Day22: As said in Week3, I will not keep this perspective for the whole grow, as it doesn't really show the size of the plant. But it gives a nice view of how to top leaves grow :) The flashes that you see in the video is the humidifier. It pumps out vapour every hour for 15mins. So basically a quarter of each second of the video will be when the humidifier runs. Day23: I changed it, as I wanted to see the size as well. Day24 - Day28: Happy, healthy growth.

Back to plain water, seeing some foxtailing and I love it. Dense dense nugs are no good for making hash I hear. My s/o and I are super excited to get her harvested and squished but am waiting for the 20% amber to chop. Thanks for the feedback on harvest time indicators. PLEASE COMMENT your go-to method/indicators for harvest time! Would love to see if everyone solely depends on trichombes or other methods such as pistils or leaves. *I am growing 4 plants here, but only tracking one.

Really happy with the ladies buds are filling out beautifully smelling pungent and strong and buds are super sticky really can't wait to take these ladies down now the flush begins 💪🤙

week 5. oct 9 I believe I am getting the calmag deficiency corrected - none on new leaves. one stretched to 23 inches by 10-16. growing about 1.5" a day. the middle plant is at 15.5" 10-16. growing over an inch per day. hopefully they stop next week when they are flowering. the back plants definitely show signs of flowers with the hairs starting to grow. Interestingly the plants at the front seem a few days behind.

Still had around 1 gallon of water left in the wicking buckets. They hold around 2 gallons. Flipped light to 12/12 today.

Going great. All my perameters are right where I want them. Scroging has begun and I’m adjusting every two days or so. Feedings about three times a day. Going through about five gallons per day without a lot of runoff. How are the ladies looking to you lot? By the way today’s date is December 15th 2018 because grow diaries doesn’t tag these updates automatically(a really big oversight in my opinion) I use this diary mostly for personal reference.

Day 24-31 (Day 25) The smell in here is absolutely ridiculous. My last grow didn’t smell even close to this bad in early flower. (Day 27) Stretch is finally all done. #6 in the back is very stout and barely stretched compared to everything else. I doubt it will yield much but I’m excited to see the nice tight colas on it. It seems to be still getting adequate light and raising it up is hard to do with a scrog net so I will just leave it. If it wasn’t getting enough light it would be stretching right? The early frost is really shocking to me. My last indoor round definitely wasn’t this caked and I’ve never had an outdoor plant on this level either. That’s also true in terms of smell too. (Day 29) I’m still debating whether I should feed anything in flower or just leave it. The only deficiency I’m seeing is purple stems from P def which could actually just be from light intensity rather than a lack of P. I’ve done some thinking and I’ve decided to only feed my small plant. What I’m most curious about is if a PK boost will actually make any kind of a difference in flower when it comes to bud size and smokability. So to test this theory I will be top dressing a teaspoon of 0-18-0 bat guano, a tablespoon of 1-4-2 Destiny launch and a half strength watering of 0-0-15 kelp extract. I’m trying to avoid N all together as I just toxed my guinea pig plants with another experimental flowering PK boost that had a very small amount of N in it. This plant in particular actually has very early signs of N def and probably will fade harder than the rest. (Day 31) Shit. Looks like #1 is starting to herm. It’s definitely not environment or light leaks so maybe it’s just genetic or the recent leaching stressed it out too much. Either way, it’s only a single lower branch and I’m prepared to cut her down if I start seeing anymore. I double checked every other budsite but couldn’t find anymore. In my experience true herms usually start pushing bananas out of the main tops and plants like mine can usually be salvaged with little to no seeded bud. But then again it’s day 31, when these things usually start to happen. I’m 50/50 on this one. I will be watching it everyday like a hawk if anymore show up. The breeder I’m using, ‘Jordan of the Island’s’ is notorious for having unstable genetics and this will be the last time I run any of his stuff. The quality is good, certainly better than most European and Dutch genetics I’ve run but I know I could do better where genetics are concerned. I can’t wait to start hunting my archive dosidos x gelato 41 and in house sugarcane.

the buds are getting thicker and the odour more intense. it's my first almost buds and i'm really impressed by her performace. she's currently still getting biobizz top-max and she seems to like that and lots of sun. :)

