Finally moving on to the next stage where i expect to keep the conditions more stable and plan on moving the vpd up slowly as well as move the temperature down to around 21 degrees by the last week of flower. The lighting schedule will start at 12 hours of dark and increase by half an hour weekly until we get down to 10 hrs light and 14 hours of dark for the last two weeks (last week plus flush).

So finally the harvest has started. Branches are harvested from the bottom pair upwards. Looking thru the pics again to write this, I remember feeling in awe of this plant. By node 4 they were very nice buds. Massive and dense. Node 6 and above is silly. Never seen anything like it. I had to take these pics because the 9" to 10" circumference on the buds, nobody would believe me 😅 Still got the main cola to do, got sidetracked doing other projects. But it will be done in the next couple of days, then to dry it all!!! Main cola trimmed and drying now...................... Sorry this update has been a while coming, i promise it's worth the wait. Dry weights in now starting from bottom node pairs and working up the plant: 29.72g 45.85g 54.91g 126.28g 82.51g 112.26g 75.24 Total = 526.77g !!!!!!!!! This plant is totally incredible. All lower buds apart from the main colas weighed 9oz... I was thinking another 2+oz main colas and nice buds. Well they was over 9oz too. Over 18oz from a single autoflower plant. Incredible, just incredible.

Keeping my lady happy is a full-time job full of surprises, sometimes heavily exhausting long hours. I'm giving all my love to them. So thankfully, Respect and Love for my family for keeping me able to spend hours daily. 🌅🙏🤙 Unfortunately, grow diaries crash every time I update nutrients and photo 🤷

Bit of a late update, but all doing well. 14 weeks in 8th april.

Week 6 starts 12/31/21 but I happened to notice a weird leaf the night before. The Northern Light X Blueberry auto is very dark green and has sharp downturned tips. Which starts down the rabbit hole of google search to see the cause. I decide that is is Nitrogen toxicity caused by underwatering. At this time I was not really paying attention to when I feed them just whenever the pots were light. I watered them I later realize that while it may have started with underwatering it was so many other problems at once. I forgot to check the ppm or ph going in one day last week so I checked them going out. The run off was 2700ppm and I forgot to look up what that meant. I also doubled the strength of the nutes. 1/2 Saturday I flushed all the plants with 5 gallons of fresh water each that read 6.43 ph & 51ppm. I have Fox farm sledge hammer but for some reason I decided to use just water. The run off was consistently 6.2ph and I rinsed until the ppm was about 450 on NB. 250 ppm on Gorilla Glue and Pineapple express. I then decided that since it was nitrogen toxicity from underwatering that I should not starve the plant so I gave her week 1 of flower nutrients from the Foxfarm feeding schedule at 1/2 strength. I did not use Calmag since it's nitrogen was 2 and I didn't add the boomerang because that has nitrogen as a 1 and I thought since this plant has nitrogen toxicity I should skip the extra 3 nitrogen for now. I set each plant up on blocks so air could totally circulate to dry out the pots. Turned the fans on and waited. 1/6 There has been almost no growth since the flush. NB started off at a little over 9 inches and if I stretch her she is 10 at most.

First day in Flower! It's been... very interesting 2 weeks.. now that I survived tha, im having some lockout due to being unable to take care of my plants for the past 5 days and someone having no idea had to do the job, I'm not afraid of showing these mistakes I'm always looking forward to the outcome so I'm still having some hopes for this og kush, not everything here went as planned and that's why I want to focus on finishing up the grow and starting new ones, better ones as soon as possible, I will definitely never grow autos again as I'm just not a fan of them having to be on 18/6 schedule and I like having co trolley over my plants as sometimes things can go wrong. Og kush had a lockout after flush it grew beautiful but still ate up some of the upper leaves. Runtz.. yeah I like him he is a beautiful little bonsai he didn't get lockout too much but also did I'm looking forward to seeting the stretch on him if it so happens. Cherry gusher, a tiny pheno I got this time I'm looking forward to growing 4 next time and hunt down a pheno. They say outdoors you have to play with God and indoor you try to play God.. we are not perfect and that's why I'm looking forward to the finish line. Will i scrog? I have the net setup but I'm not sure if I will get enough stretch. Day 3 I noticed some light white spots on bottom leaves of the plant after a flush I did recently, I diagnose this as magnese or magnesium deficiency, I'm going to up the cal mag to 8 ml and a+b to 10ml per 5 L of water along with additives extra 0.5 ml just as a touch up. Also I noticed we are at 47cm at the tallest branch after topping and lst and this thing is an absolute bush.. I could probably hide behind it if I was a kid playing hide and seek!.

