Did some good slow pruning and defoliating taking off 2 leaves or 2 branches every other day. Gave it a locally made soil conditioner specifically made for cannabis plants in flower. For those of you in central NY check out green tree hydro store and check out there different bio soils. There bio all has given me almost 100% germination rate. The bio flower gave my autos a kickstart for flowering with an additional worm casting tea made of 2 gallons ph water, 2 handfuls worm casting, spoonful of alfalfa meal, spoonful kelp meal, 2 spoonfuls plain epsom salt, 2 spoonfuls unsulfured molasses(organic). Added an air stone and brewed it for 38 hours exactly. Got some good bubbles on it too. I don’t check the ppm or nutrient levels or whatever you super experts do. I just use dry ammendtments with either compost tea, molasses, or coconut water as a liquid nutrient. Keeps it more simple for me. Tbh I don’t even know what ppm stands for I’ll look it up after I write this lol

Pero se que hubo unos fallos de novato desde el principio, que para el próximo no pasarán, de a poco voy a ir mejorando en mis cultivos y sacar buenas y hermosas flores... Y nada, van bien... Plain RO water

Was worried about bud size not increasing because of all the trimming all advice welcome.

Experienced some light burn this week. Quickly figured out a solution to get my lights higher. Did not expect her to get so big but I’m Loving It! 😁 Been debating on cutting the wind burnt leaves all week. ⬇️⬇️⬇️Week Rundown⬇️⬇️⬇️ 8/9: Bumped light intensity to 75% Started new batch of nutes today. 1st week of early bloom set. No liquid KoolBloom this time 🤦‍♂️🏾 missing from starter kit! Mixed nutes as usual in full gallon jug. Transferred half of treated gallon to half gallon jug. Poured whole half gallon jug into Rez to top off rez at a little over 3rd line. 8/10: Topped of rez this morning with the rest of half gallon of nutes + some plain water out of half gallon jug. 8/11: Topped rez off back to a little over the 3rd line with the plain water from the half gallon water jug. Poured whole half gallon in. She has been drinking very heavily. 😌 thirsty jean lol. 8/12: Topped rez off tonight back to 3rd line. She is steadily drinking now. You can see roots swimming in the rez. 🙃🙃 8/13: Topped off rez this morning and midday. She is drinking heavy now. Did some maintenance on lower canopy. Got rid of dead/dying leaves. I hope she starts budding soon I’m running out of head room The canopy is pretty even right now but I’m now able to raise the lights any higher so I need her to stay put. 😂 8/14: Topped off rez this morning with the rest of half gallon nutes from last night and then some water from half gallon jug. Determined! I was able to raise the lights as high as I can for tent size. Used my 2 extra hanging clips to raise lights at least 12in above canopy. Hopefully she is done stretching as I can see bud formation slowly showing themselves. 8/15: Topped rez of this morning with water from half gallon jug. Started new batch this afternoon. Was no point to starve her til Monday for new batch so I ended up running it today. Bumped light intensity to 85%. Hopefully no roasting occurs lol

With no doubt these plants have not produced much more quantity and density of buds due to the 2 serious mistakes I've made (those who have read the weeks will know what I mean). However, I can say that I am happy with the production obtained given the mistakes made. Between the 2 plants, the one that has produced more and generated the most dense buds has been the Gorilla with the Man-lining technique applied, it has also loosed a bit less weight drying than the non man-lining one. In comparison with the Money Makers with which they have grown the result is the same. Both Gorillas have each produced more than any of the Moneys comparing them 1 to 1. Also buds are a bit dense than the moneys, but none of them is really desde at all. *****ESPAÑOL***** Sin duda estas plantas no han producido mucha mas cantidad y densidad de cogollos debido a los 2 graves errores que he cometido (quien se haya leído las semanas sabrá a que me refiero). No obstante, puedo decir que estoy contento con la producción obtenida dados los errores cometidos. Entre las 2 plantas, la que más a producido y ha generado cogollos más densos ha sido la Gorilla con la técnica de Man-lining aplicada, y también ha perdido un poquito menos de peso en el secado que la otra. En comparación con las Money Maker junto a las que han crecido el resultado es el mismo. Las Gorillas han producido cada una más que cualquiera de las Moneys comparándolas 1 a 1. Así mismo, los cogollos de las Gorillas presentan un pelín más densidad que el de las Moneys, aunque realmente ninguna de las 4 plantas ha generado cogollos densos del todo.

About 60 days in now and the plants are done getting taller. Buds are starting to get bigger and everything is starting to get nice and frosty, still have a long way to go on this one I think. I just got done with a res change and filled it back up with more Cropsalt at 3.4 g/Gal Bloom A and 1.74 g/Gal Bloom B. This stuff seems great so far, PH is super stable and the plants seem to like it.

