mal de travail avant sa encore ;)

- Day 62 and the 4 of the mephs are with some amber crystals already ( Stomper#1,#2 & GWK#1,#2), - Stomper #3 (D62) and SODK (D57) are a few weeks behind. - Stomper and GWK produced a light>medium bud structure (tap water only🚿) with full of crystals 💎 (pretty cool for an auto with little effort), not yielders (soil organic) thought but with buds to make diamond rings. - SODK looking more like a yielder from these 3 strains with more compact buds and indica structure. - Humidity a little higher than the optimum this week, except Stomper#3 & SODK we didn't water the plants too much and we had some dry periods in the medium. - Made a final defoliation before harvest (4), we will dry the buds in a dry machine (as the Root66 dairy 👀) and make the rest trimming before curing. 🔕 Smells were super stealth until now, no problem at all and the buds looking and smelling dense when touching and checking them. ⚠️ Next update --> next week with the first part of the meph harvest 🤯.