Another good week doubling size, loads of starts of buds blossoming. Both seem to to have grown more of an appetite water a feed every day this week. Stage 5: budding/flower Day36: water and tied down and defoliate Day 37: feed Day38: last spray Day39:water Day40: water Day 41:feed more defoliation Day 42: water

Very dynamic effect. Keep head clear and no stress. Crafty vaporiser effect is the best.

This was a great grow and only my second one so far. I am starting to figure out more about my setup and just keep learning things. My final harvest weights were more than I expected and I couldn't be happier!

7/18/21 - They are looking good! Harvest day is coming and we are excited. We have just a few days left. Giving ph 6.0 water. 7/19/21 - Everything looks good. On track for harvest! 7/20/21 - Looking good. Just a few more days left before we chop. The final ripening is going on. 7/21/21 - We are preparing the drying room. The buds look awesome! We have mason jars for curing after the dry. 7/22/21 - These plants stink so good! Tomorrow we cut both plants down! They will be drying in 70 degrees temp and 56% humidity. 7/23/21 - We pushed back harvest one day due to a medical emergency. No biggie, the plants will ripen one extra day. 7/24/21 - HARVEST DAY!! - We cut the plants, removed all fan leaves and hung in a temperature/humidity controlled room. More pics/videos/weight and more will be added when we are finished drying and we post our harvest results. The smell is of strong pine and a little sweet. We are very excited to try the smoke. Actual day 37 flowering today : After a screw up on weeks and missing 1 totally !!!. I am now on track correctly The Gorilla girls continue to be amazing and look beautiful close up. Buds are so sokid and heavy too. her smell is so candy/fruity and they are starting their second burst now. I am looking forward to sampling these ladies so much.

GENERAL COMMENT. WEEK 4 OF FLOWER. The week ran smooth, girls keep on growing well, my soil is becoming a bit compact, i usually use clay pellets mixed but this time i when straight with the soilless mixture, 50% Mosses and 50%p Perlite, with no organic correction so is inert, a pro is that you don’t see bugs such as gnats, till now. For the moment @B4RNS gave a nice idea on how to improve the aeration by using a knitting needle, to poke the soil, and that was easy to do, with minimal damage. Is a regular plastic pointy stick. Had putted up the lamp to around 40cm from the canopy. EC continues at 3.1, and added overdrive to the feed, lowered the B-52. Cal mag more diluted 1ml/l one time a week only. RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTOMATIC COMMENT. As usual, the Pheno i have got is more sensible, have to do a second run to understand better the genetics or get a seed directly from RQS to make sure. Also with that since the beginning, spotting and ect, the girl si shooting many colas still and is crowded with bud spots, had removed some spotted leaves to be able to see if spotting is continuing. Light positioned up because this girl looked a bit stressed. As far as training i decided to super crop the top, to create a more even canopy, lst was not possible as the stem is hard as iron.

Light Schedule - 11/13 Cycle From the start of flower, we are running an 11 hours light / 13 hours dark schedule. Over the years, I’ve found this lighting strategy beneficial in inducing faster flower onset, increasing terpene production, and ultimately producing better-quality fruits. This is something I personally swear by, but as always, I encourage others to experiment and see what works best for their unique environments.