Choco Cookies: This one has been a little too sensitive with nutrients, it only has a few small buds, the other plants overshadow it. Banana Cake: TBH I thought this was going to be the one with the biggest buds, they look frosty tho. 15 Jan Some fan leaves are starting to look pretty damaged by a previous nutrient lock.

I felt things were going well, and didn't want to jinx it.... however my time has come for the next level of challenges. This week things were looking great, but then I saw some leaves having discolored spots. I looked under the microscope and saw it was the leaf, didn't think much more of it. Next day, more spots, so I investigated. looking again with the microscope, I found the devil! Spider mites! So, I sprayed greencleaner on them at light shutoff... and the following day plant does not look too good. Looks dry and light burned. So I moved the lights up, they were not a problem before and the plant had stopped stretching this week. hopefully I this will go away, but I need to spray tomorrow to keep with the schedule, hope it does not dry out y plants as much this time! However looking at the bugs again, they are dead! I also lollypopped the girls, however since I am a noob, I could have trimmed more, but it makes me nervous of taking off too much, so maybe a few days I will take some more off, or just watch the dead leaves closer, and will clear daily...

Everything is looking good so far. The grandaddy purple is doing the most stretching. Can't wait to see the end result. Thanks for stopping by.

Day 87 It's not been a good week. Had some family time last week and unfortunately caught covid with all the symptoms. I've been bed bound since Monday and today I'm starting to feel slighty better. Not asking for sympathy 🤣 but this explains why some of my girls have switched on me... Looks like all 3 Frosted Biscotti have gone into reveg. Obviously have a light leak but think I've sorted it now. The mystery is just well under feed as I've run out of Bloom and big Buds and its also gone into reveg. The other coco ones haven't gone into reveg and almost look done. Biscotti Mintz and Bahama Bussdown look 🔥 well impressed. The mutant Biscotti Mintz (soil) has come along nicely and looks amazing. I don't get why that hasn't revegged as its surrounded buy the others that have. The 2 at the back, (Bahama Bussdown) ones taken a slight knock and revegged and the other one has just got to heavy and collapsed. Again looks near enough done so now need to think of a plan of action for curing as tent will be occupied for at least another month. So I think that's it with the problems 🤣 .. Apologies again for not getting back to anyones dairys over the last 2weeks. I'm going to spend the weekend catching up with you all and sorting out the tent as long as I'm covid clear. My partner has been doing so much for my son and I I couldn't ask her to maintain the tent aswell. She did give them a water but no nutrients 🙈 half effort still wins my heart ❤️ Happy growing gang 👍🏻

We’re now fully in production mode!🔥 The stretch is definitely done, and she’s putting all her energy into bud development. The trichomes are multiplying nicely, and the smell is becoming more and more intense, fresh lemon with a subtle sweet twist.🍋🍬 The bud structure is quite different from what I’m used to, more airy and elongated, kind of sativa-like. Curious to see how this one finishes up. Still healthy, still cruising, let’s see what next week brings!

Already juiced the lemon, have the spring water, and off-brand baking soda because COVID has every place sold out of Arm&Hammer 😂 Dale: 50 Grams Wet Buds/Stem 15 Grams Trim/Larf = Total 65 Grams Wet Brennan: 55 Grams Wet Buds/Stem 12 Grams Trim/Larf = 67 Grams Wet Total Wet: 132 Grams (Buds/Stems/Trim) Looks like I'm getting in and around the "1 Ounce per Auto Plant" range with my basic soil/hand feed system. The CMOG from my other diary looks like it will be my first 1OZ plant when it dries. With my past experience of wet buds drying out to about half of bud weight, I'm hoping that they both come in JUST under an Oz a piece. Going to update with more pictures, going to take a couple days to dry and get a good weight and hopefully get somewhere close to the 64 grams of the ONLY sized Boveda packs I have right now 😇 -- UPDATE - Dec 20 2020 - Cure Day 😵😭 i once again got my hopes up by pulling the classic male "over-exaggerating" and all the wet weight came from the main stems. After 3 days or so of drying both plants together came in just under an ounce. The smell is great and I have no doubt it's quality bud but I need to up my density game somehow for sure. New nutrients or better set up, still very low-end with all my equipment as I've just slowly been finding affordable pieces to add as I go. Maybe more light? Feel free to hit me up below with ideas short of switching to a Hydro set up 😹 I can hardly afford my bags of soil so I definitely couldnt keep up with the financial costs of a Hydro set up yet 😓 Have had a few bowls of the dried/uncured bud and it's very nice, clean, and crazy good for being uncured at this point.