So it's been almost a week under the new MARS HYDRO FC4800 and the girls are loving it.. leaves were straight up like they were at a rock concert just blowing in the wind waving their arms like they are in the moshpit🤣🤣 looked so sweet👍. after a day they have stretched so much I had to raise the light already to keep it at 14 inches above the canopy. Plants grow so uniform under these lights, canopy is always nice and even👍. it has a whiter light than the mars tsw2000. Being side by side in my 8x8 tent, I can really see the difference in the color of light. The FC4800 is more of a white light like natural light. I think it might be the blue uv Diodes they added to the fc series lights. I'm amazed at how good this light is already. Barely any heat comes off it. I can rest my hand on it when the dimmer is at 100% and it's just warm. I have it daisy chained to my TSW2000 and it works awesome👍 and I dont have to reach for the other dimmer to do both. One dimmer controls both lights. When I add more lights I will daisy chain them too and control 4 lights from 1 dimmer👍. I still love my tsw2000. It's been going almost non stop since I got it and no issues at all. I take a picture of the Diodes to see if any have burnt out or anything, everything is fine.  same thing with the heat it gives off is just like the FC4800. I can rest my hand on it without burning me👍. Having both lights on 100% because I in flower now, only raises my temperature about 3°celcius. Make sure you got some calmag and if you use reverse osmosis water (bottled water) or filtered water you will want extra calmag because it's filtered out of it👍. These lights are perfect for every stage of growth for germination to flower. Just use the dimmers to reduce the intensity of the lights for whatever stage you are in. Plus they are easy to raise and lower them with the ratchet straps. MARS HYDRO'S recommended height for different stages is pretty accurate but different strains like different Temps and light sensitivity so that's something to look into, a more Mediterranean strain can take more heat and intense lighting. and you can just follow their recommendations for the height for each stage. I slowly turn it up in the later veg cycle until I'm at 75% about a week before I switch to 12/12 and after about 4 or 5 days into flower I'm at 100% with no heat or light stress👍. Mars hydro is awesome for their pricing for what you get👍. They should cost alot more than other brands but shhhhh don't tell them🤣🤣🤣🤣. Just kidding. they want to stay competitive with every brand but there stuff is always cheaper than SF and vipar etc. They know once you use mars hydro products you won't switch to another brand. Why pay more money for something that isn't as good. I've seen lights cheaper than mars but they are cheaper for a reason. They are built cheaper. My TSW2000 is fairly heavy too. But when it comes to getting lights you want some weight to it so you know it's built strong and sturdy and will last a long time.. I called customer service a few times and they will help you out with any questions you may have about the products and they are very well educated in their products👍 very helpful and very friendly. They are awesome 🤜🤛. I can't say enough about this grow tent too. The thing is a beast. I've owned a gorilla grow tent before and MARS HYDRO TENTS are better. Don't waste the money on a gorilla tent, get a mars and save a couple hundred bucks for your fertilizers and soils👍🤜🤛I could use the canvas tent to make a trampoline and i doubt it would break its that thick👍 I've had some cheaper tents made of 600d canvas and they aren't that bad. But when you get a tent made from 1680D canvas material it's insane how strong and heavy it is. Before I put the tent together when I lifted the canvas to start wrapping the frame I said to myself.. LORD TUNDERIN JESUS this has some nice weight to it. It was the easiest tent to put together that I've ever had. I went inside with the lights off and got someone to turn it on after a minute or two to look for light leaks and there was none👍. It even blocks out some noise, so if your fans or filters are loud, once it is zipped up it gets quieter. this tent is awesome with So many ports and vents for whatever you need to hook up to it. It has frame bars down the middle and one vertical pole in the middle to keep it sturdy but the poles are made nice and so thick that they probably didn't even need a vertical bar in the middle. It has 2 separate 4x8 floor trays that divide it into 2 4x8 tents. All you need is a mylar divider to easily divide it in half. I love the stickers it comes with. It's nothing big to some people but I know there is lots of people that like them because you see them everywhere in people's tents and in pictures. I love them they are super cool stickers👍. Absolutely love the CMH light. :) I can recommend it to everyone. Flowering with 13/11 on/off The scrog was a bit late. Next grow I can use it better. Plants are getting their hairs. No spider mites so far. Haha. I've added 50 watts of DIY led (see previous week). I think I'll add 50w more. My next step for this coming week will be to get some better air movement because my tent is more crowded now. I've sacrificed a plant spot for my good fan in this grow. The scrog net was installed to widen the canopy as much as possible Critical XXL is just a day or 2 ahead of Pineapple chunk in terms of hair development. Size-wise Pineapple chunk started huge but the Critical XXL plants caught up and grew larger. Now, PC is making a comeback racing through the scrog net. The Pineapple Chunk makes really large leaves that cover the canopy. Needless to say I am excited to see these strong stems develop their buds.

Plant streached out a bit more this week not sure if it is over yet. Flower is coming along and the buds are starting to form. Now the fun part starts. I'm sure everyone loves the flower phase. Did a defoliation, seemed to work the first time so I will keep doing it. Took two of the three plants an put them in a tent. There is no space in the flower room and did not want to compromise the grow. I guess I was a little over anxious and poped these seeds a bit early. No big deal, a tent is always good. It will be interesting to see the difference between the two areas flowering. This will come down to cheap led fixture vs 1100 true watts of the timber grow vero 29 3000k cobbs. Fornthe cheap led fixtures I have 2- 1600 watt, a 1000 watt and a 600 watt. Ok this is the advertised watts and not true watts. I don't know the true watts either. I have to say they seem to work great for veg and thats what I used them for until I ran out of room. I am hoping the reflective tent will help. Any comments or tips are greatly appreciated. I welcome you from Russia my friends from different parts of the world. The end of 16 weeks has come. Plants already fully show their ripeness, and buds SAG from their weight. Soon I will be harvesting, as soon as I get the final dry product I will make the last update of this diary.

‼️DAY 56, LIGHTS OUT‼️ We have reached the final day. The ladies are looking beautifull and I cant wait to harvest them For the next 48 hours they will stay in the ground with the lights out. After those 48 hours they will be harvested🤩 In the last video you can see how the mutated plants have grown. I DID NOT TOP THOSE!

Changed the lamp distance maybe it was a little to hot

87 days from 🌱 and frosty as heck. Wet trimmed and hanging to dry now. Just starting to to notice a little more smell but definitely not loud yet. 60 grams into jars. Taste earthy, piney, berries and citrus. Overall a great growing experience and I'm glad I have more of these beans!
